Description

Safety door lock and dish washing machine with same
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of the dish washer, specifically a safety door lock and have dish washer of safety door lock.
Background
In the working process of the dishwasher, the door is closed by adopting a mode of matching a latch head with a door lock. The latch head and the door lock are installed at the door and the main body of the dishwasher, respectively. The door lock has a latch arm and a spring mechanism (e.g., a torsion spring, a compression spring, a tension spring) acting directly or indirectly on the latch arm. In the door closing process, the latch head collides with the latch arm to squeeze the latch arm from the current position, and the elastic force is overcome in the period, so that the door is closed finally; the door opening process is similar to door closing. Because the latch head and the door lock are mutually matched, certain force needs to be applied to the door in the process of opening and closing the door of the dishwasher. Considering the ease and the use experience of opening and closing the door, the power value can not set up too big, and the power of closing the door is about 30N, and the power of opening the door is about 55N. The advantage of this kind of design at present lies in feeling good, and can conveniently open the door at any time at dishwasher normal operating in-process and put in etc. the operation, but this has also led to dishwasher door lock to have the not strong problem of locking force.
With the improvement of living standard of people, higher requirements on health and safety are provided. At present, some dish washing machines are developed by dish washing machine manufacturers, such as high-temperature dish washing, and the temperature can reach 85 ℃. Under the special working scenes, because the door lock of the dish washing machine has the problem of weak locking force, if a user operates by mistake, the door of the dish washing machine is easy to pull open; especially, children with weak discrimination can pull the dishwasher door open for curiosity or stubborn skin to cause safety problems such as scald and the like.
Some manufacturers try to solve the above problems, but the current technical scheme cannot perform operations such as door opening and releasing in the working process of the dishwasher, and if the door is forcibly opened in an up-locking state, the components are damaged, so that the door lock fails. And the scheme leads the force value required when the door is opened and closed to be improved under the condition that the dishwasher is not in operation, thereby causing negative influence on the user experience. That is, the current technical solutions cannot compromise security and convenience. Second, the situation of sudden power failure in the locked state needs to be considered as well: after the sudden power failure, the door lock is kept in a locked state and cannot be automatically released, the power supply needs to be recovered in practical use, and the user can damage the door lock and other parts due to the fact that the user strongly pulls the door under the condition that the power supply is not switched on. Third, lock state signal feedback is not considered.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The to-be-solved technical problem of the utility model is to provide a safety door lock and have dish washer of safety door lock, this lock and dish washer can realize: when the dishwasher is in a state with general safety requirements, the door lock is in a non-locking state, and the dishwasher door can be conveniently opened by using a certain force value; when the dishwasher is in a state of high safety requirements (such as high-temperature washing), the door lock is in a locked state, and a larger force value is required to forcibly open the dishwasher door. Detailed Description
The following describes the safety door lock and the dishwasher with the safety door lock in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "left side", "right side", "upper part", "lower part", "bottom part", etc. indicate the orientation or positional relationship based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, "first", "second", etc. do not represent the degree of importance of the component parts, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. The specific dimensions and values used in the present embodiment are only for illustrating the technical solutions, and do not limit the protection scope of the present invention. The following embodiments all take the application of the safety door lock of the present invention to a dishwasher as an example, but it should be noted that the safety door lock of the present invention is not limited to be applied to a dishwasher.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a safety door lock is provided with a latch arm 11, a limiting block 16 and a driving assembly 12. The stopper 16 is located outside the latch arm 11, and the driving assembly 12 is used to drive the stopper 16. When the dishwasher is in a state with general safety requirements, the door of the dishwasher can be opened at any time. As shown in figure 1, after the dishwasher door is closed, the safety door lock is in a non-locking state, the limit position 16 keeps a distance with the latch arm 11, the latch arm 11 moves freely, at the moment, the resistance between the latch arm 11 and the latch head 10 is only needed to be overcome for opening the dishwasher door, and the customer experience is good. When the dishwasher is in a state with high safety requirements (such as high-temperature washing), as shown in fig. 2, after the dishwasher door is closed, the safety door lock is in a locked state, the limit block is close to or abutted against the latch arm to limit the free movement of the latch arm, and at this time, the resistance between the latch arm 11 and the latch head 10 needs to be overcome when the dishwasher door is opened, and the resistance of the limit 16 block needs to be overcome to open the dishwasher door, so that a larger force is needed, but the safety door lock cannot be damaged.
The switching between the locking state and the unlocking state of the safety door lock can be automatically carried out, and can also be carried out by a user through manual operation according to the requirement of the user.
