When lower cover plate 9 is opened, rotor arm 15 pulls up upper cover plate 8 through stay cord 17, and when rotor arm 15 overturned up, upper cover plate 8 was pulled up, will no longer cover on eating basin 6, and the pig can eat the pig feed in eating basin 6 this moment, has realized putting pig feed, can open eating basin 6, convenient operation.
