Based on the above structure, various embodiments of a temperature detection method of a dishwasher are provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a temperature detecting method of a dishwasher according to the present invention.
While a logical sequence is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than that shown or described herein.
The temperature detecting method of the dishwasher includes:
step S10, when a washing instruction of the dishwasher for washing dishes is detected, a non-contact temperature sensor in the dishwasher is started.
And step S20, detecting the temperature of the water for washing the dishes by the non-contact temperature sensor.
When the dish washer detects a washing instruction for washing dishes, the dish washer starts a built-in non-contact temperature sensor, and the water temperature of the water for washing the dishes is detected through the non-contact temperature sensor. The washing instruction can be triggered by a user pressing a washing button in the dishwasher or automatically triggered by the dishwasher after detecting that the tableware to be washed exists in the inner container cavity of the dishwasher and the door assembly of the dishwasher is closed; or when the user detects that the current time accords with the timing time corresponding to the timing task after setting the timing task of the timing washing tableware, the dishwasher automatically triggers the washing instruction.
In the present embodiment, the non-contact temperature sensor may be specifically a thermopile non-contact temperature sensor, or other non-contact temperature sensors. The non-contact temperature sensor can be arranged in the inner container cavity or other positions which are convenient for detecting the temperature of the washing water and the temperature of the inner container cavity in the dish washing machine but can not be immersed by the washing water in the dish washing process of the dish washing machine.
And step S30, detecting the temperature of the inner container cavity of the dish washer through the non-contact temperature sensor after detecting an instruction for finishing washing the dishes by the dish washer.
When the dish washer is used for washing the dishes, the dish washer detects whether an end instruction for ending the washing of the dishes is detected in real time or regularly. The time length corresponding to the timing can be set according to specific needs, for example, 10ms (milliseconds), 30ms or 0.5s (seconds) can be set. The end command may be triggered automatically by the dishwasher or by the user pressing an end button in the dishwasher when required to end the washing of the dishes.
If the dishwasher detects an end instruction for ending the washing of the dishes, the dishwasher detects the temperature of the inner container cavity through the non-contact temperature sensor, and in this embodiment, the temperature of the inner container cavity is referred to as the inner container temperature. Further, if the dishwasher does not detect an end command for ending the washing of the dishes, the dishwasher continues to detect whether the end command for ending the washing of the dishes is detected. It should be noted that, during the process of washing the tableware by the dishwasher, the user places the tableware in the basket of the inner container cavity.
It is understood that, when the dishwasher is washing dishes, the temperature read by the non-contact temperature sensor is the temperature of the washing water; after the dishwasher finishes the washing operation of washing the tableware, the temperature read by the non-contact temperature sensor is the temperature of the inner container cavity of the dishwasher.
This embodiment is through setting up non-contact temperature sensor in dishwasher, at dishwasher washing tableware in-process, detect the temperature of washing water through non-contact temperature sensor, realized when contactless washing water, non-contact temperature sensor can detect the temperature of washing water, avoided detecting in the dishwasher temperature sensor long-term in the great environment of humidity, prolonged temperature sensor's in the dishwasher life. After the washing operation of washing tableware is finished, the temperature of the inner container cavity of the dish washer is detected through the non-contact temperature sensor, the temperature of the washing water and the temperature of the inner container cavity of the dish washer can be detected through the same temperature sensor, and the cost of the dish washer is saved.
Further, a second embodiment of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher of the present invention is provided.
The second embodiment of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher is different from the first embodiment of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher in that, referring to fig. 3, the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher further includes:
step S40, determining whether the temperature of the inner container is less than or equal to a first preset temperature.
And step S50, if the temperature of the inner container is less than or equal to the first preset temperature, starting a fan of the dish washing machine, and blowing hot air out by the fan to dry the washed tableware.
