The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 to 17, the pot lid assembly of the present embodiment includes an inner lid 10, a locking lid 20, and an unlocking structure 30. Wherein, the inner cover 10 is provided with a first locking structure 11, and the first locking structure 11 is suitable for being matched with the pot body. The locking cap 20 is rotatably disposed below the inner cap 10, and the locking cap 20 has a locking position and an unlocking position. The unlocking structure 30 is rotatably provided on the inner lid 10, and the unlocking structure 30 has a driving portion 31 and a triggering portion 32 which are provided at intervals. The driving portion 31 is adapted to drive the locking cap 20 in rotation and the triggering portion 32 is adapted to cooperate with the first locking structure 11. During the rotation of the unlocking structure 30, the driving portion 31 moves the lock cover 20 from the locking position to the unlocking position, and then the unlocking structure 30 continues to rotate, so that the triggering portion 32 is engaged with the first locking structure 11.
By using the technical solution of the present embodiment, when the lid assembly is unlocked, the unlocking structure 30 is rotated, so that the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32 on the unlocking structure 30 rotate synchronously. In the process of rotating the unlocking mechanism 30, the driving part 31 rotates the locking cover 20 from the locking position to the unlocking position, so that the locking teeth on the locking cover 20 are separated from the pot teeth on the pot body. The unlocking structure 30 then continues to rotate, so that the trigger portion 32 cooperates with the first locking structure 11 to unlock the inner lid 10 from the pot body, thereby opening the lid. The unlocking of the locking cover 20 and the unlocking of the inner cover 10 can be realized through rotating the unlocking structure 30 in the structure, the cover opening step is simple, and the use experience of a user is improved. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment overcomes the defects that the uncovering step of the electric pressure cooker in the prior art is complicated and the user experience is poor.
It should be noted that the locking cover 20 is rotatably disposed below the inner cover 10, and locking teeth are disposed at the lower edge of the locking cover 20. The inner cover 10 is adapted to be covered on the pot body 70, and the inner pot of the pot body 70 is provided with pot teeth. The lock cover 20 has a locked position and an unlocked position: when the locking cover 20 is in the locking position, the locking teeth and the pot teeth are overlapped and locked, so that the locking cover 20 and the inner pot are tightly combined, and the cooking cavity can bear cooking pressure. When the locking cover 20 is in the unlocking position, the locking teeth and the pot teeth are separated, and the cover can be opened at the moment.
As can be seen in connection with fig. 6, the unlocking structure 30 is provided above the inner lid 10. As can be seen in fig. 5, the unlocking structure 30 includes a rotating base, and the driving portion 31 and the triggering portion 32 are disposed on the side of the rotating base. The driving portion 31 and the triggering portion 32 each have a substantially sheet-like structure and each extend in a direction away from the rotating base. The two are circumferentially spaced apart such that the unlocking structure 30 is substantially U-shaped in a top view.
Further, the driving portion 31 functions to drive the locking cap 20 to rotate when the unlocking structure 30 rotates. That is, when the unlocking structure 30 rotates clockwise, the unlocking structure 30 drives the locking cap 20 to rotate clockwise; when the unlocking structure 30 rotates counterclockwise, the unlocking structure 30 drives the locking cap 20 to rotate counterclockwise. The driving portion 31 can drive the locking cap 20 to rotate between the locking position and the unlocking position.
