By adopting the technical scheme, on one hand, the invention can lead the aluminum wire coil and the power transmission wire to generate potential difference through electromagnetic induction, and then lead the conductive aluminum alloy plate I and the conductive aluminum alloy plate II to generate potential difference; on the other hand, insulation can be formed between the aluminum wire coil and the tower cross arm and between the conductive aluminum alloy plate I and the conductive aluminum alloy plate II through the PC insulating plate. Moreover, the bird-repellent bracket is arranged on the tower cross arm right above the insulator string, so that birds can not stay in the space on the tower cross arm or can only stay on the bird-repellent bracket with potential difference, the bird-repellent bracket can repel birds due to instant discharge caused by the potential difference on the premise of not damaging the birds, and the birds are not close to the right above the insulator string due to conditional reflection, thereby achieving the purpose of long-acting bird-repellent.