After the dishwasher detects the temperature of the inner container, the dishwasher judges whether the temperature of the inner container is less than or equal to a first preset temperature. If the temperature of the inner container is determined to be less than or equal to the first preset temperature, the dish-washing machine automatically triggers a starting instruction, the fan is started according to the starting instruction, the fan is controlled to blow out hot air, and the washed tableware is dried through the hot air. The first preset temperature can be set according to specific needs, such as 60 ℃ (centigrade), 62 ℃ (or 65 ℃ (centigrade), etc. In this embodiment, a heating pipe is provided in the blower. When the fan needs to blow hot air, the air blown out by the fan is heated by the heating pipe.
Further, step S50 includes:
step a, if the temperature of the inner container is less than or equal to the first preset temperature, calculating the quantity of the tableware in the dishwasher.
And b, determining the running time of the fan according to the number of the tableware.
And c, blowing hot air out of the washed tableware by the fan in the running time to dry the washed tableware.
Further, if the temperature of the inner container is less than or equal to a first preset temperature, the dishwasher starts the fan thereof, and the specific process of blowing out hot air through the fan to dry the washed tableware can be as follows: if the dishwasher determines that the temperature of the inner container is less than or equal to the first preset temperature, the dishwasher calculates the number of the tableware to be washed, namely the number of the tableware in the cavity of the inner container, determines the running time of the fan according to the number of the tableware in the cavity of the inner container, and blows hot air to dry the washed tableware through the fan within the determined running time. Specifically, after determining the operation time of the fan, the dishwasher starts the fan and calculates the blowing time of the fan. If the blowing time is determined to be equal to or greater than the determined running time, the dishwasher automatically triggers a closing instruction for closing the fan, and the fan is closed according to the closing instruction; if the blowing time of the fan is determined to be less than the determined running time, the dish-washing machine continuously controls the fan to blow hot air to dry the washed tableware.
In the dishwasher, a mapping relationship between the number of dishes and the running time of the fan is preset, and the running time of the fan can be determined after the number of dishes is obtained through the mapping relationship. If the mapping relationship can be: when the number of the tableware is more than 0 and less than or equal to A, the corresponding running time of the fan is a; when the number of the tableware is larger than A and smaller than or equal to B, the corresponding running time of the fan is B; and when the number of the tableware is larger than B and smaller than or equal to C, the corresponding operation time of the fan is C. Wherein C > B > A >0, C > B > a.
The process of counting the number of the dishware in the inner container cavity of the dishwasher can be as follows. The first one is: the dishwasher shoots pictures of tableware to be washed through the built-in camera, compares the shot pictures with preset tableware pictures, and determines the quantity of the tableware. It will be appreciated that in this method, the number of chopsticks and spoons is not considered. In order to improve the accuracy of calculating the number of the dishes, the shape picture of the dishes placed in the washing process may be pre-stored, and after the picture of the dishes to be washed is taken, the taken picture is compared with the shape picture of the dishes placed in the washing process, which is pre-stored.
The second method is as follows: the bowl basket is arranged in the inner container cavity and used for placing tableware in the tableware washing process. In the bowl basket, a bowl and dish support frame assembly for placing bowls and dishes is provided, and in the bowl basket support frame assembly, a fixing row for fixing the bowl basket is provided. When bowls and dishes are placed between two adjacent left and right fixed rows, the marks corresponding to the two fixed rows are first marks; when no dish is placed between two adjacent left and right fixed rows, the corresponding mark of the two fixed rows is a second mark. A dish is arranged between two adjacent fixed rows on the left and the right. Therefore, the number of the dishes in the dishwasher can be determined by the marks corresponding to the fixed rows. At this time, the number of chopsticks and spoons is not considered. In this embodiment, the first flag may be set to "1", the second flag may be set to "0", or the first flag may be set to "11", the second flag may be set to "00", and the like.
Further, step S50 further includes:
and c, if the temperature of the inner container is less than or equal to the first preset temperature, detecting the weight of the tableware in the dishwasher.
And d, determining the running time of the fan according to the weight of the tableware.
And e, blowing hot air out of the washed tableware through the fan in the running time to dry the washed tableware.
