The cover opening process can also be seen, the electric pressure cooker of the embodiment realizes the process of opening the cover only through one rotation action, the operation is simple, and the cover opening is convenient.
Because the movable clamping piece 3 is positioned at the edge of the upper surface of the lining 22, and the locking cover 21 is positioned below the lining 22, the inner lining 22 is creatively provided with the avoiding groove in the embodiment, the unlocking piece 212 is arranged on the locking cover 21, and the unlocking piece passes through the avoiding groove and extends to the upper surface of the lining 22 to be linked with the movable clamping piece 3, so that the aim of opening the cover by rotating the locking cover 21 to act on the movable clamping piece 3 is fulfilled. By adjusting the position of the avoiding groove, the acting distance of the tripping piece 212 acting on the movable clamping piece 3 can be adjusted. The present embodiment matches the trip travel of the movable catch 3 by providing an escape groove in the middle region of the liner 22 and a transmission between the trip member 212 and the movable catch 3. In addition, in the actual manufacturing process, the cover opening is accurately released by adjusting the transmission piece according to the deviation in the cover opening releasing process, so that the rotation angle is matched with the opening releasing stroke, and the adjusting mode is simple and feasible due to the structure.
The unlocking piece is arranged on the lock cover, and the movable clamping piece is triggered by the unlocking piece to open the lock cover in the rotating process of the lock cover. The tripping piece extends to the upper surface of the lining and then acts with the movable clamping piece, horizontal acting force is applied to the transmission piece in the rotating and unlocking process, the transmission piece returns and applies force to the tripping piece after the cover is opened, so that no friction and other losses exist in the acting force between the transmission piece and the tripping piece, the force transmission efficiency is high, the locking cover can be ensured to rotate due to the fact that the acting force required by the rotation of the locking cover is large and the acting force loss is small, and therefore the movable clamping piece can return, and the pot cover can be buckled after the cover is opened.
Example two
The difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is mainly the structure of the release member 212 on the locking cover 21. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8-10, the release 212 is provided on the locking cap post 211. Specifically, the lock cover column 211 extends to the upper surface of the liner 22 after passing through the second avoiding groove 222 on the liner 22, the fork 4 is provided with a through hole 41, and the lock cover column 211 passes through the through hole 41 of the fork 4.
