The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
In addition, the technical features of the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 to 17, the pot cover assembly of the present embodiment includes an inner cover 10, a locking cover 20, and an unlocking structure 30. Wherein, the inner cover 10 is provided with a first locking structure 11, and the first locking structure 11 is suitable for being matched with the pot body. The locking cap 20 is rotatably provided under the inner cap 10, and the locking cap 20 has a locking position and an unlocking position. The unlocking structure 30 is rotatably provided on the inner cap 10, and the unlocking structure 30 has a driving part 31 and a triggering part 32 provided at intervals. The driving part 31 is adapted to drive the locking cap 20 to rotate, and the triggering part 32 is adapted to cooperate with the first locking structure 11. During the rotation of the unlocking structure 30, the driving part 31 drives the lock cover 20 to move from the locking position to the unlocking position, and then the unlocking structure 30 continues to rotate, so that the triggering part 32 is matched with the first locking structure 11.
By utilizing the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the pot cover assembly is unlocked, the unlocking structure 30 is rotated, so that the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32 on the unlocking structure 30 synchronously rotate. In the process of rotating the unlocking structure 30, the driving part 31 drives the lock cover 20 to rotate from the locking position to the unlocking position, so that the lock teeth on the lock cover 20 are separated from the pot teeth on the pot body. The unlocking structure 30 then continues to rotate so that the triggering portion 32 cooperates with the first locking structure 11 to unlock the inner lid 10 from the pot, thereby achieving the opening of the lid. In the structure, the lock cover 20 and the inner cover 10 can be unlocked through one step of rotating the unlocking structure 30, the cover opening step is simple, and the use experience of a user is improved. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment solves the defects of complicated cover opening steps and poor user experience of the electric pressure cooker in the prior art.
It should be noted that the locking cap 20 is rotatably disposed under the inner cap 10, and a locking tooth is disposed at a lower edge of the locking cap 20. The inner cover 10 is suitable for being covered on the pot body 70, and the inner pot of the pot body 70 is provided with pot teeth. The locking cap 20 has a locked position and an unlocked position: when the locking cover 20 is in the locking position, the locking teeth and the pot teeth are overlapped and locked, so that the locking cover 20 and the inner pot are tightly combined, and the cooking cavity can bear cooking pressure. When the lock cover 20 is in the unlocking position, the lock teeth are separated from the pot teeth, and the cover can be opened at this time.
As can be seen in connection with fig. 6, the unlocking structure 30 is provided above the inner cap 10. As can be seen in fig. 5 again, the unlocking structure 30 comprises a rotating base, on the side of which the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32 are arranged. The driving portion 31 and the triggering portion 32 each have a substantially sheet-like structure and each extend in a direction away from the rotation base. The two are circumferentially spaced apart such that the unlocking structure 30 is generally U-shaped in plan view.
Further, the driving part 31 functions to drive the locking cap 20 to rotate when the unlocking structure 30 rotates. That is, when the unlocking structure 30 rotates clockwise, the unlocking structure 30 drives the locking cap 20 to rotate clockwise; when the unlocking structure 30 rotates counterclockwise, the unlocking structure 30 drives the locking cap 20 to rotate counterclockwise. The driving portion 31 can drive the locking cap 20 to rotate between the locking position and the unlocking position.
