Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨伤止痛膏药，它包含当归、川芎、红花、荆芥、防风、伸筋草、制川乌、制草乌、木瓜、川断、五加皮、陈皮、黄芪、土元、地龙、全虫、皂角、白芷、木通、杜仲、西茴、狼眼、白术、丹皮、川楝子、肉桂、毛姜、苏木、檀香、补骨脂、羌活、威灵仙、乌梢蛇、乳香、没药、血竭、儿茶、透骨草、水牛骨、三七参、自然铜、白花蛇、冰片、麝香、纯芝麻香油、广丹；将上述中药用芝麻油浸泡一周，熬制中药发黑，去除药渣，广丹收膏，淋水去除火毒，冷至糊状涂于布衬上敷于患处，每贴4天更换一次，具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛，温经活络、舒筋接骨的功效。

背景技术
中医理论认为“伤筋动骨100天”，对于骨伤患者传统的治疗方法是上夹板或打石膏固定，静养生息，口服活血化瘀药，存在问题是固定时间长，病人痛苦大，后遗症和并发症多，并且口服药的副作用较大，对于胃病患者或儿童多有不便。
膏药经皮肤发挥作用贴膏药疗法是中医临床常用的外治方法之一，它遵循中医辨证论治及中药的功效、主治与归经的原则，充分调动药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的复方，以发挥药物的良好效果。由于膏药直接敷贴于体表，而制作膏剂的药物大多气味较浓，再加入辛香走窜极强的引经药物，通过渗透入皮肤，内传经络、脏腑，起到调气血、通经络、散寒湿，消肿痛等作用。
现有的膏药对骨伤患者的治愈效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种骨伤止痛膏药，具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛，温经活络、舒筋接骨的疗效。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：它包含如下重量份原料：当归25-35份、川芎25-35份、红花25-35份、荆芥25-35份、防风25-35份、伸筋草25-35份、制川乌25-35份、制草乌25-35份、木瓜25-35份、川断25-35份、五加皮25-35份、陈皮25-35份、黄芪25-35份、土元25-35份、地龙25-35份、全虫25-35份、皂角25-35份、白芷25-35份、木通25-35份、杜仲25-35份、西茴25-35份、狼眼25-35份、白术25-35份、丹皮25-35份、川楝子25-35份、肉桂25-35份、毛姜25-35份、苏木25-35份、檀香25-35份、补骨脂25-35份、羌活25-35份、威灵仙25-35份、乌梢蛇25-35份、乳香25-35份、没药25-35份、血竭25-35份、儿茶25-35份、透骨草25-35份、水牛骨25-35份、三七参25-35份、自然铜25-35份、白花蛇25-35份、冰片10-20份、麝香1-2份、纯芝麻香油5000份、广丹240-260份；
上述骨伤止痛膏药的制备方法为：它包含如下步骤：

二、将中药混合溶液熬制50-70分钟，直至发黑，得溶液二；
三、将溶液二进行过滤，去除药渣，得溶液三；
四、将溶液三的油温控制在126℃，放入广丹240-260份，然后喷水去火毒，得膏药半成品一；
五，再将膏药半成品一缓慢倒入常温的水中，浸泡6-8天，进一步去火毒，膏药半成品二；
六、从水中取出膏药半成品二，加热溶化去除水分，得糊状膏药；
七、将糊状膏药摊涂布上，制得膏药。
采用上述方案后，本发明有益效果为：本发明所述的一种骨伤止痛膏药，具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛，温经活络、舒筋接骨的疗效，治疗效果明显。

实施例：

上述骨伤止痛膏药的制备方法为：它包含如下步骤：

二、将中药混合溶液熬制60分钟，直至发黑，得溶液二；
三、将溶液二进行过滤，去除药渣，得溶液三；
四、将溶液三的油温控制在126℃，放入广丹250份，然后喷水去火毒，得膏药半成品一；
五，再将膏药半成品一缓慢倒入常温的水中，浸泡7天，进一步去火毒，膏药半成品二；
六、从水中取出膏药半成品二，加热溶化去除水分，得糊状膏药；
七、将糊状膏药摊涂布上，制得膏药。
本实施例的使用方法为：将膏药敷于患处，每贴4天更换一次。患处皮肤破损、过敏体质及孕妇禁用。

1.一种骨伤止痛膏药，其特征在于它包含如下重量份原料：当归25-35份、川芎25-35份、红花25-35份、荆芥25-35份、防风25-35份、伸筋草25-35份、制川乌25-35份、制草乌25-35份、木瓜25-35份、川断25-35份、五加皮25-35份、陈皮25-35份、黄芪25-35份、土元25-35份、地龙25-35份、全虫25-35份、皂角25-35份、白芷25-35份、木通25-35份、杜仲25-35份、西茴25-35份、狼眼25-35份、白术25-35份、丹皮25-35份、川楝子25-35份、肉桂25-35份、毛姜25-35份、苏木25-35份、檀香25-35份、补骨脂25-35份、羌活25-35份、威灵仙25-35份、乌梢蛇25-35份、乳香25-35份、没药25-35份、血竭25-35份、儿茶25-35份、透骨草25-35份、水牛骨25-35份、三七参25-35份、自然铜25-35份、白花蛇25-35份、冰片10-20份、麝香1-2份、纯芝麻香油5000份、广丹240-260份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种骨伤止痛膏药，其特征在于它的制备方法包含如下步骤：
一、取按照上述配比取相应重量份的当归、川芎、红花、荆芥、防风、伸筋草、制川乌、制草乌、木瓜、川断、五加皮、陈皮、黄芪、土元、地龙、全虫、皂角、白芷、木通、杜仲、西茴、狼眼、白术、丹皮、川楝子、肉桂、毛姜、苏木、檀香、补骨脂、羌活、威灵仙、乌梢蛇、乳香、没药、血竭、儿茶、透骨草、水牛骨、三七参、自然铜、白花蛇、冰片、麝香，将上述中药混合后放入5000份的纯芝麻香油中浸泡6-8天，得中药混合溶液；
二、将中药混合溶液熬制50-70分钟，直至发黑，得溶液二；
三、将溶液二进行过滤，去除药渣，得溶液三；
四、将溶液三的油温控制在126℃，放入广丹240-260份，然后喷水去火毒，得膏药半成品一；
五，再将膏药半成品一缓慢倒入常温的水中，浸泡6-8天，进一步去火毒，膏药半成品二；
六、从水中取出膏药半成品二，加热溶化去除水分，得糊状膏药；
七、将糊状膏药摊涂布上，制得膏药。