Further, the first locking structure 11 is used for locking and unlocking the inner lid 10 and the pot body 70. As can be seen in fig. 6, the first locking structure 11 comprises a plate body, the middle of which is coupled to the front side of the inner lid 10 by a rotating shaft, so that the upper and lower sides of the plate body can swing. The lower end of the plate body is provided with an outward clamping hook. When the trigger 32 is not in contact with the first locking structure 11, the plate body is subject to the elastic force of the spring, and the lower end of the plate body swings outwards, so that the hook is clamped with the clamping groove (or hook) on the pot body 70, and the inner cover 10 and the pot body 70 are locked. When the unlocking structure 30 rotates to the state that the trigger part 32 is matched with the upper end of the plate body, that is, the upper end of the plate body is abutted, the upper end of the plate body swings outwards, the lower end of the plate body swings inwards, and then the clamping hook is separated from the clamping groove (or the clamping hook) on the pot body 70, so as to realize the unlocking of the inner cover 10 and the pot body 70.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, in the solution of the present embodiment, an elastic connection member 33 is provided between the lock cover 20 and the driving part 31. Specifically, during the rotation of the unlocking structure 30, the driving portion 31 drives the locking cover 20 to rotate through the elastic connecting member 33, and the specific opening and closing manner of the unlocking structure 30 is described below with reference to fig. 6 to 17:
1. as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the locking cap 20 is in the locking position, i.e., the unlocking structure 30 is in the initial position;
2. as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the unlocking structure 30 rotates counterclockwise, and the driving portion 31 drives the locking cover 20 to rotate counterclockwise through the elastic connection member 33 until the locking cover 20 rotates to the unlocking position;
3. as shown in fig. 14 to 17, when the lock cover 20 is moved to the unlock position, its position is fixed. Continuing to rotate the unlocking structure 30, the elastic connection 33 is elongated and therefore the trigger 32 continues to rotate until it is in abutting engagement with the first locking structure 11. After the trigger part 32 is abutted to the first locking structure 11, the bottom hook of the first locking structure 11 swings inwards, so that the inner cover 10 and the pot body 70 are unlocked, and the cover is opened;
4. when the cover needs to be closed, the unlocking structure 30 is not operated, at the moment, the unlocking structure 30 is reset clockwise under the action of the elastic connecting piece 33, and the hook at the lower end of the first locking structure 11 can be buckled with the pot body 70;
5. the unlocking structure 30 continues to rotate clockwise, so that the driving part 31 drives the locking cover 20 to move to the locking position, and the cover closing is completed.
Therefore, in the structure, the cover opening and closing operation can be realized only by operating the unlocking structure 30, the operation steps are greatly simplified, and the user experience is good.
It should be noted that, in step 3 above, after the elastic connecting member 33 is elongated, a pulling force is also applied to the locking lid 20, so that the locking lid 20 can be completely moved to the unlocking position, thereby preventing the situation that the locking lid 20 is not moved in place and the locking teeth and the pot teeth are not completely separated, which results in the situation that the lid cannot be opened due to the machining error and the assembly error of each part in the pot lid assembly. That is, in step 3, the elastic connection member 33 can ensure that the locking teeth and the pot teeth are completely separated, so that the user can open the cover smoothly.
As shown in fig. 6 to 17, the sliding slot 12 is disposed on the inner lid 10, and the locking lid 20 includes a locking lid body 21 and a connecting column 22 disposed on the upper surface of the locking lid body 21, wherein the connecting column 22 passes through the sliding slot 12 from bottom to top. The elastic connecting piece 33 is a spring, and two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the driving part 31 and the connecting column 22.
Specifically, the lock cover body 21 is a cover-shaped structure, and a plurality of connecting posts 22 extending upward are disposed on the top of the lock cover body 21. In this embodiment, there are four connecting posts 22, so there are 4 corresponding sliding slots 12. And the slide groove 12 is an arc-shaped slide groove to fit the rotation of the lock cover body 21. The top of the connection post 22 protrudes from the upper surface of the inner lid 10 after passing upward through the sliding groove 12.
Further, the four sliding grooves 12 are respectively distributed on the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the inner lid 10, and as can be seen from fig. 8 and 9, the unlocking structure 30 is disposed at the sliding groove 12 located on the front side, so that the connecting column 22 in the sliding groove 12 can be matched with the unlocking structure 30 after passing through the sliding groove 12.
The connecting column 22 is located on one side of the driving part 31 facing the triggering part 32, and both ends of the spring are provided with O-rings. The driving part 31 is provided with a column, and two ends of the spring are respectively sleeved outside the connecting column 22 and the column through O-shaped rings, so that the driving part 31 is connected with the connecting column 22.
In the step 2, the driving part 31 drives the connecting column 22 to move by the initial tension of the spring, and further drives the locking cover body 21 to rotate.
In step 3, after the locking cap body 21 moves to the unlocking position, the connecting column 22 is located at the end of the sliding groove 12, that is, the connecting column 22 is limited by the end of the sliding groove 12, and the locking cap body 21 cannot rotate continuously. Thus, as the unlocking mechanism 30 continues to rotate, the spring is elongated.
