一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮10‑20％、戊二醇20‑40％、己二醇30‑50％、茴香酸5‑15％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液5‑15％；该抑菌剂添加方便，兼容性强，水溶性好，低温不易结晶析出，对体系影响小；气味极低，透明度高、产品不易变色，提升用户使用体验；该抑菌剂不含防腐剂，抑菌效果好，有效地减少化妆品对皮肤的刺激与影响，不易造成肌肤的不适，温和无刺激，适合各类人群。

一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域，特别是涉及一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂。
背景技术
对羟基苯乙酮(p-Hydroxyacetophenone)，又名4'-羟基苯乙酮(4'-Hydroxyacetophenone)、4-乙酰基苯酚(4-Acetylphenol)、对乙酰基苯酚(p-Acetylphenol)、4-羟苯基甲基酮(4-hydroxyphenyl methyl ketone),俗称针枞酚(piceol)，常温下为白色针状结晶，可燃，易溶于热水，甲醇、乙醇、乙醚、丙酮、苯，难溶于石油醚。广泛应用于医药、化妆品、工业领域，是一种天然植物提取物，天然存在于菊科植物滨蒿的茎、叶以及茵陈蒿、萝藦科植物人参娃儿藤等植物的根中。对羟基苯乙酮由于分子活性弱，抗高温，熔点95-97℃，沸点296℃，广泛应用于各种液体药剂中，能够延长在高温条件下其它物质有效成分的保质期，对人皮肤无任何害处，是目前医药界最安全的高温辅助活性稳定剂。
化妆品通常含有丰富的营养成分，特别适合微生物生长，在化妆品中添加防腐剂的目的是抑制细菌的生长和生成，避免化妆品产生变质现象并且维持新鲜度与持效性。这些防腐剂虽然使用量低，有很好的防腐效果，使化妆品不受微生物的污染，但同时也对皮肤带来潜在的威胁和一定的刺激，容易引起皮肤过敏。对羟基苯乙酮可用于化妆品行业中，以替代对皮肤刺激性较大的传统的芳香胺类、受阻酚类以及醇酯类的防腐剂。现有技术中将对羟基苯乙酮用于化妆品中时，存在诸多缺陷，其溶解后溶液具有酸性，对皮肤造成损伤，影响防腐效果，直接影响化妆品产品的美观和使用体验。
发明内容
针对上述存在的不足，本发明提供一种添加方便、兼容性强、透明度高、温和无刺激的新型抑菌剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述问题：
一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮10-20％、戊二醇20-40％、己二醇30-50％、茴香酸5-15％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液5-15％。
上述方案中，优选的是，还包括pH调节剂、表面活性剂中的一种或两种。
上述方案中，优选的是，所述的pH调节剂为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠或氢氧化钠/钾。
上述方案中，优选的是，所述的表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂或两性活性剂。
本发明的优点与效果是：
本发明的抑菌剂添加方便，兼容性强，水溶性好，低温不易结晶析出，对体系影响小；气味极低，透明度高、产品不易变色，提升用户体验；该抑菌剂不含防腐剂，抑菌效果好，有效地减少化妆品对皮肤的刺激与影响，不易造成肌肤的不适，温和无刺激，适合各类人群。

实施例1
一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮10％、戊二醇30％、己二醇30％、茴香酸15％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液15％。
实施例2
一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮20％、戊二醇30％、己二醇30％、茴香酸10％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液10％。
实施例3
一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮15％、戊二醇40％、己二醇35％、茴香酸5％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液5％。
实施例4
一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮10％、戊二醇30％、己二醇30％、茴香酸7％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液7％，余量为pH调节剂、表面活性剂中的一种或两种以上。
实施例5
一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮10％、戊二醇40％、己二醇35％、茴香酸5％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液10％。
实施例6
一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮12％、戊二醇38％、己二醇35％、茴香酸5％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液8％，余量为pH调节剂、表面活性剂中的一种或两种以上。

1.一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其特征在于，包括按质量百分含量计的如下组分：对羟基苯乙酮10-20％、戊二醇20-40％、己二醇30-50％、茴香酸5-15％、明串球菌/萝卜根发酵产物滤液5-15％。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其特征在于：还包括pH调节剂、表面活性剂中的一种或两种以上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其特征在于：所述的pH调节剂为柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠或氢氧化钠/钾。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种无防腐概念的新型抑菌剂，其特征在于：所述的表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂或两性活性剂。
