Abstract

本发明公开了一种防治呼吸道易感儿药枕、贴膏，是属于中医小儿药枕贴膏生产制作技术领域。所述藿香、辛夷药枕及小儿透热贴膏，薄荷、紫苏香枕，小儿感冒穴位贴膏，黄芪、苍术防感药枕及香囊组成。由于小儿脾肺常不足、气虚体弱、腠理空虚、表虚汗溢、邪毒留伏、风邪乘虚而入、邪毒之恶、稍愈又作、往复不已、反复发作，是属于反复呼吸道感染的一种慢性病可诱发心肌炎、肺炎、急性肾炎一系列其他系统疾病，药枕、香囊及贴膏，可以通过皮肤汗毛孔穴、血液循环、呼吸吸收，达到内病外治，防患于未然，解决小儿吃药注射不易的困难。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种防治呼吸道易感儿的药枕贴膏，是属于中医药枕贴膏配制生产技术领域。
背景技术
小儿呼吸道感染发病率较高，近几年咳嗽已成为儿科新四大症之一。尤其是呼吸道易感儿，由于经常反复发生呼吸道的感染，严重影响小儿的生长发育。现代医学研究表明，呼吸道易感儿与患有体内免疫功能缺陷有关，特别是分泌型IgA的缺乏，使呼吸道的免疫功能不全，导致细菌病毒的反复感染，本发明根据中医理论及药理学研究成果，经反复筛选，确定本发明药枕贴膏处方。方中寓芳香醒神、辟秽行气于一炉，置于头枕即可节省药材，又可避免小儿难于服药之苦。经几年的观察，发现所有患儿的体质均有不同程度的恢复，呼吸道感染发病率明显下降，患儿体内免疫球蛋白及正一玫瑰花环形成率都有不同程度的提高，特别是IgA的增加更为明显。由于患儿感冒次数的减少，饮食量增加，贫血现象得到改善，身高、体重均增高。由此可见，药枕防治呼吸道易感儿前景无限，为探讨一种更安全、有效、方便的治疗小儿外感发热的方法，在使用药枕的同时再以方剂小儿退热散敷神阙等穴及药枕配香囊挂胸前，对治疗小儿外感发热会取得更加满意疗效。
发明内容

发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治呼吸道易感儿的药枕贴膏。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
1、一种防治呼吸道易感儿的药枕贴膏，其特征是：所述藿香辛夷治疗小儿呼吸道感染药枕，按下列质量配比组成%
藿香 1—3； 细辛 1—3；
辛夷 1.3—3.9； 防风 4—12；
菊花 3—9； 薄荷 3—9；
苍术 10—30； 山奈 0.6—1.8；
白芷 6—18； 冰片 0.7—2.1；
负离子粉 加至100；
制备方法：
上药共为粗末用长30cm、宽20cm的布袋装好，并置枕头上，每天睡在其上，每月换药1次，连用3个月。
疗效分析：
（1）病情分级：
Ⅲ级，发病次数：平均每月发病＞2次，病程：每次发病＞10天，病种：上呼吸道感染、支气管炎、肺炎；
Ⅱ级，发病次数：平均每月发病1—2次，病程：每次发病5—10天，病种：上呼吸道感染、支气管炎；
Ⅰ级，发病次数：平均每月发病＜1次，病程：每次发病＜5天，病种：上呼吸道感染。0级无发病。
（2）疗效评定条件：
①用药枕后无发病，或发病次数减少Ⅰ级以上；
②用药枕后病程缩短Ⅰ级以上；
③用药枕后病种降低Ⅰ级以上；
④用药枕后免疫指数、血色素恢复正常或明显改善。
显效：具备以上4项中任何3项以上者；
有效：具备以上4项中任何1-2项者；
无效：上述4项均无改善者。
治疗结果：使用药枕3个月后，我们较为系统地观察了168例呼吸道易感儿应用药枕后的情况，并对其中72例进行了长达5年的追踪观察，显效49例，有效98例，无效21例。总有效率87.5%。