Further, the above-mentioned first locking structure 11 functions to lock and unlock the inner lid 10 and the pan body 70. As can be seen in connection with fig. 6, the first locking structure 11 includes a plate body, the middle of which is coupled to the front side of the inner cap 10 through a rotation shaft, so that the upper and lower sides of the plate body can swing. The lower end of the plate body is provided with an outward clamping hook. When the trigger part 32 is not contacted with the first locking structure 11, the plate body is subject to the elasticity of the spring, and the lower end of the plate body swings outwards, so that the clamping hook is clamped with the clamping groove (or the clamping hook) on the pot body 70, and the locking of the inner cover 10 and the pot body 70 is realized. When the unlocking structure 30 rotates to the position where the triggering portion 32 is engaged with the upper end of the plate body, that is, is abutted against the upper end of the plate body, the upper end of the plate body swings outwards, and the lower end of the plate body swings inwards, so that the hook is separated from the clamping groove (or the hook) on the pan body 70, and unlocking of the inner cover 10 and the pan body 70 is achieved.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, an elastic connection member 33 is provided between the lock cover 20 and the driving portion 31. Specifically, during the rotation of the unlocking structure 30, the driving part 31 drives the locking cover 20 to rotate through the elastic connection piece 33, and the following description will be given of a specific cover opening and closing manner of the unlocking structure 30 with reference to fig. 6 to 17:
1. as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the locking cap 20 is in the locked position, i.e., the unlocking structure 30 is in the initial position at this time;
2. as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the unlocking structure 30 rotates counterclockwise, and the driving part 31 drives the locking cover 20 to rotate counterclockwise through the elastic connecting piece 33 until the locking cover 20 rotates to the unlocking position;
3. as shown in fig. 14 to 17, after the locking cap 20 is moved to the unlocking position, its position is fixed. At this time, the unlocking structure 30 is continuously rotated, the elastic connecting piece 33 is elongated, and thus the triggering portion 32 is continuously rotated until it is in abutting engagement with the first locking structure 11. After the triggering part 32 is abutted with the first locking structure 11, the bottom clamping hook of the first locking structure 11 swings inwards, so that the unlocking of the inner cover 10 and the pot body 70 is realized, and the cover opening is realized;
4. when the cover needs to be closed, the unlocking structure 30 is not operated, and at the moment, the unlocking structure 30 is reset clockwise under the action of the elastic connecting piece 33, and the clamping hook at the lower end of the first locking structure 11 can be buckled with the pot body 70;
5. the unlocking structure 30 is continuously rotated clockwise, so that the driving part 31 drives the locking cover 20 to move to the locking position, and the cover closing is completed.
Therefore, in the above structure, the opening and closing operations can be realized only by operating the unlocking structure 30, the operation steps are greatly simplified, and the user experience is good.
It should be noted that, in the above step 3, after the elastic connection member 33 is stretched, a pulling force is applied to the lock cover 20, so that the lock cover 20 can be completely moved to the unlocking position, and the situation that the lock cover 20 cannot be opened due to the processing error and the assembly error of each part in the pot cover assembly, which results in the lock cover 20 moving in place, and the lock teeth and the pot teeth are not completely separated, is prevented. That is, in step 3, the elastic connection member 33 can ensure that the locking teeth and the pan teeth are completely separated, so that the user can open the cover smoothly.
As shown in fig. 6 to 17, the inner cap 10 is provided with a slide groove 12, and the locking cap 20 includes a locking cap body 21 and a coupling post 22 provided on an upper surface of the locking cap body 21, the coupling post 22 penetrating through the slide groove 12 from the bottom to the top. The elastic connection member 33 is a spring, and both ends of the spring are connected to the driving portion 31 and the connection post 22, respectively.
Specifically, the latch cover body 21 has a cover-like structure, and a plurality of upwardly extending connecting posts 22 are provided at the top of the latch cover body 21. In this embodiment, there are four connecting posts 22, so there are 4 corresponding slide slots 12. And the chute 12 is an arc chute to accommodate the rotation of the locking cap body 21. After passing upwardly through the chute 12, the connecting post 22 protrudes from the top surface of the inner cap 10.
Further, the four sliding grooves 12 are respectively distributed on the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the inner cover 10, and as can be seen from fig. 8 and 9, the unlocking structure 30 is disposed at the sliding groove 12 located on the front side, so that the connecting post 22 in the sliding groove 12 can be matched with the unlocking structure 30 after passing through the sliding groove 12.
The connecting post 22 is located on the side of the drive part 31 facing the trigger part 32, and both ends of the spring are provided with O-rings. The driving part 31 is provided with an upright post, and two ends of the spring are respectively sleeved outside the connecting post 22 and the upright post through O-shaped rings, so that the driving part 31 is connected with the connecting post 22.
In the step 2, the driving portion 31 drives the connecting post 22 to move by the initial tension of the spring, and further drives the locking cover body 21 to rotate.
In the above step 3, after the locking cap body 21 moves to the unlocking position, the connecting post 22 is located at the end of the chute 12, that is, the end of the connecting post 22 limited by the chute 12, and the locking cap body 21 cannot continue to rotate. Thus, as the unlocking structure 30 continues to rotate, the spring is stretched.
