Detailed Description
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, terms such as "upper, lower, left, and right" and "upper, lower, left, and right" are used generally referring to the upper, lower, left, and right directions shown in the drawings to which reference is made; "inner and outer" means inner and outer relative to the contour of the individual components or assemblies themselves.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a dishwasher according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a body 1 and a door 2, the door 2 being pivotally connected to the body 1 to be movable between an open position and a closed position. In the dishwasher, a door lock assembly (not shown) and a load switch assembly are also included, which are provided independently of each other. The load switch assembly includes a switch body 3 mounted on the body 1 and a switch jack 4 mounted on the door body 2, the switch jack 4 being disposed opposite to the switch body 3 to be able to disconnect the electrical connection of the switch body 3 when the door body 2 is opened and to connect the electrical connection of the switch body 3 when closed, thereby being able to disconnect the power supply such as a washing pump or the like as the door body 2 is opened.
It can be understood that the switch body 3 and the switch push rod 4 can also exchange mounting positions, and the purpose of controlling the on-off state of the switch body 3 can be achieved. By the arrangement, the switch ejector rod 4 is only used for driving the switch body 3 to be switched on or off, and does not need to bear the locking of the door body 2, so that the extension length can be smaller. As shown in fig. 2, the extension length of the switch jack 4 relative to the extension of the door body 2 is significantly reduced, and the door body 2 has relatively good aesthetic properties in an open state. In addition, when a user takes and places tableware such as bowls and chopsticks to be washed, the switch ejector rod 4 is not easy to touch, and the switch ejector rod 4 is not deformed or broken even if the user collides with the tableware, so that the tableware has high reliability.
Typically, in the case where the door body 2 is pivotally connected to the body 1, a load switch assembly may be provided at a side edge portion opposite to the pivot axis of the door body 2 to disconnect the electrical connection of the switch body 3 immediately after the door body 2 is opened, with high safety.
In the illustrated preferred embodiment, the switch jack 4 may be integrally formed with the door body 2, or may be connected to the door body 2 by adhesion, snap-fit, or the like. The switch push rod 4 has an elastic extension section 41 for abutting against the switch body 3. The elastic extension 41 is provided so as to be capable of being bent without breaking when, for example, a collision occurs, and to be capable of being restored to its original state by its own elasticity. Therefore, in the long-distance transportation process, the whole machine failure caused by the damage of the switch top cover 4 can be effectively prevented, and the use reliability is ensured. For this purpose, the elastic extension 41 of the switching jack 4 should have a high stiffness on the basis of a suitable elasticity. Preferably, the elastic extension 41 (and thus the entire switch ram 4) may be made of a rubber material having a relatively high hardness.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in a dishwasher according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the switch body 3 is driven using a lever principle. Specifically, the switch body 3 includes a micro switch 31, a lever 32, and a drive lever 33. The micro switch 31 may be electrically connected to the main control board to disconnect power supply such as a washing pump, a drain pump, a heating device, and the like when the door body 2 is in an open state. The microswitch 31 has a switch knob which, when depressed, turns off the power supply to the load. One end of the lever 32 has a tendency to abut against the switch button of the micro switch 31 under the biasing action of the spring 34, and the driving rod 31 abuts against the other end of the lever 23, whereby when the door body 2 is opened, the spring 34 drives the lever 31 to press down the switch button of the micro switch 31, and power supply to the load is disconnected through the main control board; when the door body 2 is closed, the switch push rod 4 releases the switch button against the elastic force of the spring 34 through the driving rod 33 and the lever 32, and the load power is restored. In the preferred embodiment, since the driving lever 33 is provided, driving can be performed by the switch jack 4 in the extending direction of the driving lever 33, and the driving lever 33 is in planar contact with the side of the lever 32, thereby maintaining a large area of action during operation, ensuring reliable driving. And, by providing the driving lever 33, the extension length of the switch jack 4 is relatively small to ensure the aesthetic property and the use reliability of the door body 2 in the opened state.
To facilitate the integrated installation of the functional components of the switch body 3, the switch body 3 may be provided with a lower housing 35 and a push rod 36, and form a cavity accommodating the micro switch 31, the lever 32 and the driving rod 33. The lever 32 is pivotally connected between the lower housing 35 and the top cover 36, whereby its pivot axis serves as a fulcrum for on-off operation, and has the advantages of stable installation and reliable operation. Wherein, the lower casing 35 may be formed with a buckle 351, and the edge of the top cover 36 is correspondingly formed with a slot 361, so that the top cover 36 can be conveniently clamped to the lower casing 35, thereby facilitating assembly and maintenance.
Further, a stop portion 352 is formed on the lower housing 35 and located in the cavity, and a stop protrusion 331 is correspondingly formed on the driving rod 33 to be matched with the stop portion 352. Thus, when the door 2 is opened, the driving lever 33 has the limit movement position defined by the stopper 352, and is prevented from being detached from the container. In addition, the stop 352 may provide a guiding function for axial movement of the drive rod 33, alone or in combination with other mounting locations of the drive rod 33, ensuring reliable operation.
In the illustrated preferred embodiment, the switch body 3 is mounted to the edge portion of the body 1, and the engagement portion of the lower case 35 and the top cover 36 thereof is formed with an engagement hole for the insertion of the switch jack 4, and the driving lever 33 is extended to the outer end of the engagement hole in the opened state of the door body 2, whereby the switch jack 4 can have a significantly reduced extension length, and the lever 32 and the micro switch 31 are driven to operate by the driving lever 33.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, a number of simple variants of the technical solution of the invention are possible, including combinations of individual specific technical features in any suitable way. The various possible combinations of the invention are not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple variations and combinations are likewise to be regarded as being within the scope of the present disclosure.
