背景技术
食品防腐剂是能阻止或延缓食品氧化变质、提高食品稳定性和延长贮存期的食品添加剂,氧化不仅会使食品中的油脂变质,而且还会使食品退色、变色和破坏维生素等,从而降低食品的感官质量和营养价值,甚至产生有害物质,引起食物中毒,因此防腐剂作为重要的食物添加剂之一,在食品工业中被广泛应用。

提供一种稳定抑菌型生物防腐剂,包括:松针叶粉、双乙酸钠、乳酸链球菌素、悬浮剂和乳化剂,所述悬浮剂包括D-甘露糖醇和海藻酸丙二醇酯,所述乳化剂包括甘油单油酸酯和甘油单月桂酸酯,所述稳定抑菌型生物防腐剂中各成分所占重量份数分别为:松针叶粉占37-55份,双乙酸钠占10-22份,乳酸链球菌素占27-32份,D-甘露糖醇占21-37份,海藻酸丙二醇酯占13-25份,甘油单油酸酯占18-30份,甘油单月桂酸酯占12-26份。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述松针叶粉占39份,双乙酸钠占15份,乳酸链球菌素占32份,D-甘露糖醇占23份,海藻酸丙二醇酯占18份,甘油单油酸酯占23份,甘油单月桂酸酯占14份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述松针叶粉占42份,双乙酸钠占12份,乳酸链球菌素占29份,D-甘露糖醇占26份,海藻酸丙二醇酯占15份,甘油单油酸酯占20份,甘油单月桂酸酯占17份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述松针叶粉占44份,双乙酸钠占13份,乳酸链球菌素占28份,D-甘露糖醇占28份,海藻酸丙二醇酯占16份,甘油单油酸酯占19份,甘油单月桂酸酯占19份。