In step 5, the side portion of the driving portion 31 abuts against the connecting post 22, and the connecting post 22 is driven to move, so that the locking cover body 21 is rotated clockwise to the locking position.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the distance between the opposite inner sides of the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32 is larger than the outer diameter of the connection post 22, and the connection post 22 is located between the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32.
Specifically, the extending direction of the driving portion 31 and the extending direction of the triggering portion 32 are disposed at an acute angle. The opposite inner sides form a U-shaped opening, and the distance between the opposite inner sides is larger than the outer diameter of the connecting post 22, i.e. the connecting post 22 is movable between the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32.
Preferably, the initial elastic force of the spring is greater than the frictional force between the locking cap 20 and the inner cap 10, so that the coupling post 22 abuts against the side of the driving part 31 when the locking cap 20 moves from the locking position to the unlocking position.
That is, in the above-described step S2, since the initial elastic force of the spring is greater than the frictional force between the locking cap 20 and the inner cap 10, the spring is not stretched, and as shown in fig. 9 and 13, the coupling post 22 is closely attached to the inner side of the driving part 31.
In the above step 3, after the connecting post 22 moves to the end of the chute 12, since the distance between the opposite inner sides of the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32 is greater than the outer diameter of the connecting post 22, the unlocking structure 30 can continue to rotate so that the triggering part 32 is in abutting contact with the first locking structure 11.
In addition, if the friction between the locking cap 20 and the inner cap 10 is large due to a processing error, an assembling error, etc., and is greater than the initial elastic force of the spring, the connection post 22 may be driven to move by the tensile and tensile force of the spring. When the spring is stretched and the pulling force is still insufficient to pull the connecting post 22 to move, the connecting post 22 can be driven to move by the way that the inner side edge of the triggering part 32 is directly abutted against the connecting post 22. As shown in fig. 17, when the trigger 32 abuts against the first locking structure 11, the trigger 32 simultaneously pushes the connecting post 22 to the end of the chute 12, that is, even if the locking cover 20 is in the unlocking position.
As shown in fig. 6 to 17, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, a protrusion 321 is provided on the outer surface of the trigger portion 32, and the protrusion 321 is adapted to abut against the first locking structure 11. Specifically, the projection 321 is provided on the side of the trigger portion 32 facing away from the rotation base, and is located on the side facing away from the driving portion 31. Further, the upper portion of the first locking structure 11 is also provided with a convex portion facing the unlocking structure 30. As shown in fig. 17, when the unlocking structure 30 is rotated until the protrusion 321 is aligned with the protrusion, the protrusion 321 may press the protrusion to swing the first locking structure 11, thereby unlocking the inner lid 10 from the pot 70.
As shown in fig. 6 to 17, the inner lid 10 is provided with a position detecting structure 40, and when the lock cover 20 is in the lock position, the trigger 32 is engaged with the position detecting structure 40. Specifically, the position detecting structure 40 may be a micro switch, a reed switch, a hall sensing element, or the like. When the locking cover 20 is located at the locking position, the position detecting structure 40 transmits the cover closing information to the control system, and the control system controls the cooking appliance to operate the cooking program according to the cover closing information.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the pot cover assembly further includes a cover 50 covered on the inner cover 10, a rotatable cover opening handle 60 is provided on the cover 50, and the unlocking structure 30 is coaxially connected with the cover opening handle 60. Specifically, the cover 50 is a thin-walled plastic member, which is covered outside the inner cover 10, and the edges are connected by a snap. The cover opening handle 60 is connected with the rotating base of the unlocking structure 30 through a fastener (such as a screw), and the user can rotate the unlocking structure 30 by rotating the cover opening handle 60, so that the steps 1 to 5 are performed, and the cover opening and the cover closing are realized.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment further provides a cooking apparatus, including a pot body 70 and the pot cover described above. The pan body 70 is provided with a pan tooth and a second locking structure. The lid assembly is provided to cover the pot body 70. Wherein the first locking structure 11 is adapted to lock or disengage from the second locking structure, and the first locking structure 11 is disengaged from the second locking structure when the trigger portion 32 is engaged with the first locking structure 11.
Preferably, the second locking structure may be a catch, or a slot.
Preferably, the cooking appliance in the present embodiment is an electric pressure cooker.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.
