A household dishwasher, characterized in that: comprises a box body, a water tank, an upper feeding device, an upper cleaning device, a lower cleaning device, a tableware fixing device and a control system, wherein the water tank, the upper feeding device, the upper cleaning device, the lower cleaning device, the tableware fixing device and the control system are arranged on the box body; the box body is provided with a water spray port and a sewage drain, and the water spray port is connected with the water tank through a pipeline; the upper feeding device feeds the upper cleaning device in a threaded manner, the upper cleaning device is provided with a plurality of brush heads, the brush heads are connected and driven by a spline fit realizing mechanism, and springs are adopted to adapt to tableware of different specifications; the tableware fixing device is a lifting structure driven by a crank block mechanism, and tableware is placed on the lower cleaning device through the tableware fixing device; the lower cleaning device is provided with a plurality of brush heads, the brush heads are distributed in a ring shape, and the tableware is positioned in an axis linkage mode; the brush heads of the upper cleaning device and the lower cleaning device simulate a manual cleaning mode to comprehensively clean the inside and outside of tableware;
the upper feeding device is arranged in the middle of the box body and comprises a supporting plate, a first motor, a first straight-tooth small bevel gear, a first straight-tooth large bevel gear, a transverse gear shaft, a transverse bearing seat, a longitudinal bearing seat and a longitudinal gear shaft, wherein the first motor, the first straight-tooth small bevel gear, the first straight-tooth large bevel gear, the transverse gear shaft, the transverse bearing seat, the longitudinal bearing seat and the longitudinal gear shaft are arranged on the supporting plate; the first straight-tooth small bevel gear is connected with the first motor, the first straight-tooth large bevel gear is arranged on a transverse gear shaft, the transverse gear shaft is arranged on a transverse bearing seat, and the longitudinal gear shaft is arranged on a longitudinal bearing seat; the first straight-tooth small bevel gear is meshed with the first straight-tooth large bevel gear, and the transverse gear shaft is meshed with the longitudinal gear shaft; the first motor drives the first straight-tooth small bevel gear to rotate, and then drives the first straight-tooth large bevel gear, the transverse gear shaft and the longitudinal gear shaft to synchronously rotate; the shaft body of the longitudinal gear shaft is provided with external threads so as to form a screw;
the upper cleaning device comprises a supporting seat, a second motor, a first straight-tooth pinion, a first straight-tooth large gear, a first transverse shaft, a second straight-tooth large bevel gear, a second straight-tooth small bevel gear and a brush, wherein the second motor, the first straight-tooth pinion, the first straight-tooth large gear, the first transverse shaft, the second straight-tooth large bevel gear, the second straight-tooth small bevel gear and the brush are arranged on the supporting seat; the first straight-tooth large gear and the second straight-tooth large bevel gear are arranged on the first transverse shaft, the second straight-tooth small bevel gear is connected with the brush, and the second motor is connected with the first straight-tooth small gear; the first straight-tooth pinion is meshed with the first straight-tooth large gear, and the second straight-tooth large bevel gear is meshed with the second straight-tooth small bevel gear; the second motor drives the first straight-tooth pinion to rotate, so as to drive the first straight-tooth large gear, the first transverse shaft, the second straight-tooth large bevel gear, the second straight-tooth small bevel gear and the brush to synchronously rotate; the supporting seat is provided with an internal thread matched with the screw rod;
the brush comprises a spline shaft, a limiting cylinder, a spline cylinder, a spring and a brush head; the spline cylinder is provided with a groove, a spline and an internal thread, and the spring is positioned in the groove; the spline shaft is connected with the spline cylinder through a spline, one end of the spline shaft is connected with the second straight bevel pinion, and the other end of the spline shaft is connected with the spring; the limiting cylinder is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread, and is connected with the spline cylinder through the thread; the brush head is fixed at the end part of the spline cylinder;
the lower cleaning device comprises a third motor, a second straight-tooth pinion, a second straight-tooth large gear, a longitudinal shaft, a second transverse shaft, a third straight-tooth large bevel gear, a third straight-tooth small bevel gear, a fourth straight-tooth small bevel gear and a brush; the second straight-tooth small gear is connected with a third motor, the second straight-tooth large gear and the third straight-tooth large bevel gear are arranged on a longitudinal shaft, the third straight-tooth small bevel gear is arranged on a second transverse shaft, and the fourth straight-tooth small bevel gear is connected with a brush; the second straight-tooth small gear is meshed with the second straight-tooth large gear, the third straight-tooth large bevel gear is meshed with the third straight-tooth small bevel gear, and the third straight-tooth small bevel gear is meshed with the fourth straight-tooth small bevel gear; the third motor drives the second straight-tooth pinion to rotate, so that the second straight-tooth large gear, the longitudinal shaft, the second transverse shaft, the third straight-tooth large bevel gear, the third straight-tooth small bevel gear and the fourth straight-tooth small bevel gear are driven to synchronously rotate with the brush;
the tableware fixing device comprises a tableware rack, a lifting knob, a lifting rail, a transverse push-pull rail, a pulley, a rotary handle, a sliding cylinder and a knob connecting shaft; the tableware rack is arranged on the lifting rail and the transverse push-pull rail, the pulleys are fixed at the bottom of the tableware rack, the tableware rack slides up and down along the lifting rail and moves back and forth along the transverse push-pull rail; the knob connecting shaft is vertically fixed on the lifting knob, one end of the rotary handle is provided with a fixing hole, the other end of the rotary handle is provided with a rotary hole, and one end of the rotary handle is fixed on the knob connecting shaft through the fixing hole; one end of the sliding cylinder is provided with a rotating shaft, the other end of the sliding cylinder is provided with a sleeve, the sliding cylinder is arranged on a rotating hole at the other end of the rotating handle through the rotating shaft, and the sleeve is sleeved on a cross beam of the tableware rack; the lifting knob rotates to drive the rotary handle to rotate around the knob connecting shaft to drive the tableware rack to slide up and down along the lifting track, so that the tableware rack can vertically lift.
