the cooker cover 20 is provided with a through hole 200, the rotary handle assembly 21 comprises a rotary handle 211 and a connecting and locking piece 212 which are rotatably arranged on the cooker cover 20, and the connecting and locking piece 212 can move towards or away from the cooker body along the cooker cover to lock or unlock the relative rotation of the cooker cover 20 and the rotary handle 211; in this embodiment, a curved portion which is curved toward the pot teeth and extends into the pot cover 20 to match with the pot teeth of the pot body 1 is disposed on one end of the rotary handle 211 away from the connecting and locking member 212, and rotates synchronously with the rotary handle 211.
The heat-insulating cover plate 22 comprises a heat-insulating cover plate 221, the heat-insulating cover plate 221 is provided with an abutting part 2211 which abuts against the cooker body 1 when the cooker body 1 is covered, and the heat-insulating cover plate 221 is detachably connected with the connecting locking piece 212; the rotary handle 211 rotates to an uncovering position and triggers the connecting locking piece to lock or unlock, in this embodiment, the heat-insulating cover plate is fixed on other components, the triggering portion is a pushing portion for pushing the connecting locking piece when the cover is closed with the cooker body, the connecting locking piece 212 moves towards the cooker body 1, and the cooker cover 20 is locked with the rotary handle 211; when the turning handle 211 is located at the position of opening the lid and the interference portion 2211 abuts against the pot body 1, the connecting and locking member 212 moves towards the direction of keeping away from the pot body 1 under the action of the interference portion 2211, and the pot lid 20 and the turning handle 211 are rotationally unlocked.
The screw handle 211 is provided with a limiting part, the cooker cover 20 is provided with a locking part, the connecting and locking part 212 is provided with a locking matching part, and the locking matching part is matched with the limiting part and the locking part in a locking or unlocking way. In this embodiment, the limiting portion is a limiting hole disposed on the rotary handle 211, the locking portion on the pot cover 20 is a locking hole disposed on the pot cover 20, and the locking mating portion is a pin post extending into the limiting hole and the locking hole when they are overlapped.
The heat-insulating cover plate 22 further comprises a circumferentially rotatable fixing member 223, and the fixing member 223 is connected with the fixed fitting 3 in a detachable sealing manner. In this embodiment, the fixing fitting member 3 and the fixing member 223 are engaged with each other.
As an alternative embodiment, the cooker in this embodiment is replaced with an electric cooker.

Claims (20)

1. A cooker cover assembly is characterized by comprising
A cooker cover;
a swing handle assembly comprising
The rotary handle is rotatably arranged on the cooker cover;
the connecting locking piece can move towards or away from the cooker body along the cooker cover to lock or unlock the relative rotation of the cooker cover and the rotary handle;
the heat-preservation cover plate assembly comprises a heat-preservation cover plate, and the heat-preservation cover plate is provided with a contact part which is pressed against the cooker body during covering and a trigger part which triggers the connecting locking piece to be locked or unlocked;
the rotary handle rotates to the opening position, and when the abutting part is separated from abutting against the cooker body, the connecting and locking piece moves towards the direction of the cooker body, and the cooker cover is locked with the rotary handle; when the rotary handle is positioned at the opening position and the conflict part is propped against the cooker body, the connecting and locking piece moves towards the direction away from the cooker body under the action of the conflict part, and the cooker cover and the rotary handle are rotationally unlocked;
the cooker cover is characterized in that a limiting portion is arranged on the rotary handle, a locking portion is arranged on the cooker cover, a locking matching portion is arranged on the connecting and locking piece, and the locking matching portion is matched with the limiting portion and the locking portion in a locking or unlocking mode.
2. The pot lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the insulated cover plate is removably connected to the connection lock.
3. The pot lid assembly of claim 1, wherein a fixed seat is fixedly disposed on the pot lid, the rotary handle is rotatably disposed on the fixed seat, and the locking portion is disposed on the fixed seat.
4. The pot lid assembly of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the lock engagement portion is a structure provided on the coupling locking member that extends axially toward the pot lid and then radially outward.
5. The pot lid assembly of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an axially extending portion of the lock engagement portion passes out from an inside of the pot lid to an outside of the pot lid, and a radially extending portion of the lock engagement portion is located outside of the pot lid to engage with the stopper portion.
6. The pot lid assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the limiting part is a secondary through groove circumferentially extending on the screw handle, and the radial width of the primary through groove at the lid opening position is larger than the radial width of the secondary through groove at the lid closing position.
7. The pot lid assembly of claim 6, wherein the knob rotates along the second stage channel to the first stage channel, the radially extending portion adapted to move axially between the first stage channel and the lock.
8. The pot lid assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a limiting part is provided on the connecting locking part, and when the limiting part and the locking part are in locking engagement with the locking engagement part, the limiting part abuts against the outside of the pot lid.
9. The pot lid assembly of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the locking portion is an axially recessed snap groove.
10. The pot lid assembly of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the knob assembly further comprises a biasing force member that applies a biasing force to the connection lock member in a direction toward the pot body.
11. The pot lid assembly of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the connecting lock has a receiving cavity open at one end.
12. The pot lid assembly of claim 11, wherein the knob assembly further comprises a biasing force member, the biasing force member applying a biasing force to the connecting and locking member in a direction toward the pot body, the biasing force member being a compression spring, one end of the compression spring abutting against the fixed base and the other end of the compression spring extending into the accommodating cavity and abutting against the bottom of the accommodating cavity.
13. The pot lid assembly of any one of claims 1 to 3, 7 and 12, wherein a fixed fitting is provided between the connecting and locking member and the heat-insulating cover plate assembly, and one end of the fixed fitting is fixedly connected with the connecting and locking member and the other end is detachably connected with the heat-insulating cover plate assembly.
14. The pot lid assembly according to claim 13, further comprising a baffle fixedly disposed on the heat-insulating cover and a fixing member axially defined between the heat-insulating cover and the baffle and circumferentially rotatable, the fixing member and the fixed fitting being in detachable sealing connection.
15. The pot lid assembly of claim 14, wherein said fixed engagement member is a T-bolt, said securing member is a T-nut, a radially extending horizontal portion of said T-bolt is secured to said connecting and locking member, and an axially extending vertical portion of said T-bolt is threadably engaged with said T-nut.
16. The lid assembly of claim 15, wherein said T-bolt horizontal portion is fitted with a sealing ring having sealing surfaces engaging axially opposite end surfaces of said T-bolt horizontal portion.
17. The lid assembly of any one of claims 1-3, 7, 12, 14-16, wherein a through hole is provided in the lid, the lid coincides with the axis of the through hole toward or away from the pot body, and the connecting and locking member is inserted into the through hole.
18. The pot lid assembly of claim 17, wherein a rotatable ring of pot teeth is arranged in the pot lid, the pot lid is provided with a guide slot, the rotary handle and the ring of pot teeth are respectively arranged at two sides of the pot lid, one end of the rotary handle away from the through hole is provided with a connecting piece, the other end of the connecting piece passes through the guide slot and is fixedly connected with the ring of pot teeth, and the rotation of the rotary handle drives the ring of pot teeth to rotate to be matched with the ring of pot teeth for unlocking or locking.
19. The pot lid assembly of any one of claims 14 to 16, further comprising a temperature sensing device inserted through the fixed fitting, the temperature sensing device extending toward the pot body and exposing the heat-insulating cover plate assembly.
20. A cooker comprising a cooker body, characterized by further comprising the cooker cover assembly of any one of claims 1-19 fitted to the cooker body.
