Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the washing control method of the dishwasher is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a washing control method of a dishwasher according to the present invention, in which the method includes:
step S10, detecting the washing stage of the dishwasher and determining the current washing stage of the dishwasher;
step S20, acquiring the current turbidity value of the washing water in the dishwasher;
step S30, determining a current stage washing strategy based on the current washing stage and the current turbidity value, so that the dishwasher performs the current stage washing strategy.
The dish washer is the automatic equipment of tableware such as washing dishes, chopsticks, dish, sword, fork, and at present, full-automatic dish washer on the market can divide into domestic dish washer and commercial dish washer two kinds, and domestic full-automatic dish washer only is applicable to the family, mainly has cabinet type, desktop, basin integral type and embedded etc.. The display panel of a general dishwasher is provided with control keys, a display screen and lamps corresponding to the control keys, different control keys can correspond to different washing programs, such as powerful washing, ultra-fast washing, energy-saving washing, glass washing and the like, and the corresponding washing programs can be started to run by pressing the corresponding keys after the door is closed.
In the washing process of the dishwasher, the dishware with different dirty degrees can be encountered, and for the dishwasher without the turbidity sensor, the conventional washing sequence of the dishwasher generally needs to carry out water feeding and washing operations for many times, for example, three times or more washing, in order to ensure the washing effect of the dishware, in this case, energy waste is easy to generate, or the condition of incomplete washing can occur. In addition, although the existing dishwasher with the turbidity sensor has turbidity judgment in the washing process, the strategy for controlling the washing mode of the dishwasher according to the detected turbidity value is simple, and the improvement on the washing performance of the dishwasher is not obvious.
Therefore, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a washing control method of a dish washing machine, which can effectively know the dirt condition of the dishes by detecting and judging the turbidity of the washing water in the dish washing machine at different stages in the dish washing process, and further allocate the optimal water inlet strategy and the optimal washing strategy so as to reduce the water consumption and the energy consumption and achieve the purpose of intelligent washing.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the step S10 includes:
step S11, when the dishwasher executes the washing program, the washing stage of the dishwasher is detected;
step S12, determining the current washing stage of the dishwasher according to the detection result, wherein the current washing stage at least comprises a pre-washing stage, a main washing stage and a rinsing stage.
In the present embodiment, when the dishwasher is executing a washing program, a current washing stage of the dishwasher is first determined, specifically, the washing stage of the dishwasher may include a pre-washing stage, a main-washing stage, a rinsing stage and a drying stage, and it can be understood that, in the present embodiment, an optimal water intake strategy and a washing strategy are determined according to a current washing stage of the dishwasher and a turbidity value of water, and thus, the current washing stage of the dishwasher mentioned in the present embodiment mainly refers to the pre-washing stage, the main-washing stage and the rinsing stage. In the pre-washing stage, water is sprayed out through a spray arm by a washing pump to wash the surface of the tableware; in the main washing stage, the tableware is strongly washed by warm water at 50-60 ℃, detergent is added to remove dirt and grease, and the washing is carried out by adopting a multi-time water inlet mode in the main washing stage, and meanwhile, the washing water is recycled; the rinsing stage is to use clean water with the temperature of more than 82 ℃ to clean the tableware, thereby achieving the effects of cleaning and disinfection.
Further, after the current washing stage of the dishwasher is determined, the current turbidity value of the washing water in the dishwasher is collected through a turbidity sensor in the dishwasher, a washing strategy of the current washing stage is formulated according to the current washing stage of the dishwasher and the corresponding turbidity value, and the washing strategy of the current stage is executed.
Specifically, the washing strategy made according to the detected current turbidity value is different according to the different washing stages of the dishwasher. For example, if it is detected that the current washing stage of the dishwasher is the pre-washing stage, since the pre-washing stage mainly uses the high-pressure water flow to wash the surface of the dishes, if it is detected that the turbidity value of the washing water in the current stage is smaller than the preset turbidity value in the pre-washing stage, it can be determined that the washing of the dirt on the surface of the dishes is completed, and the dishwasher can be controlled to enter the next stage of the washing process, so as to reduce water consumption and energy consumption.
In this embodiment, a corresponding current-stage washing strategy is determined by detecting a current turbidity value of a current washing stage, specifically, the washing strategy may include a water inlet strategy or a detergent feeding strategy, and may further include judging whether to enter a washing process of a next stage, and the like.
