In the use process of the cooking utensil, due to the arrangement of the rotary cover opening assembly, the locking assembly 22 can be automatically driven to operate through the rotary cover opening assembly, but in some cases, the rotary cover opening assembly may not realize the functions of automatically opening and closing the cover body 2, such as power failure, failure and the like. For further ease of use, the rotary lid assembly of the present invention also incorporates the function of manually opening and closing the lid 2.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cooking utensil cover 2 further includes: the handle 233, the handle 233 is connected with the clutch component 231, and the handle 233 is used for manually driving the clutch component 231 to rotate. The cover body 2 can still be manually opened and closed under the condition of power failure and the like, the dependence on an automatic control system is reduced, and the opening and closing of the cover body 2 are reliable.
Because the driving unit 232 provides torque to the clutch assembly 231, especially for the speed reducing motor, when the driving unit 232 is not running, the torque of the speed reducing motor is large, and the manual opening and closing of the cover body 2 is greatly limited, for this reason, the invention provides a method for realizing mutual rotation between the handpieces 233 and the driving unit 232, that is, when the torque applied to the handpieces 233 (for example, by hands applied to the handpieces 233) reaches a predetermined value, the handpieces 233 and the driving unit 232 can rotate relatively, so that labor is saved when the cover body 2 is manually opened and closed.
With reference to fig. 3-7, in some embodiments of the invention, the clutch assembly 231 includes: a swivel 2311, a swivel 2312 and a fitting 2313.
The swivel 2311 is connected to the swivel arm 233 and the latch assembly 22, respectively. The rotation head 2312 is relatively rotatably engaged with the driving unit 232, the driving unit 232 is configured to drive the rotation head 2312 to rotate, the engagement pieces 2313 are respectively connected with the rotation seat 2311 and the rotation head 2312, the engagement pieces 2313 are configured to rotate the rotation seat 2311 relative to the rotation head 2312 when the torque of the rotation seat 2311 relative to the rotation head 2312 is not less than a predetermined value, and the rotation seat 2311 is relatively fixed with the rotation head 2312 when the torque of the rotation seat 2311 relative to the rotation head 2312 is less than the predetermined value.
When the torque received by the rotating hand 233 is not less than the predetermined value, the rotating seat 2311 and the rotating head 2312 can be relatively rotated, so that the rotating seat 2311 and the driving unit 232 can rotate relatively, and the problem that the driving unit 232 affects the manual switch cover 2 is avoided.
Wherein, the preset value is determined according to actual use and can be set into a form which can be opened by an ordinary adult.
The cooking appliance can be a pressure cooker, an electric cooker and other cooking appliances.
The invention also discloses a cooking appliance.
A cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a pot body and a cover body 2.
Specifically, the periphery of the top opening of the pot body is provided with pot teeth; the cover body 2 is the cover body 2 of the cooking utensil, the lock catch assembly 22 is buckled with the pot teeth when being located at the locking position, and the lock catch assembly 22 is separated from the pot teeth when being located at the separating position.
According to the cooking utensil of the embodiment of the invention, the cover body 2 is adopted, and the opening and closing of the cover body 2 can be automatically controlled.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the locking assembly 22 is positioned and installed on the inner cap assembly 21 to be easily rotated. The reduction motor (driving unit 232) is fixedly installed on the inner lid assembly 21, and a shaft of a rotation core 2314 of the reduction motor has characteristics of low speed and large torque. When the power is cut off, the output mandrel cannot be twisted by external force. The protruding end fork slot of the rotating seat 2311 may position the locking post (part of the locking assembly 22), i.e., the rotating seat 2311 drives the locking post to rotate together. The rotary head 2312 is positioned and mounted at the output spindle of the gearmotor, i.e. the output spindle of the gearmotor and the rotary head 2312 rotate together. The steel balls and the elastic portions 2316 are installed in the through holes of the rotary core 2314, that is, the steel balls can compress the elastic portions 2316 to be displaced and contracted in the through holes of the rotary core 2314. The assembly of the rotating core 2314 is buckled and installed in the clamping groove of the rotating head 2312, namely the buckling force of the steel ball elastic mechanism is greater than the rotating torque force of the rotating head 2312, so that the rotating head 2312 drives the rotating core 2314 to rotate. The rotation seat 2311 is positioned and installed at the rotation core 2314, that is, the rotation core 2314 and the rotation seat 2311 may rotate together. The knob 233 is locked to the swivel base 2311 by a screw, that is, the swivel base 2311 and the knob 233 can be rotated together. After the speed reducing motor is powered off, the output spindle of the speed reducing motor cannot rotate due to the fact that the output rotating torque is large.
At this time, the manual rotation knob 233 is provided with a clutch mechanism to open the lid manually, and the rotation torque of the rotation knob 233 is larger than the engagement force of the steel ball elastic mechanism of the rotation core 2314 and the rotation torque of the rotation head 2312, so that they are disengaged. Therefore, the rotating head 2312 and the speed reducing motor are fixed and do not rotate, but the rotating hand 233 can be manually rotated to take the rotating seat 2311 to open the cover.