If the user manually operates, taking the initial state of the safety door lock as the unlocked state shown in fig. 1 as an example, if the user wants to put the dishwasher in a state of general safety performance, no operation is performed, the limit block 16 is in a position that does not limit the free movement of the latch arm 11, and the resistance between the latch arm 11 and the latch head 10 is only needed to be overcome to open the dishwasher door. If a user wants to put the dishwasher in a state with higher safety performance, after the dishwasher door is closed, the drive assembly 12 is triggered manually to act, and the drive assembly 12 pushes the limit block 16 to move; or without the use of a drive assembly, the stopper 16 is manually pushed directly into motion so that the stopper 16 moves to a position close to or against the latch arm 11, restricting the free movement of the latch arm 11, and the safety door lock switches to the locked state as shown in fig. 2, at which time the resistance of the stopper 16 is overcome in addition to the resistance between the latch arm 11 and the latch head 10.
If the safety door lock is operated automatically, the safety door lock further comprises a first terminal 15, a second terminal 14 and a third terminal 13, the first terminal 15 and the second terminal 14 are switched on and off to feed back whether the safety door lock is in a locking state, and the second terminal 14 and the third terminal 13 are used for exciting the driving assembly to act. Taking the initial state of the safety door lock as the unlocked state shown in fig. 1 as an example, if the control system of the dishwasher sets the dishwasher to be in a general state with safety requirements, the control system does not supply power to the second terminal 14 and the third terminal 13, at this time, no matter whether the dishwasher door is closed, the driving assembly 12 does not act, the first terminal 15 and the second terminal 14 are not locked, and the signal component feeds back that the safety door lock is in the unlocked state. If the dishwasher control system sets the dishwasher to a state with a high safety requirement (such as high-temperature washing), the control system checks whether the door of the dishwasher is in a closed state, if the door of the dishwasher is in the closed state, the control system supplies power to the driving assembly 12 through the second terminal 14 and the third terminal 13, the driving assembly 12 pushes the limit block 16 forwards, the limit block 16 is located on the left side of the latch arm 11 and is close to or abutted against the latch arm 11, and the latch arm 11 is locked and limited to move freely. At this time, the first terminal 15 and the second terminal 14 are communicated, and the signal part feeds back that the safety door lock is in a locked state. If the control system sets the dishwasher to a state with normal safety requirements again, the control system supplies power to the driving assembly 12 through the second terminal 14 and the third terminal 13, the driving assembly 12 drives the stopper 16 to retreat, and the stopper 16 does not limit the latch arm 11 to move freely any more. At this time, the first terminal 15 and the second terminal 14 are not communicated, and the signal component feeds back that the safety door lock is in the unlocked state.
The control system checks whether the dishwasher door is in a door closing state, and can be realized by adopting a microswitch. The latch 10 pushes the touch block when in the latch arm 11, the latch 10 does not push the touch block when out of the latch arm 11, the touch block is used for triggering the micro switch signal to change, and the position of the latch 10 is fed back, so that the door opening and closing state of the dishwasher is fed back.
Various driving devices such as a solenoid and a motor can be selectively used for the driving unit 11. The feedback result of the signal component can be displayed by a signal lamp or a digital display screen.
Typically, the latch arm 11 is divided into a first latch arm and a second latch arm, two left and right in fig. 1 and 2. The one end of first breech arm and second breech arm all articulates in safety door lock, and the other end of first breech arm and second breech arm is the free end. The first latch arm and the second latch arm are connected by an elastic component, or the first latch arm and the second latch arm are respectively fixed by the elastic component.
For better spring effect, the stopper 16 and/or the latch arm 11 are made of a resilient material, such as rubber, plastic, nylon, spring steel, etc. The stop 16 and/or the latch arm 11 may also be of a resilient construction, such as a cantilever beam, a thin wall, or a thin rod. Or, the contact surface of the stopper 16 and the latch arm 11 is an inclined surface, and this inclined surface may be provided on the stopper 16, or may be provided on the latch arm 11, or both the stopper 16 and the latch arm 11 may be provided with inclined surfaces. When the latch arm 11 moves to the outside, due to the existence of the inclined plane, the limiting block 16 can be pushed to retract after the force value is increased to a certain degree, or due to the adoption of the elastic material, the limiting block and/or the latch arm elastically deform. The latch arm 11 completes the movement and the door opening is required without damaging the door lock. Of course, the elastic structure can also be made of elastic material and provided with the inclined surface.
In this embodiment, a single latch arm is restricted, or both latch arms may be restricted. The utility model discloses stopper, drive assembly etc. in the safety lock in all embodiments can all duplicate a plurality of or mirror image setting.
In addition, spare part in the above-mentioned safety door lock can separately set up with the breech arm, sets up stopper, drive assembly in current lock outside promptly, realizes the utility model discloses safety door lock's function.