Further, if the inner container temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature, the dishwasher starts the fan thereof, and the specific process of blowing out the tableware after hot air drying and washing through the fan can also be: if the temperature of the inner container is determined to be less than or equal to the first preset temperature, the dishwasher detects the weight of the tableware in the cavity of the inner container, namely detects the weight of the tableware to be washed. In particular, the dishwasher may detect the weight of the dishes using a pressure sensor. When the weight of the tableware is detected by the dishwasher, the dishwasher determines the operation time of the fan according to the weight of the tableware, and blows hot air to dry the washed tableware through the fan in the operation time. The dishwasher is characterized in that the mapping relation between the weight of tableware and the running time of the fan is stored in advance, so that the running time of the fan can be determined through the mapping relation between the weight of the tableware and the running time of the fan after the weight of the tableware is determined. The mapping relation between the tableware weight and the fan running time can be set according to specific needs, for example, the mapping relation can be set as follows: when the weight of the tableware is more than 0 and less than or equal to D, the corresponding running time of the fan is D; when the number of the tableware is larger than D and smaller than or equal to E, the corresponding running time of the fan is E; when the number of the tableware is larger than E and smaller than or equal to F, the corresponding operation time of the fan is F, wherein F > E > D >0, and F > E > D.
And step S60, if the temperature of the inner container is higher than the first preset temperature, starting a fan of the dish washing machine, and blowing cold air out of the fan to dry the washed tableware.
If the dishwasher determines that the temperature of the inner container is higher than the first preset temperature, the dishwasher starts a fan of the dishwasher, and the washed tableware is dried by blowing cold air through the fan. When the temperature of the inner container is higher than the first preset temperature, the fan of the dish washing machine blows out cold air, the cold air blown out by the fan is changed into hot air in the cavity of the inner container by convection with the help of the temperature of the inner container, and the washed tableware is dried. The running time of the fan in the process of blowing out the cold air is calculated to be consistent with the running time of the fan in the process of blowing out the hot air, and the calculation is not repeated herein.
The embodiment determines to control the fan to blow off the tableware after cold wind or hot air drying washing through the temperature according to the inner bag cavity of the dishwasher, avoids the tableware in-process after the drying washing, controls the fan to blow off the tableware after the hot air drying washing no matter the height of the inner bag cavity temperature, reduces the power consumption in the tableware in-process after the drying washing, and saves the electric power required by the drying tableware.
Further, a third embodiment of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher of the present invention is provided.
The third embodiment of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher is different from the second embodiment of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher in that, referring to fig. 4, the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher further includes:
and step S70, triggering a door opening instruction, and opening a door assembly of the dishwasher according to the door opening instruction.
Step S80, when an end command for ending the drying and washing of the dishware is detected, a close command is triggered, and the door assembly is closed according to the close command.
At dish washer start-up fan, through the tableware in-process after the fan dry washing, dish washer automatic trigger opens the door instruction, opens its door subassembly according to this door instruction to increase the convection current of air and outside air in the dish washer inner bag cavity, improve the drying efficiency of dry tableware.
When the dishwasher opens the door assembly, the dishwasher detects whether an end instruction for finishing drying and washing the dishware is detected. When the dishwasher detects an end instruction, the dishwasher automatically triggers a closing instruction and closes the door assembly according to the closing instruction. It will be appreciated that the end instruction may be triggered by the user as desired, or automatically by the dishwasher after the drying operation has ended.
It is understood that step S70 may be performed after step S50, and may also be performed after step S60.
In the embodiment, the door assembly is opened in the process of drying the tableware, so that the convection between the air in the inner container cavity of the dish-washing machine and the outside air is increased, and the drying efficiency of the drying tableware is improved; and after finishing the drying operation, the door assembly is automatically closed, so that the tableware after being washed is prevented from being exposed in the air for a long time, and the cleanliness of the washed tableware is ensured.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher of the present invention is provided.