In step 5, the side of the driving part 31 abuts against the connecting post 22, and further drives the connecting post 22 to move, and the lock cover body 21 rotates clockwise to the locking position.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, in the solution of the present embodiment, the distance between the opposite inner sides of the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32 is greater than the outer diameter of the connecting rod 22, and the connecting rod 22 is located between the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32.
Specifically, the extending direction of the driving portion 31 and the extending direction of the trigger portion 32 are set at an acute angle. The opposite inner sides form a U-shaped opening, and the distance between the opposite inner sides is larger than the outer diameter of the connecting column 22, i.e. the connecting column 22 can move between the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32.
Preferably, the initial elastic force of the spring is greater than the frictional force between the locking cap 20 and the inner cap 10, so that the connection post 22 abuts against the side of the driving part 31 when the locking cap 20 moves from the locking position to the unlocking position.
That is, in the above step S2, since the initial elastic force of the spring is greater than the frictional force between the locking cap 20 and the inner cap 10, the spring is not stretched, and as shown in fig. 9 and 13, the connection post 22 is closely attached to the inner side of the driving part 31.
In the above step 3, after the connecting rod 22 moves to the end of the sliding chute 12, since the distance between the opposite inner sides of the driving part 31 and the triggering part 32 is greater than the outer diameter of the connecting rod 22, the unlocking structure 30 can continue to rotate so that the triggering part 32 is in abutting contact with the first locking structure 11.
In addition, if the friction between the locking cap 20 and the inner cap 10 is large due to machining error, assembly error, etc., and is greater than the initial elastic force of the spring, the tensile force can be increased by the spring tension to drive the connecting post 22 to move. When the spring is stretched, the pulling force is still not enough to pull the connecting column 22 to move, and the connecting column 22 can be driven to move in a manner that the inner side edge of the trigger part 32 is directly abutted against the connecting column 22. As shown in fig. 17, when the trigger 32 abuts against the first locking structure 11, the trigger 32 simultaneously pushes the connecting post 22 to the end of the chute 12, i.e., the lock cover 20 is located at the unlocking position.
As shown in fig. 6 to 17, in the solution of the present embodiment, a protrusion 321 is provided on the outer surface of the trigger part 32, and the protrusion 321 is adapted to abut against the first locking structure 11. Specifically, the protrusion 321 is provided on a side of the trigger part 32 facing away from the spin base, and on a side facing away from the driving part 31. Further, the upper portion of the first locking structure 11 is also provided with a protrusion toward the unlocking structure 30. As shown in fig. 17, when unlocking structure 30 is rotated until protrusion 321 is aligned with the protrusion, protrusion 321 may press the protrusion to swing first locking structure 11, thereby unlocking inner lid 10 from pot body 70.
As shown in fig. 6 to 17, the inner lid 10 is provided with a position detection structure 40, and when the lock cover 20 is in the lock position, the trigger portion 32 is in abutting engagement with the position detection structure 40. Specifically, the position detecting structure 40 may be a micro switch, a reed switch, a hall sensing element, or the like. When the locking cover 20 is located at the locking position, the position detecting structure 40 sends the cover closing information to the control system, and the control system controls the cooking appliance to run the cooking program according to the cover closing information.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the pot lid assembly further includes a surface lid 50 covering the inner lid 10, the surface lid 50 is provided with a rotatable lid opening handle 60, and the unlocking structure 30 is coaxially connected to the lid opening handle 60. Specifically, the surface cover 50 is a thin plastic member, which covers the inner cover 10, and the edges thereof are connected by a snap. The cover opening handle 60 is connected with the rotating base of the unlocking structure 30 through a fastener (for example, a screw), and the user can rotate the unlocking structure 30 by rotating the cover opening handle 60, so that the steps 1 to 5 are performed, and cover opening and cover closing are realized.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment further provides a cooking appliance, which comprises a pot body 70 and the above-mentioned pot cover. The pot body 70 is provided with pot teeth and a second locking structure. The pot cover assembly is covered on the pot body 70. Wherein the first locking structure 11 is adapted to be locked with or separated from the second locking structure, and the first locking structure 11 is separated from the second locking structure when the trigger 32 is engaged with the first locking structure 11.
Preferably, the second locking structure may be a catch, or a catch groove.
Preferably, the cooking appliance in the embodiment is an electric pressure cooker.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
