3. In the process of separating the peanuts from the peanut shells (see fig. 4), the conveying belt conveys the peanuts and the peanut shells to the tail end and falls down, and the wind of the fan blows the peanut shells with lighter specific gravity away to leave the peanuts.

In the grinding process (see fig. 5), after the peanut shells and a small part of peanuts enter the turntable mechanism, edible silica gel is coated on the upper surface of the turntable, so that the friction force between the mechanical surface and the peanuts is increased, the peanut shells and a small part of the peanuts rotate along with the turntable to reach the lower part of the grinding roller, and the gap between the grinding roller and the turntable is adjusted to be slightly larger than the diameter of the peanuts, so that the peanut shells and the peanuts are subjected to secondary shell breaking and separation. The peanut shells and the peanuts leave the rotating disc and enter the second sieving separation step and the peanut and peanut shell separation step (the process is consistent with the steps 2 and 3) under the guiding action of the feeding guide plate.
