According to some embodiments of the invention, the elastic member 4 is connected between the ends of the two locking teeth 3 remote from the locking portion 31. Since the two locking teeth 3 are rotatably fitted to the connection shaft assembly 2, and the elastic member 4 serves to drive the two locking teeth 3 to rotate so that the two locking portions 31 are moved toward each other. Therefore, according to the lever principle, the elastic member 4 is arranged at the position, so that the utilization rate of the elastic force provided by the elastic member 4 can be improved in the limited space of the door lock box 1, and the energy loss is reduced.
Specifically, the elastic member 4 is a spring. Thereby not only guaranteeing the reliability of the elastic piece 4, but also simplifying the structure of the elastic piece 4, reducing the manufacturing cost of the door lock assembly 100 and facilitating the replacement.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the movement direction of the connecting shaft 21 is perpendicular to the movement direction of the shackle 5. So that the adaptation of the door lock assembly 100 can be further improved.
According to the door lock assembly 100 of the dishwasher (not shown) according to the embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher includes the inner container (not shown) and the door body (not shown), the door lock assembly 100 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, wherein the locker 5 is provided on one of the door body or the inner container, and the door lock case 1 is provided on the other of the door body or the inner container.

Therefore, when the normal door opening function and the door locking function of the door lock assembly 100 are ensured, and after the dish washer is used for a long time, the door body and the inner container cannot be completely centered and a certain amount of deflection and dislocation exist, the matching parts 51 of the locking tooth parts 3 and the lock catches 5 can still be matched normally and stably, the reliability and the stability of the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer are improved, the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer has certain self-adaptability, the service life of the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer can be improved to a certain extent, a user does not need to use larger force to open the door, and the use feeling of the user is improved.
According to the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer, the door lock assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention is arranged, so that the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer can ensure the normal door opening function and the door locking function, and when a certain amount of deflection and dislocation exists due to the fact that the door body and the liner cannot be completely centered after the dish washer is used for a long time, the matching part 51 of the tooth locking part 3 and the lock catch 5 can still be normally and stably matched, the reliability and the stability of the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer are improved, the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer has certain self-adaptability, the service life of the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer can be prolonged to a certain extent, a user does not need to use larger force to open the door, and the use feeling of the user is improved.
Specifically, the latch 5 further includes a supporting portion (not shown) connected to the mating portion 51, the supporting portion being provided on one of the door body or the liner. Therefore, the lock catch 5 is fixed on one of the door body or the liner through the supporting portion, so that the matching portion 51 can move between the locking position and the releasing position, the structure of the door lock assembly 100 is more reasonable, and the strength and reliability of the door lock assembly 100 can be improved.
A dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the door lock assembly 100 of the dishwasher described above.
According to the dish washer provided by the embodiment of the invention, the door lock assembly 100 of the dish washer provided by the embodiment of the invention is arranged, so that the reliability and stability of the dish washer can be improved, the dish washer has certain self-adaptability, the service life of the dish washer can be prolonged to a certain extent, and the use feeling of a user is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the dishwasher further includes a control system (not shown) and a switch sensing device 200, the engagement portion 51 being in contact with the switch sensing device 200 when the engagement portion 51 is in the locking position, the switch sensing device 200 transmitting a detected door closing signal to the control system. The control system of the dishwasher thus knows from the signal that the engagement portion 51 is in the locked position, i.e. the door lock assembly 100 is in the locked state, and thus enables the dishwasher to operate for washing dishes. Claims (11)

1. A door lock assembly, comprising:
the door lock box comprises a shell, a connecting shaft assembly, two locking tooth parts and an elastic piece, wherein the shell is provided with an opening, two opposite inner side walls of the shell far away from the opening are respectively provided with a limit groove, two ends of the connecting shaft assembly are respectively in movable fit with the limit grooves, each locking tooth part is respectively and rotatably matched with the connecting shaft assembly, each locking tooth part is provided with a locking part, the locking parts are opposite to the opening, and the elastic piece is used for driving the two locking tooth parts to rotate so as to enable the two locking tooth parts to move towards directions close to each other;
a lock catch having a mating portion with a locking position and a release position, the lock catch being movable between the locking position and the release position, in the locking position the mating portion passing from the opening between the outer ends of the two locking portions to lock the lock catch to the door lock case, the opening being located on the top wall of the housing.
2. The door lock assembly according to claim 1, wherein side surfaces of the two locking portions facing each other have a first mating surface and a second mating surface, respectively, the first mating surface of each locking portion being located at an outer end of the second mating surface,
in the direction from the inside to the outside, the two first mating surfaces extend obliquely in a direction away from each other, the two second mating surfaces extend obliquely in a direction towards each other, the two second mating surfaces define the locking position,
one side of the matching part corresponding to each locking part is respectively provided with a third matching surface and a fourth matching surface, the third matching surface is positioned at the outer side of the fourth matching surface,
in the direction from the inside to the outside, the two third mating surfaces extend obliquely toward one another and the two fourth mating surfaces extend obliquely away from one another,
when the matching part moves from the disengaging position to the locking position, the two fourth matching surfaces respectively abut against the corresponding first matching surfaces to move so as to deform the elastic piece; when the matching part moves from the locking position to the disengaging position, the two third matching surfaces respectively stop against the corresponding second matching surfaces to move so as to deform the elastic piece.
3. The door lock assembly of claim 1, wherein the connecting shaft assembly is a connecting shaft, and the two locking teeth are respectively connected to the connecting shaft.
4. A door lock assembly according to claim 3, wherein two of said locking teeth are disposed crosswise and each of said locking teeth is connected to said connecting shaft at the intersection of two of said locking teeth.
5. The door lock assembly of claim 1, wherein the resilient member is connected between ends of the two locking teeth remote from the locking portion.
6. The door lock assembly of claim 5, wherein the resilient member is a spring.
7. The door lock assembly according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the moving direction of the connecting shaft is perpendicular to the moving direction of the shackle.
8. A door lock assembly of a dish washer, the dish washer comprises an inner container and a door body, and is characterized in that,
the door lock assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the lock catch is provided on one of the door body or the inner container, and the door lock box is provided on the other of the door body or the inner container.
9. A dishwasher, characterized by comprising a door lock assembly of a dishwasher according to claim 8.
10. The dishwasher of claim 9 further comprising a control system and a switch sensing device, the mating portion being in contact with the switch sensing device when the mating portion is in the locked position, the switch sensing device transmitting a detected door closure signal to the control system.
11. The dishwasher of claim 10, wherein the switch sensing device is a micro switch.
