技术领域
本发明涉及计算机配色纺纱技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于色纺纱线的计算机配色纺纱方法。
背景技术
色纺纱是将两种或两种以上不同颜色的纤维经过充分混合后纺制成具有独特混色效果的混色纱线,色纺纱具有空间混合的效果,其色彩透明、丰富且富有层次感和立体感,从而能够呈现出人们希望的艺术效果。近年来,色纺纱在毛、棉和化纤等领域占有的比例正在逐年升高。
色纺纱的计算机配色方法主要有三刺激值配色和全光谱配色。三刺激值配色也称为条件等色,其原理是利用匹配色与标准色的三刺激值相等,然而目前对于三刺激值配色的研究仅限于预测三种及以下单色纤维混纺的色纺纱组分配方;全光谱配色也称为无条件等色,其原理是利用配色样与标准样的反射率完全相同,实现光谱匹配,目前,全光谱配色已逐渐成为研究人员的研究热点。
现有的计算机配色采用的是基于神经网络的配色方法,此方法依赖采集的训练样本等数据库的资料,很可能会造成由于数据库的数据造成配色的误差较大和配色异常的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种应用于色纺纱线的计算机配色纺纱方法,解决现有技术中采用基于神经网络的配色依赖数据库的数据造成配色的误差较大和配色异常的问题。具体技术方案如下:
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种应用于色纺纱线的计算机配色纺纱方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
利用计算机编制程序对布样进行检测三原色的色度,获得目标色光谱数据,然后利用所述目标光谱数据采用全光谱配色算法计算初始配方;
利用构建的色纺纱配方评估模型进行配方筛选,并采用筛选出的配方进行打样;
将打样后的产品利用计算机色彩处理软件进行检测三原色的色度,获得打样后产品光谱数据,将打样后的产品光谱数据与目标色光谱数据进行数据对比,根据对比结果判断是否需要进行配方修正;其中,所述数据对比是指将计算机分析出的打样产品的光谱数据与初始配方的光谱数据进行色度差异比较,并将色度差异结果与目标色光谱数据进行对比,确定色差的数值;
如果色差的数值大于预设的数值,那么进行色度调整,所述的调整色度是指按照色差的数值对重新打造的小样进行调整色度,确定再次生产打样的光谱数据,直到打样色度数据与初始配方的数据色差值在目标色光谱数据范围内。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述利用构建的色纺纱配方评估模型进行配方筛选的步骤,包括:
采用归一化方法使计算获得的初始配方中采用的各单色纤维的质量比例之和为100%,满足实现生产需要,然后再用配方评估模型进行配方筛选。
本发明的优选实施方式中,在所述将打样后的产品利用计算机色彩处理软件进行检测三原色的色度的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
在需打样的原纤维材料中缓慢加入浸泡溶液,浸泡时间为3-5H,将浸泡后的原纤维材料在35-40℃下进行通风晾干,其中,所述溶液的组分包括:去离子水50-60份、磷酸三乙酯8-10份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮15-20份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10-20份、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐5-9份,维生素E5-8份;纳米银或纳米二氧化银3-5份;分散剂5-8份;消泡剂2-3份;乳化剂4-6份。
应用本发明实施例提供的一种应用于色纺纱线的计算机配色纺纱方法,通过构建布样的三原色色度,获得目标光谱数据,然后计算该布样的、初始配方;并根据初始配方进行打样并获得打样后产品的三原色的色度,并根据打样后产品的光谱数据与目标色光谱数据获得配方修正,直至打样后布料与目标色光谱数据在预设范围内。而不需要预先设置过多的训练数据,实现神经网络数据训练,因此数据的计算复杂度较低。因此,解决现有技术中采用基于神经网络的配色依赖数据库的数据造成配色的误差较大和配色异常的问题。

利用构建的色纺纱配方评估模型进行配方筛选,并采用筛选出的配方进行打样;
将打样后的产品利用计算机色彩处理软件进行检测三原色的色度,获得打样后产品光谱数据,将打样后的产品光谱数据与目标色光谱数据进行数据对比,根据对比结果判断是否需要进行配方修正;其中,所述数据对比是指将计算机分析出的打样产品的光谱数据与初始配方的光谱数据进行色度差异比较,并将色度差异结果与目标色光谱数据进行对比,确定色差的数值;
如果色差的数值大于预设的数值,那么进行色度调整,所述的调整色度是指按照色差的数值对重新打造的小样进行调整色度,确定再次生产打样的光谱数据,直到打样色度数据与初始配方的数据色差值在目标色光谱数据范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用于色纺纱线的计算机配色纺纱方法,其特征在于,所述利用构建的色纺纱配方评估模型进行配方筛选的步骤,包括:
采用归一化方法使计算获得的初始配方中采用的各单色纤维的质量比例之和为100%,满足实现生产需要,然后再用配方评估模型进行配方筛选。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用于色纺纱线的计算机配色纺纱方法,其特征在于,在所述将打样后的产品利用计算机色彩处理软件进行检测三原色的色度的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
在需打样的原纤维材料中缓慢加入浸泡溶液,浸泡时间为3-5H,将浸泡后的原纤维材料在35-40℃下进行通风晾干,其中,所述溶液的组分包括:去离子水50-60份、磷酸三乙酯8-10份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮15-20份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10-20份、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐5-9份,维生素E5-8份;纳米银或纳米二氧化银3-5份;分散剂5-8份;消泡剂2-3份;乳化剂4-6份。