Example two
In the first embodiment, a safety door lock with two latch arms is illustrated, but the case where the latch arm is a single latch arm is also common. Fig. 5 is a state where the dishwasher door is not closed, and fig. 3 and 4 are a state where the safety door lock is unlocked and a state where the safety door lock is locked, respectively, after the dishwasher door is closed. In figure 4, the latch arm 21 is connected at one end to the wall of the security door lock by a resilient member and at the other end is hinged within the security door lock. The latch head 20 is hooked by the latch arm 21 and the dishwasher door is closed. The stop block 26 abuts against the latch arm 21 and the safety door lock is in the locked state.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, on the basis of the first embodiment, the limiting blocks are set as a first limiting block 361 and a second limiting block 362. The second stopper 362 is hinged at one end, or fixedly connected, or pressed against one side of the latch arm 31 by an elastic member. The first stopper 361 is located outside the other end of the second stopper 362, and may be located above or to the left of the other end of the second stopper 362. When the safety door lock is in the non-locking state, the first stopper position 361 keeps a distance from the second stopper position 362, and the latch arm 31 freely moves; when the door lock is in a locked state, the first stopper 361 is close to or abutted against the second stopper 362, and the latch arm is restricted from freely moving by the second stopper 362.
Example four
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, on the basis of the third embodiment, the limiting block further includes a third limiting block 463. The second stopper 462 is hinged at one end, or fixedly connected, or pressed against the first latch arm 411 by an elastic component. One end of the third limiting block 463 is hinged or fixedly connected, or pressed against the second latch arm 412 through an elastic component. The first stopper 461 is located at the outer side of the other end of the third stopper 463. When the door lock is in the non-locking state, the first limit block 461, the second limit block 462 and the third limit block 463 are kept at a certain distance, and the latch arm moves freely; when the door lock is in the locked state, the first stopper 461 approaches or abuts against the second stopper 462 and the third stopper 463 at the same time, and the latch arm is restricted from moving freely by the second stopper 462 and the third stopper 463. Alternatively, the first stopper 461 is close to or against one of the second stopper 462 and the third stopper 463, and the latch arm is restricted from moving freely by the second stopper 462 or the third stopper 463. The main improvement of this embodiment over the third embodiment is the use of the same drive assembly to simultaneously restrain both latch arms.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, on the basis of the first embodiment, the stopper includes a first stopper 561 and a fourth stopper 564. The fourth limit block 564 is long and is installed at a position close to the edge of one side of the latch arm 51; a first limiting bulge 5641 is arranged on the fourth limiting block; the driving assembly drives the fourth stopper 564 to rotate through the first stopper 561. When the door lock is in the unlocked state, the first limit projection 5641 keeps a distance from the latch arm 51, and the latch arm 51 moves without being limited by the fourth limit block 564; when the door lock is in the locked state, the first limit projection 5641 abuts against the latch arm 51, thereby limiting the movement of the latch arm 51.
As shown in fig. 12 to 15, the fourth stopper 564 is provided with a projection 5642, and the first stopper 561 is provided with a hole/groove. The projections 5642 extend into the holes/grooves. When the first stopper 561 moves, the hole/slot wall carries the projection 5642 along with the fourth stopper 564. The fourth stopper 564 is circumferentially stopper-mounted in the door lock, whereby the movement of the fourth stopper 564 appears as a pivoting movement. Fig. 12 and 13 show the position of the aforementioned projections 5642, holes/grooves, and first limit projections 5641 in an unlocked state of the door lock. The first limit projection 5641 is not positioned on the movement path of the latch arm and does not limit the movement of the latch arm; fig. 14 and 15 show the location of the aforementioned projections, holes/grooves, and first limit projections 5641 in the locked condition of the door lock, with the first limit projections 5641 being located on the path of movement of the latch arm to limit movement of the latch arm
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, in addition to the first embodiment, the safety door lock further includes a torsion spring 67. One end of the torsion spring 67 is connected to the stopper 66 and is embedded in the sliding groove of the stopper 66. When the safety door lock is in a non-locking state, the torsion spring 67 keeps a distance from the latch arm, and the movement of the latch arm is not limited by the torsion spring 67; when the safety door lock is in a locking state, the driving assembly drives the torsion spring 67 to rotate through the limiting block 66, so that the torsion spring 67 supports against the latch arm, and the movement of the latch arm is limited.
Based on the description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it should be clear that the invention as defined by the appended claims is not limited solely to the specific details set forth in the above description, but that many obvious modifications thereof, which do not depart from the spirit or scope of the invention, are equally possible to achieve the objects of the invention.
