The problem that the authenticity of the contract case is not enough when the contract case is investigated is avoided, the investigation quality of the contract case is greatly improved, and the enterprise is facilitated to manage and control the risk of the contract case.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a video connection apparatus, where the video connection apparatus is configured to execute any of the foregoing video connection methods. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic block diagram of a video cable apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The video cable apparatus 100 may be configured in a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a portable computer, or other terminals.

The case retrieval unit 101 is configured to, if a video connection request initiated by a first user terminal is received, retrieve a case number in the video connection request to obtain a corresponding contract case.
The first user logs in by using the terminal, initiates a video connection request containing a case number aiming at the contract case, automatically acquires the case number in the initiated video connection request, searches the case number to obtain the corresponding contract case and acquires the information in the contract case. The first user can be a surveyor surveying the case, the first user can log in the company terminal through the terminal, and the terminal can be a mobile phone or a computer device.
The contract case is contract case information to be investigated by the first user. The contract case includes but is not limited to case number, customer telephone, customer name, sex, age, identification number, date of birth, and identification number. The case number is the ID number of the contract case bound with the contract case, and each contract case has only one case number corresponding to the contract case. The video connection server acquires a video connection request containing an identity identification number and a case number in the request processing pool, automatically generates a long link, transcodes the long link to obtain a call link, acquires the generated call link, and then completes the generation of the call link.
The request processing pool is a resource pool for buffering the video connection request in the company terminal, and the video connection request can be subjected to data buffering before the video survey platform is not established through the request processing pool. The video connection server is a server with a link generation function in a company terminal, and can be used for generating long links and transcoding long links to obtain call links.
In this embodiment, the second user may be a customer of the survey case. And after the call link is generated, acquiring the client telephone in the contract case, and pushing the short message containing the call link to the second user.
The first connection unit 103 is configured to, if receiving confirmation information corresponding to the call link returned by the second user terminal, establish a video survey platform according to the confirmation information, and access the second user terminal to the video survey platform.
And the company terminal receives the confirmation information, checks the number for sending the confirmation information with the client telephone in the contract case, and establishes a video investigation platform according to the confirmation information if the number for sending the confirmation information is the same as the client telephone in the contract case. And the second user clicks a 'confirmation' button in a page of the software to confirm, and the terminal automatically sends confirmation information to the company terminal. The terminal used by the second user can be a mobile phone or other terminal equipment capable of carrying a mobile phone SIM card.
The video survey platform is a virtual platform used for establishing video connection in company terminals, and video connection among multiple parties can be realized by accessing a plurality of terminals into the video survey platform. Specifically, the video investigation platform allocates seats for the plurality of terminals, so that the plurality of terminals can be conveniently and quickly accessed into the video investigation platform. And after the video connection is finished, the established video investigation platform can be cancelled.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the first connection unit 103 includes a sub-unit: a phone number collating unit 1031, and a video survey platform establishing unit 1032.

The short message also includes a deadline, which is the latest time that the call link needs to be processed, and is the waiting time of the video connection request in the request processing pool. For a contract case, the video connection request corresponding to the contract case can only wait for a certain time in the request processing pool, that is, when a call link is generated, an expiration time is automatically generated for the call link, a short message containing the call link and the expiration time is pushed to a second user, and if the expiration time is exceeded and the call link is not processed, the company terminal automatically removes the video connection request of the contract case corresponding to the call link from the request processing pool. Wherein the expiration time may be set by the first user according to its own schedule.
And after the generation of the call link is completed, the short message containing the call link and the deadline is pushed by the client telephone in the contract case, so that the second user is prompted to accept the video connection request.
The second user can process the video connection request by clicking the call link before the deadline and confirming the video connection request, and the second user cannot confirm the video connection request if clicking the call link after the deadline is exceeded. After the generation of the call link is finished, a deadline is automatically generated for the call link, and if the deadline is exceeded and the call link is not processed, the company terminal automatically removes the video connection request of the contract case corresponding to the call link from the request processing pool, so that when a second user clicks the call link after the deadline is exceeded, the confirmation cannot be performed.
After receiving the acknowledgement message corresponding to the call link, the receipt time of the acknowledgement message is compared with the deadline. If the receiving time of the confirmation information is before the deadline time, checking the number for sending the confirmation information with the client telephone in the contract case; if the reception time of the confirmation information is after the expiration time, the video connection request is not processed. After receiving the short message containing the call link and the deadline through the terminal, the second user needs to click the call link before the deadline to confirm the video connection request, and when the user clicks the call link after exceeding the deadline, the second user does not perform subsequent processing after the deadline when the reception time of the confirmation information is after the deadline.
Checking the number of the sent confirmation information with the client telephone in the contract case, and if the company terminal checks that the number of the sent confirmation information is the same as the client telephone in the contract case, performing the next processing on the video connection request; if the company terminal checks that the number for sending the confirmation information is not the same as the client telephone in the contract case, a prompt message is sent to the first user to prompt that the number for sending the confirmation information is not the same as the client telephone in the contract case, and the processing of the video connection request is terminated.
For example, the case number in the contract case is 10001, the identity number of the investigator is 180012, and the client phone in the contract case is 158 XXXXXXXX; and the company terminal receives the confirmation information sent by the second user, and the number for acquiring the confirmation information is +86-137-107 XXXXXXX. And the company terminal checks that the number for sending the confirmation information is different from the client telephone in the contract case, judges that the short message has the risk of being forwarded, and sends prompt information to the first user to prompt that the number for sending the confirmation information is different from the client telephone in the contract case.
The first user sets the deadline through the company terminal and pushes the short message containing the call link and the deadline to the second user, so that the first user can flexibly set the deadline according to own time arrangement, the first user can conveniently and reasonably arrange the own time, the investigation efficiency of the contract case is improved, and a very good use effect can be obtained in the practical application process.
And the video investigation platform establishing unit 1032 is used for establishing a video investigation platform according to the confirmation information if the number of the sent confirmation information is the same as the number of the client telephone in the contract case.
And if the number for sending the confirmation information is the same as the telephone of the client in the contract case, establishing a video investigation platform according to the confirmation information, distributing the seat of the video investigation platform for the second user, and establishing video connection.
The specific operation process of allocating the seat of the video investigation platform to the second user and establishing the video connection comprises the steps of inquiring a video connection request matched with the case number in the request processing pool through the case number in the received confirmation information, establishing the video investigation platform according to the matched video connection request, obtaining the extension number of the established video investigation platform, sending the extension number of the video investigation platform to a terminal used by the second user, accessing the terminal of the second user into the video investigation platform through the extension number of the video investigation platform, and realizing the video connection through calling a hardware device of the video connection by the terminal used by the second user. And the face information matching unit 104 is used for receiving the face information collected by the second user terminal and matching the face information with the photo of the client in the contract case to obtain a matching result.
The face information collected by the second user terminal is received, and the face information is matched with the photo of the client in the contract case information to obtain a matching result, and the matching result can be used for confirming the identity of the second user. In order to prevent others from impersonating the identity of the client, after the video investigation platform is established, the face information of the second user in the video investigation platform is collected, and the identity of the second user is confirmed by comparing the face information with the photo of the client in the contract case information through a face recognition technology.