The fourth embodiment of the temperature detecting method of a dishwasher is different from the first, second and/or third embodiment of the temperature detecting method of a dishwasher in that, referring to fig. 5, the temperature detecting method of a dishwasher further includes:
step S90, calculating the number of dishes washed by the dishwasher.
Step S110, determining the washing time of the dishwasher for washing the dishes according to the quantity of the dishes.
The dishwasher calculates the amount of dishes to be washed in the process of washing the dishes, and determines the washing time of the dishes according to the amount of the dishes to be washed. The dishwasher is pre-stored with a mapping relation between the quantity of the tableware and the washing time, so that after the quantity of the tableware is determined, the corresponding washing time can be determined through the mapping relation. The dishwasher counting the number of dishes washed has been described in detail in the second embodiment and will not be described in detail in this embodiment. It will be appreciated that the dishwasher may also be operated by detecting the weight of the dishes to be washed. After the weight of the tableware required to be washed is determined, the dishwasher can determine the corresponding washing time length through the mapping relation between the weight of the tableware and the washing time length.
Step S120, if the duration of the current dish washing of the dish washing machine is greater than or equal to the washing duration, triggering an ending instruction for ending the dish washing.
After the dishwasher determines the washing time period, the dishwasher determines whether the current time period for washing the dishes is greater than or equal to the determined washing time period. If the current washing duration of the tableware is greater than or equal to the determined washing duration, automatically triggering an ending instruction for ending the washing of the tableware by the dish washing machine; if the current time length for washing the dishes is less than the determined washing time length, the dishwasher continuously judges whether the current time length for washing the dishes is greater than or equal to the determined washing time length.
The embodiment determines the washing time length through the quantity of the tableware to be washed by the dishwasher, avoids the condition that the same washing time length is adopted no matter the quantity of the tableware to be washed, saves the electric quantity required by the tableware to be washed, and realizes the intelligent regulation of the washing time length.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher of the present invention is provided.
The fifth embodiment of the temperature detecting method of a dishwasher is different from the first, second, third and/or fourth embodiment of the temperature detecting method of a dishwasher in that the step S10 includes:
and f, starting a heating device in the dish washing machine after detecting a washing instruction of the dish washing machine for washing dishes.
Step g, heating the water temperature of the water for washing the dishes through the heating device, and starting a non-contact temperature sensor in the dishwasher.
The temperature detecting method of the dishwasher further includes:
and h, if the water temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, closing the heating device.
When the dish washer detects a washing instruction for washing dishes, the dish washer starts the heating device of the dish washer, heats the temperature of the water for washing the dishes through the heating device, starts the non-contact temperature sensor, and detects the water temperature of the water for washing through the non-contact temperature sensor. In this embodiment, the heating device may be installed in the inner container cavity to heat the washing water in the inner container cavity; the heating device may also be arranged in a suction pump for pumping washing water from the dishwasher during the washing of the dishes. When the washing water flows through the suction pump, the washing water is heated by a heating device in the suction pump. The heating device may be a heating tube.
In the process of heating the washing water, the dishwasher judges whether the temperature of the washing water is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature. If the water temperature of the washing water is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, the dishwasher automatically triggers a closing instruction for closing the heating device to close the heating device and suspend the heating operation of the washing water. If the temperature of the washing water is less than the second preset temperature, the dishwasher continues to heat the washing water through the heating device. The second preset temperature can be set according to specific needs, such as 60 ℃, 65 ℃, or 68 ℃.
The embodiment detects the water temperature of the washing water through the non-contact temperature sensor, avoids the problem that the temperature sensor in the existing dish washing machine is in a high-humidity environment for a long time, and prolongs the service life of the temperature sensor in the dish washing machine.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having a temperature detection program of a dishwasher stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the temperature detection method of the dishwasher as described above.
The specific implementation of the computer readable storage medium of the present invention is substantially the same as the embodiments of the temperature detecting method of the dishwasher, and will not be described herein again.
