A cover opening and closing mechanism is characterized by comprising a pot body (1), a motor (31) arranged on the pot body (1), a cover body (21) pivoted on the pot body (1), a locking ring (22) pivoted on the cover body (21), a first transmission unit (41) arranged on the cover body (21) and a second transmission unit (42) arranged on the pot body,
the locking ring (22) is vertical to the cover body (21) relative to the rotating axis of the cover body (21), the motor (31) drives the first transmission unit (41) to move so as to drive the locking ring (22) to rotate between a locking position and an unlocking position relative to the pot body (1),
the rotating axis of the cover body (21) relative to the pot body (1) is parallel to the cover body (21), the motor (31) drives the second transmission unit (42) to move so as to drive the cover body (21) to rotate between an opening position and a buckling position relative to the pot body (1),
wherein power is not transmitted to the second transmission unit (42) when the motor (31) drives the first transmission unit (41), and power is not transmitted to the first transmission unit (41) when the motor (31) drives the second transmission unit (42),
the first transmission unit (41) comprises a third gear (411) which is rotatably arranged on the cover body (21) and has a rotation axis perpendicular to the cover body (21), and a power steering member (412) which is in transmission connection between a first power output part arranged on a power output shaft (32) of the motor (31) and the third gear (411), the third gear (411) is arranged coaxially with the lock ring (22), wherein,
when the locking ring (22) rotates between a locking position and an unlocking position relative to the pot body (1), the power steering piece (412) is meshed with the first gear (33);
when the cover body (21) rotates between an opening position and a buckling position relative to the pot body (1), the power steering piece (412) is separated from the first gear (33).

The cover opening and closing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the first power output portion and the second power output portion are synchronously coupled to the power output shaft (32) of the motor (31), the first power output portion is engaged with the first transmission unit (41) to transmit the driving force of the motor (31) to the lock ring (22), and the second power output portion is engaged with the second transmission unit (42) to transmit the driving force of the motor (31) to the cover body (21), wherein,
when the first power output part is linked with the first transmission unit (41), the second power output part is separated from the second transmission unit (42), and when the first power output part is separated from the first transmission unit (41), the second power output part is linked with the second transmission unit (42).

The cover opening and closing mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the first power output is the first gear (33), the second power output is a second gear (34) having a first circumferential tooth section (a), and the power steering member (412) is drivingly connected between the first gear (33) and a third gear (411).

The cover opening and closing mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the first gear (33) and the third gear (411) are spur gears, and the power steering member (412) is a long bar slidably provided on the cover body (21), wherein both ends of the long bar are formed with straight gear sections (C) respectively engaged with the first gear (33) and the third gear (411).
5. The cover opening/closing mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the cover body (21) is provided with a slide groove for limiting the elongated rod, and the elongated rod is provided with a slide rail engaged with the slide groove.
6. The lid opening and closing mechanism according to any of claims 3 to 5, wherein the second transmission unit (42) comprises a pin (421) for rotatably arranging on the pan (1), the pin (421) being fixedly connected with the lid body (21), wherein,
the pin shaft (421) is provided with a second circumferential tooth section (B) which can be meshed with the first circumferential tooth section (A) of the second gear (34),
when the cover body (21) rotates between an opening position and a buckling position relative to the pot body (1), the first circumferential tooth section (A) is meshed with the second circumferential tooth section (B);
when the locking ring (22) rotates between a locking position and an unlocking position relative to the pot body (1), the first circumferential tooth section (A) is separated from the second circumferential tooth section (B).
7. The cover opening and closing mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the second circumferential tooth section (B) is formed directly on the outer circumferential surface of the pin shaft (421).

Lid opening and closing mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that a first circumferential flanging section is provided on the outer edge of the locking collar (22), the locking collar (22) being rotatable so that the first circumferential flanging section is intended to be in contact with a second circumferential flanging section on the pan (1) for locking or disengaging for unlocking.
9. A cooking utensil comprising a lid opening and closing mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The cooking utensil according to claim 9 further comprising a safety button for preventing the lid (21) from opening during operation of the cooking utensil, wherein the lid (21) or the pot (1) is further provided with an electromagnetic push rod cooperating with the safety button, wherein the power steering member (412) triggers the electromagnetic push rod to lock the lid (21) with the pot (1) when the lid (21) is locked with respect to the pot (1), and wherein the electromagnetic push rod is away from the safety button to open the lid (21) when the lid (21) is unlocked with respect to the pot (1).
11. The cooking appliance according to claim 9, characterized in that it further comprises detection means associated with said motor (31) and intended to lock it in the event of a failure of said motor (31).
12. The cooking utensil of claim 9 wherein the cooking utensil is a pressure cooker.