Claims (8)

1. A video connection method, comprising:
if a video connection request initiated by a first user terminal is received, retrieving a case number in the video connection request to obtain a corresponding contract case;
generating a call link according to the contract case, and pushing a short message containing the call link to a second user terminal according to the client telephone in the contract case;
if receiving confirmation information corresponding to the call link returned by the second user terminal, establishing a video investigation platform according to the confirmation information, and accessing the second user terminal to the video investigation platform;
receiving face information collected by a second user terminal, and matching the face information with the photo of the client in the contract case to obtain a matching result;
if the matching result is matching, accessing the first user terminal to a video investigation platform and establishing a video connection;
the step of generating the call link according to the contract case comprises the following steps:
reading an identity identification number and a case number in the contract case, and sending a video connection request containing the identity identification number and the case number to a request processing pool;
generating a long link according to the video connection request in the request processing pool;
transcoding the long link connection to generate the call link;
the short message also comprises a cut-off time; if receiving confirmation information corresponding to the call link returned by the second user terminal, establishing a video investigation platform according to the confirmation information, and accessing the second user terminal to the video investigation platform, the method comprises the following steps:
if the receiving time of the confirmation information is before the deadline, checking the number for sending the confirmation information with the client telephone in the contract case;
if the number for sending the confirmation information is the same as the telephone of the client in the contract case, establishing a video investigation platform according to the confirmation information;
and if the processing is not carried out beyond the deadline of the call link, removing the video connection request of the contract case corresponding to the call link from the request processing pool.
2. The video connection method of claim 1, wherein the receiving facial information collected by the second user terminal and matching the facial information with the photo of the client in the contract case to obtain a matching result comprises:
acquiring a photo of a client in the contract case, and extracting facial features of the photo to obtain the facial features of the photo;
acquiring facial information acquired by a second user terminal, and extracting facial features of the facial information to obtain current facial features;
and matching the current facial features with the facial features of the photo to obtain the matching probability of the facial features, and comparing the matching probability of the facial features with the matching probability of the facial features according to a preset matching probability threshold to obtain a matching result.
3. The video connection method of claim 1, wherein after the accessing the first user terminal to the video survey platform and establishing the video connection, further comprising:
and recording the video information of the first user and the video information of the second user in the video investigation platform.
4. The video connection method of claim 3, wherein after recording the video information of the first user and the video information of the second user in the video survey platform, further comprising:
and if the information for finishing the survey is received, storing the video information of the first user and the video information of the second user, and closing the video survey platform.
5. A video wiring apparatus, comprising:
the case retrieval unit is used for retrieving a case number in a video connection request to obtain a corresponding contract case if the video connection request initiated by the first user terminal is received;

the face information matching unit is used for receiving the face information collected by the second user terminal and matching the face information with the photos of the clients in the contract case to obtain a matching result;
the second connection unit is used for accessing the first user terminal to the video investigation platform and establishing a video connection line if the matching result is matching;
the step of generating the call link according to the contract case comprises the following steps:
reading an identity identification number and a case number in the contract case, and sending a video connection request containing the identity identification number and the case number to a request processing pool;
generating a long link according to the video connection request in the request processing pool;
transcoding the long link connection to generate the call link;
the first connection unit includes:
a telephone number checking unit for checking the number of the transmitted confirmation information with the client telephone in the contract case if the receiving time of the confirmation information is before the deadline; wherein, the short message also comprises a cut-off time;
the video investigation platform establishing unit is used for establishing a video investigation platform according to the confirmation information if the number for sending the confirmation information is the same as the telephone of the client in the contract case;
and if the processing is not carried out beyond the deadline of the call link, removing the video connection request of the contract case corresponding to the call link from the request processing pool.
6. The video wiring apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the face information matching unit includes:
the first facial feature extraction unit is used for acquiring a photo of a client in the contract case and extracting facial features of the photo to obtain the facial features of the photo;
the second facial feature extraction unit is used for acquiring facial information acquired by the second user terminal and extracting facial features of the facial information to obtain current facial features;
and the matching result acquisition unit is used for matching the current facial features with the facial features of the photo to obtain the matching probability of the facial features, and comparing the matching probability of the facial features with the matching probability of the facial features according to a preset matching probability threshold to obtain a matching result.
7. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the video wiring method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