麻黄 5—15； 山豆根 5—15；
薄荷 5—15； 冰片 5—15；
甘草 3—9； 细辛 0.5—1.5；
金银花 加至100。
制备方法：
麻黄100g、金银花200g、山豆根100g、细辛10g、薄荷100g、冰片80g、甘草60g，经超微粉碎，置玻璃容器贮存，用时取3g—10g加适量米醋调成糊状，每6h换药一次，根据病情用药3d—5d。于有塑料内衬的胶布敷神阙穴，根据年龄大小分别用3g、5g。
作用机理：
现代研究证明，脐部为胚胎发育中最后闭合之处，皮下脂肪组织少，角质层薄，屏障作用最弱，而脐下动静脉又极为丰富，药物易于渗透吸收，且中药外敷能避免药物通过肝脏的首过效应及胃肠道对药物的分解与破坏作用，提高了药物的生物利用度。方中麻黄辛温解表，其发汗作用治疗风寒束表、腠理闭塞、肺气不宜、发热无汗；麻黄还可阻止过敏物质释放，其化学结构与肾上腺素相似，可与支气管平滑肌上的受体结合，使支气管平滑肌松弛。金银花清热解毒，用于外感风热，其主要成份氯原酸类化合物有抗菌、抗病毒作用；山豆根清热解毒、苦寒利咽；本方佐小量细辛以其辛温开通腠理、宣闭启窍、逐邪外出。
2、一种防治呼吸道易感儿的药枕贴膏，其特征是：所述薄荷紫苏香枕预防小儿流感，按下列质量配比组成%
薄荷 4—12； 紫苏 2—6；
葱白 4—12； 菊花 2—6；
荆芥 2—6； 桂皮 2—6；
苍术 2—6； 桂花 2—6；
大茴 2—6； 细辛 2—6；
辛夷 2—6； 负离子粉 加至100；
制备方法：
将薄荷、葱白及其他各药粉碎成过60目筛的粗粉，装入长30cm、宽20cm的布袋中，外用柔软的棉布制成的枕头每天睡觉时枕上。可使枕头散发的香气药为，达到有效的防流感的作用。
其中，小儿穴位药物贴敷治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的配方，按下列质量配比组成%
白芥子 6.4—19.2； 元胡 6.4—19.2；
甘遂 4.3—12.9； 皂角 4.3—12.9；
生川乌 4.3—12.9； 花椒 2.1—6.3；
公丁香 1—3； 桔梗 加至100。
制备方法：
按上组方，将以上药粉碎，过100目筛，装入深色瓶中备用。每次用药10g，用黄酒调成膏状，分成六等分，排在方块胶布中间。
治疗方法：
将药物贴于膻中、天突、大椎、肺俞、神阙，每次贴2h左右，贴后皮肤发红，很少起泡。若患儿感贴处皮肤痒，应提前将药物拿掉。每年的初伏、中伏、末伏三天，各治疗一次，共三次，连续治疗2a，观察治疗效果。
复感儿实为体弱儿，我们根据祖国医学冬病夏治的理论，进行药物穴位敷贴，选用具有豁痰温经作用的药物，通过刺激具有温肺强身祛邪作用的天突、肺俞、大椎、膻中、神阙等穴位，一方面刺激穴位、疏通经络、调理气血、协调阴阳、抗御病邪，另一方面，夏季腠理疏松、气血畅通，宜于药物渗透吸收，发挥药理作用。
现代研究证明，穴位贴敷能提高患者体内干扰素水平，增强机体的非特异性防御能力，从而增强患儿防病抗病能力。穴位贴敷治疗，克服了小儿吃药难的问题，也易被患儿及家长接受。
3、一种防治呼吸道易感儿的药枕贴膏，其特征是：所述生黄芪炒苍术防感药枕香囊，按下列质量份配比组成%
生黄芪 3—9； 冰片 0.5—1.5；
辛夷 1.8—5.4； 炒苍术 1.8—5.4；
蝉蜕 1.8—5.4； 白芷 1.8—5.4；
野菊花 1.8—5.4； 冬桑叶 1.8—5.4；
炒麦芽 1.8—5.4； 桂枝 1.8—5.4；
苏叶 1.8—5.4； 砂仁 1.8—5.4；
鱼腥草 1.8—5.4； 防风 1.8—5.4；
川芎 1.2—3.6； 花椒 1.2—3.6；
负离子粉 1.2—3.6； 桔梗 1.2—3.6；
麦饭石 加至100。
制备方法：
上药低温烘干，粉碎过60目筛与冰片混合后。灭菌装入长30cm，宽20cm的纯棉布袋中挂在胸前，如不用药枕时可放在普通枕边睡眠，用过一个月换新药一次，连续使用3个月为一个疗程，也可连续使用，可以有效防止小儿的反复呼吸感染。
从中药方面讲，小儿脾肺常不足，胃气虚弱，腠理空虚，表虚汗溢，风寒乘虚而入，雅毒留伏，以成外感伤风之疾，雅毒之恶，稍愈又生，往复不已，即为反复呼吸道感染，用药枕配香囊，可有效防止小儿反复呼吸道感染，用药枕或配香囊，其香囊中选生黄芪、苍术为主药，益气固表，燥湿健脾，两药相伍，气旺卫实，雅不内侵，配以防风、苏叶、白芷、辛夷、蝉蜕、冬桑叶、野菊花、柴胡，祛风清热、解表，使黄芪固表而不留邪，祛邪而不伤正，肺朝百脉，开窍于鼻，芳香的药气，便于通鼻，所述麦饭石释放溶解微量元素、负离子，有效调节补充、拮抗小儿体内元素平衡，释放新鲜空气负离子通过汗毛孔、鼻呼吸，吸入肺，经血脉与其他脏腑联系在一起，达到改善脏腑功能，增强免疫，补肺健脾，固表止汗，促进新陈代谢，增强小儿体质，解决了小儿给药不便的困境。