In this embodiment, when the dishwasher executes a washing program, the washing stage of the dishwasher is first detected, the current washing stage of the dishwasher is determined, the current turbidity value of the washing water in the dishwasher is further detected, and a corresponding current-stage washing strategy is determined according to the current washing stage and the current turbidity value of the dishwasher, so that the dishwasher executes the current-stage washing strategy. According to the dishwasher washing control method provided by the invention, different washing strategies are formulated and executed in different washing stages by detecting the turbidity value of washing water in the washing process of the dishwasher, so that the washing performance of the dishwasher is effectively improved, the optimal water consumption and energy consumption of the dishwasher are realized, and the use experience of the dishwasher of a user is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a second embodiment of the method for controlling washing in a dishwasher according to the present invention is proposed based on the above embodiment, and in this embodiment, before the step S30, the method further includes:
step S40, obtaining a preset turbidity value range list corresponding to the current washing stage, where the current washing stage includes different washing courses, and the different washing courses correspond to different preset turbidity value ranges.
In this embodiment, a phase corresponding to the current washing of the dishwasher is first determined, and specifically, three phases may be included, namely, a pre-washing phase, a main-washing phase and a rinsing phase, where each washing phase includes different washing courses, for example, the number of water intakes of the dishwasher may be four times in the main-washing phase, so that four different washing courses are corresponding to the main-washing phase, and meanwhile, each washing course corresponds to a different preset turbidity value range, that is, the turbidity value ranges of the washing water are different in different courses of the washing phase.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the step S30 includes:
step S31, determining the washing process corresponding to the current washing stage, comparing the preset turbidity value range corresponding to the washing process with the current turbidity value, and judging whether the current turbidity value is within the preset turbidity value range corresponding to the washing process;
step S32, if not, adjusting the washing course corresponding to the current washing stage based on the current turbidity value and the preset turbidity value range list.
Specifically, the formulation of the washing strategy is determined based on the current washing stage and the current turbidity value, and according to the determined current turbidity value, the corresponding washing course of the current turbidity value in the current washing stage can be determined.
For example, it is detected that the current washing stage of the dishwasher is the main washing stage, and the water inlet frequency of the dishwasher is four times in the main washing stage, so that the main washing stage of the dishwasher corresponds to four washing courses, and the ranges of turbidity values corresponding to the four washing courses are different. For example, the current washing stage is the main washing stage, the washing process is the second process, but the detected current turbidity value is not in the preset turbidity value range corresponding to the second process of the main washing stage, but is in the preset turbidity value range corresponding to the third process of the main washing stage, so that the washing strategy of the dishwasher can be adjusted, the dishwasher is controlled to enter the fourth process of the corresponding main washing stage, and the optimal water consumption and energy consumption of the dishwasher are realized.
In the embodiment, whether the current turbidity value is within the preset turbidity value range corresponding to the washing process of the current washing stage is judged by obtaining the preset turbidity value range list corresponding to the current washing stage so as to determine whether to adjust the washing strategy of the current washing stage, and the washing process corresponding to the current washing stage is adjusted according to the relation between the current turbidity value and the preset turbidity value range list, so that the optimal water consumption and energy consumption of the dishwasher are realized, and the washing performance of the dishwasher is effectively improved.
Further, referring to fig. 6, a third embodiment of the method for controlling washing in a dishwasher according to the present invention is proposed based on the above embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S10 is preceded by:
step S50, detecting the washing of the dish washer, and judging whether the dish washer finishes the washing; if yes, go to step S60; if not, go to step S10;
step S60, a corresponding prompt message for washing end is sent.
In this embodiment, before detecting the current washing stage of the dishwasher, it is further required to determine whether the current washing of the dishwasher is finished, specifically, the end of the washing of the dishwasher may refer to the end of the whole washing process of the dishwasher, or may refer to a stage that the dishwasher has entered into a stage that does not require water to enter again, such as a drying stage, and both of the above two cases may be regarded as the end of the washing of the dishwasher, i.e., the determination of the subsequent washing stage and the detection of the turbidity value are not required.
Further, if it is detected that the current washing of the dishwasher has ended, the user may be reminded of the end of the current washing by sending out a corresponding washing end prompt message, and it can be understood that sending out the washing end corresponding to the corresponding washing end prompt message indicates that the whole washing process of the dishwasher is ended, including the drying stage. Specifically, the prompt message may be a corresponding washing end prompt sound, or a light on a display panel of the dishwasher may be controlled to flash to inform a user that the current washing of the dishwasher has been finished.
In the embodiment, by judging whether the current washing of the dishwasher is finished or not, if the washing of the dishwasher is determined to be finished, a corresponding prompt message of finishing the washing is sent out to inform a user; if the washing of the dishwasher is not finished, a washing strategy of the corresponding current stage can be formulated through the detection of the current washing stage of the dishwasher and the current turbidity value of the washing water, so that the intelligence of the dishwasher is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a dishwasher washing control program is stored, and when executed by a processor, the dishwasher washing control program implements the following operations:
