Abstract
The invention provides a toilet cleaner, wherein a cleaning agent barrel and a water barrel are arranged in the toilet cleaner and are respectively used for storing cleaning agent and water, the cleaning agent barrel and the water barrel are connected with a pressure pump, and a heating device and a high-pressure water pump are arranged in the pressure pump and are used for heating the water into steam. The pressure pump is connected with a spray head, and the spray head can be lifted and used for spraying cleaning agent and steam. The bottom of the cleaning machine is provided with a rubber pad which is connected with a toilet seat to form a closed state. The invention has wide cleaning coverage, no sanitary dead angle, low manufacturing cost, simple operation and reduced workload, and avoids secondary pollution caused by flushing.

Background
The toilet is an essential sanitary appliance in daily life of human beings and is also the place which is most easy to breed bacteria and store dirt, so that thorough daily cleaning is essential. The existing toilet cleaning means mainly utilizes a cleaning agent and a toilet brush to clean manually. The phenomena of splashing of the cleaning agent, secondary pollution, cleaning private traffic and the like easily occur in the cleaning process. Therefore, the mode has the defects of bad cleaning environment, large cleaning amount, incomplete cleaning and the like no matter in common families or public places such as hotels, shopping malls, public toilets and the like. The invention mainly aims to provide a toilet cleaner which is simple in structure, higher in cleaning capability and environment-friendly, aiming at the existing automatic toilet cleaning equipment.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a toilet cleaner, comprising: a cleaning agent barrel 1, a pressure pump 3 and a spray head 5; the bottom of the toilet cleaner is provided with a sealing cover, and the sealing cover can cover the toilet to form a closed space; the pressure pump 3 is connected with the cleaning agent barrel 1, a heating device is arranged in the pressure pump 3, and the bottom of the pressure pump 3 is connected with a spray head 5; a through hole is formed in a sealing cover of the toilet cleaner, and the cleaning agent barrel 1, the pressure pump 3 and the spray head 5 are communicated in sequence; the spray head 5 sprays steam to the outside of the toilet cleaner through the through hole.
Optionally, a high-pressure water pump is further arranged inside the pressure pump 3, the pressure pump 3 is connected with the spray head 5 through a lifting rod 4, the seat lifting rod 4 is further connected with a driving control unit, the driving control unit drives the lifting rod 4 to lift, and the spray head 5 extends out of or is accommodated in the toilet cleaner through the through hole.
Alternatively, the spray head 5 has a plurality of nozzles with different spray directions.

As one embodiment of the toilet cleaning machine of the present invention, it comprises:
a cleaning agent barrel 1, a pressure pump 3 and a spray head 5; the bottom of the toilet cleaner is provided with a sealing cover, and the sealing cover can cover the toilet to form a closed space; the cleaning agent barrel 1 and the pressure pump 3 are arranged inside the toilet cleaning machine; the pressure pump 3 is connected with the cleaning agent barrel 1, and a heating device and a high-pressure water pump are arranged inside the pressure pump 3; a through hole is formed in the bottom plate of the toilet cleaner, and the bottom of the pressure pump 3 is connected with a spray head 5; the pressure pump 3 can pump the mixed liquid of water and sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket 1 and then heat into 100 ℃ high temperature steam to pressurize this steam to 6bar, shower nozzle 5 shines steam to the toilet cleaner outside via the through-hole, disinfects the disinfection, and dissolves the dirt that attaches on the toilet.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, which are another embodiment of the present application, a water tank 2 connected to a pressure pump is further disposed inside the toilet cleaning machine; the pressure pump 3 and the nozzle 5 are further connected by a lifting rod 4, and the seat lifting rod 4 is further connected with a driving control unit (not shown), which can be arranged inside the pressure pump 3.
The cleaning agent barrel 1 and the water barrel 2 can be used for storing cleaning agent and water respectively, when the toilet cleaning machine works in the embodiment, the driving control unit drives the lifting rod 4 to lift, so that the spray head 5 extends out of or is accommodated in the toilet cleaning machine through the through hole, and the spray head 5 can spray the cleaning agent and steam in the lifting process of the lifting rod 4 or after the lifting action is completed; and the spraying process can also be set to be various: 1. the pressure pump 3 simultaneously pumps the cleaning agent and the water in the cleaning agent barrel 1 and the water barrel 2, mixes the cleaning agent and the water to form mixed liquid, heats and pressurizes the mixed liquid, and then sprays the mixed liquid;
2. after the lifting action of the spray head is finished, the pressure pump 3 firstly pumps the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent and sprays the cleaning agent through the nozzle; then the water in the water barrel 2 is pumped for heating and pressurizing, and high-pressure steam is sprayed out, so that the cleaner is suitable for cleaners with different characteristics (such as cleaners which are not suitable for high-temperature heating);
3. the pressure pump 3 can also firstly pump the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent barrel 1 and spray the cleaning agent, so that the cleaning agent flows downwards along the inner wall of the toilet under the action of gravity, at the moment, the spray head is lowered, the water in the water barrel 2 is pumped by the pressure pump 3 and is heated and pressurized, and high-pressure steam is sprayed.
In order to complete the process, as an alternative scheme, one end of a heating device in a pressure pump 3 is respectively connected with a detergent barrel 1 and a water barrel 2, the other end of the heating device is connected with a high-pressure water pump, the heating device can start or stop a heating function in corresponding working steps according to the setting of different programs, and one end of the heating device connected with the detergent barrel 1 and one end of the water barrel 2 are respectively provided with a control valve which can respectively control whether detergent or water flows into the heating device according to the setting of different programs; the high-pressure water pump is able to draw the liquid in the heating device and apply a corresponding pressure to eject it through the spray head 3. In addition, the detergent barrel 1 can also be directly connected with a high-pressure water pump through a control valve, and the detergent is directly pumped and sprayed by the high-pressure water pump. The above two structures are merely examples, but not limited thereto.
The driving control unit includes at least one motor, a transmission structure and a circuit board, and the transmission mode disclosed by the gear transmission mechanism, the worm gear transmission mechanism and the like can be adopted, but not limited thereto, the transmission structure capable of driving the lifting rod 4 to lift and rotate the spray head 5 can be adopted, and the details are not repeated here.
The spray head 5 is connected to the pressure pump 3 at the top and has at least one laterally extending nozzle at the bottom. In this embodiment, the nozzle 5 is T-shaped, and two nozzles extend to opposite sides. More than three nozzles can be arranged in a Y shape or in a similar shape according to actual requirements.
The bottom of the toilet cleaner can also be provided with a rubber pad 6, the rubber pad 6 is arranged around the periphery of the bottom surface of the toilet cleaner and is similar to the shape and the size of a toilet table or a toilet seat ring, and the bottom of the rubber pad 6 can be connected with a toilet, so that the sealing effect is improved, and the splashing of dirt is avoided.
The outer wall of the toilet cleaner is provided with at least one operation button 7, the operation button can be connected to a circuit board in the toilet cleaner, and the circuit board controls the starting and stopping of elements such as a heating device, a high-pressure water pump and a control valve in the pressure pump 3, so that the power switch, the opening of the upper cover or other functional operations required by mechanical operation are realized.
The outer wall of the toilet cleaner is provided with at least one pressure relief hole 8, and the pressure relief hole 8 is connected with the pressure pump 3 and used for discharging redundant pressure in the pressure pump 3.
The top or side wall of the toilet cleaner is provided with a see-through window 9, which is preferably located adjacent to the detergent passage and the water tub, so that a user can monitor the remaining amount of detergent and water through the see-through window 9.
The outer wall of the toilet cleaner is provided with an openable upper cover 10, and a user can open the upper cover 9 as required to replace the cleaning agent and water in the cleaning agent barrel 1 and the water barrel 2.
The outer wall of the toilet cleaner can be further provided with at least one handle 11, so that a user can conveniently take and lift the toilet cleaner, and in the embodiment, a pair of handles 11 are arranged on two sides of the outer wall.
The toilet cleaner is convenient to use. A pressure pump 3 of the cleaning machine can be connected with a power supply connecting line penetrating from a shell, the cleaning machine of the toilet is buckled on the toilet after the power supply is switched on, a closed space is formed, then the cleaning agent barrel 1 and the cleaning agent and water in the water barrel 2 flow into the pressure pump 3 by starting a control button 7, the cleaning agent is pressurized by a high-pressure water pump in the pressure pump 3 and is sprayed out by rotating the spray head 5, the lifting rod 4 descends, a heating device and the high-pressure water pump in the pressure pump 3 are simultaneously started and heats and pressurizes the water in the pressure pump 3 to enter the spray head 5, and the spray head 5 rotates along with the rotating shaft to spray steam, so that the cleaning coverage is improved, and the cleaning effect is improved.
The interior of the toilet cleaner may have a timing device for automatically stopping the operation of the pressure pump 3 and raising the spray head 5 after a predetermined operation time. The user can also finish the work of the cleaning machine through the control button 7 at any time according to the requirement.
The interior of the toilet cleaner can be additionally provided with a battery, and the battery is charged before use, so that the toilet cleaner can be conveniently used in a toilet which cannot provide power supply.
In conclusion, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the toilet cleaner provided by the invention utilizes high-temperature and high-pressure steam to clean and achieve the effect, and secondary pollution caused by flushing is avoided.

a through hole is formed in a sealing cover of the toilet cleaner, and the cleaning agent barrel (1), the pressure pump (3) and the spray head (5) are communicated in sequence; the spray head (5) sprays steam to the outside of the toilet cleaner through the through hole.
