Abstract
本发明涉及印刷用预涂膜技术领域,具体涉及一种多色预涂膜及其制备方法。多色预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有保护层、热熔胶层、镭射层、彩色层、粘结层和基材层;所述保护层由UV油墨组成;所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;所述粘结层由环氧树脂19‑32份、丙烯酸乳液8‑16份、氨基苯璜胺2‑5份、分散剂1‑3份、二苯甲酮10‑13份等制成;通过合理设计粘结层的组分以及预涂膜的组分构成,无需通过多次印刷即可在介质表面一次印刷成型,从而达到预涂膜与介质表面之间的结合力强的效果。另外,本多色预涂膜对介质的要求不高,可完美符合纸张、家具、木板、铝塑板以及钢板等多介质需求,适用性较广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷用预涂膜技术领域,具体涉及一种多色预涂膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
用单色机进行多色印刷时,每次印刷于前一色的印刷的时间间隔较长,先印刷的油墨已经干燥完毕,如果先印刷的油墨由于长时间的搁置而使表面过于干燥,某些迁移成分在与干燥过程中迁移到了油墨膜的表面,就会产生对后来油墨的不接受性,从而使叠印不能顺利完成。因此,势必要研发一种多色预涂膜,以克服现有印刷方式所带来的缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种多色预涂膜及其制备方法,具有与介质复合性能好等优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种多色预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有保护层、热熔胶层、镭射层、彩色层、粘结层和基材层;
所述保护层由UV油墨组成;
所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;
所述粘结层由环氧树脂19-32份、丙烯酸乳液8-16份、氨基苯璜胺2-5份、分散剂1-3份、二苯甲酮10-13份、木犀草素2-4份和乙氧氟草醚1-3份制成;
所述基材层为PET。
作为本发明的优选实施例,所述粘结层由环氧树脂25份、丙烯酸乳液11份、氨基苯璜胺3份、分散剂2.5份、二苯甲酮12份、木犀草素2.5份和乙氧氟草醚1.6份制成。
一种多色预涂膜的制备方法,首先将镭射层和彩色层通过粘结层复合在基材层上,然后将热熔胶层通过热复合方式贴合于镭射层之上,最后将保护层采用涂布形式复合在热熔胶层之上即可。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
通过合理设计粘结层的组分以及预涂膜的组分构成,无需通过多次印刷即可在介质表面一次印刷成型,从而达到预涂膜与介质表面之间的结合力强的效果。另外,本多色预涂膜对介质的要求不高,可完美符合纸张、家具、木板、铝塑板以及钢板等多介质需求,适用性较广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种多色预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有保护层、热熔胶层、镭射层、彩色层、粘结层和基材层;
所述保护层由UV油墨组成;
所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;
所述粘结层由环氧树脂32份、丙烯酸乳液8份、氨基苯璜胺5份、分散剂1份、二苯甲酮13份、木犀草素2份和乙氧氟草醚3份制成;
所述基材层为PET。
首先将镭射层和彩色层通过粘结层复合在基材层上,然后将热熔胶层通过热复合方式贴合于镭射层之上,最后将保护层采用涂布形式复合在热熔胶层之上即可得到多色预涂膜。
实施例2
一种多色预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有保护层、热熔胶层、镭射层、彩色层、粘结层和基材层;
所述保护层由UV油墨组成;
所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;
所述粘结层由环氧树脂19份、丙烯酸乳液16份、氨基苯璜胺2份、分散剂3份、二苯甲酮10份、木犀草素4份和乙氧氟草醚1份制成;
所述基材层为PET。
首先将镭射层和彩色层通过粘结层复合在基材层上,然后将热熔胶层通过热复合方式贴合于镭射层之上,最后将保护层采用涂布形式复合在热熔胶层之上即可得到多色预涂膜。
实施例3
一种多色预涂膜,从上到下依次设置有保护层、热熔胶层、镭射层、彩色层、粘结层和基材层;
所述保护层由UV油墨组成;
所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;
所述粘结层由环氧树脂25份、丙烯酸乳液11份、氨基苯璜胺3份、分散剂2.5份、二苯甲酮12份、木犀草素2.5份和乙氧氟草醚1.6份制成;
所述基材层为PET。
首先将镭射层和彩色层通过粘结层复合在基材层上,然后将热熔胶层通过热复合方式贴合于镭射层之上,最后将保护层采用涂布形式复合在热熔胶层之上即可得到多色预涂膜。

1.一种多色预涂膜,其特征在于,从上到下依次设置有保护层、热熔胶层、镭射层、彩色层、粘结层和基材层;
所述保护层由UV油墨组成;
所述热熔胶层为TPU热熔胶层、EVA热熔胶层、PA热熔胶层;
所述粘结层由环氧树脂19-32份、丙烯酸乳液8-16份、氨基苯璜胺2-5份、分散剂1-3份、二苯甲酮10-13份、木犀草素2-4份和乙氧氟草醚1-3份制成;
所述基材层为PET。
2.如权利要求1所述的多色预涂膜,其特征在于,所述粘结层由环氧树脂25份、丙烯酸乳液11份、氨基苯璜胺3份、分散剂2.5份、二苯甲酮12份、木犀草素2.5份和乙氧氟草醚1.6份制成。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述多色预涂膜的方法,其特征在于,首先将镭射层和彩色层通过粘结层复合在基材层上,然后将热熔胶层通过热复合方式贴合于镭射层之上,最后将保护层采用涂布形式复合在热熔胶层之上即可。
