为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种高强度钻头用合金钢,其创新点在于:其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳0.087-0.095%、硅0.02-0.03%、钴0.025-0.03%、铬0.03-0.04%、镍0.02-0.04%、钒0.001-0.002%、钨0.035-0.04%、钒0.05-0.06%、锆0.013-0.018%、铌0.024-0.025%、硫0.45-0.5%、磷0.08-0.1%、余量为铁。
进一步的,碳0.09%、硅0.025%、钴0.028%、铬0.035%、镍0.03%、钒0.001%、钨0.04%、钒0.055%、锆0.016%、铌0.024%、硫0.5%、磷0.09%、余量为铁。
本发明的优点在于:本发明采用优选的合金钢配方制成钻头,生产成本低,其抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度均较高,在组成成分中添加了多种镍、钒、钨等合金元素,均匀的分布于合金钢内部结构,降低了脆性,增长钻头的使用寿命。

一种高强度钻头用合金钢,其含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:碳0.095%、硅0.03%、钴0.03%、铬0.04%、镍0.04%、钒0.002%、钨0.04%、钒0.06%、锆0.018%、铌0.025%、硫0.5%、磷0.1%、余量为铁。
