本发明涉及一种季铵盐的制备方法及其应用,具体涉及一种十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和氯乙醇季铵盐的制备方法及其应用。本发明一种十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐的制备方法,制备方法如下:(1)将十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和水同时加入四颈烧瓶中;(2)升温至80℃开始滴加氯乙醇溶液,(3)在一定反应温度下加热回流一段时间,即得到十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐。本发明的提供一种可以作为一种优良的皂洗防粘剂应用于印染行业的十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐的制备方法。

一种十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和氯乙醇季铵盐的制备方法及 其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种季铵盐的制备方法及其应用,具体涉及一种十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和氯乙醇季铵盐的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
织物经印花后,要经过水洗退浆,洗去织物上未固着的染料和用毕的浆料及其他印染助剂。以提高色牢度.恢复手感.得到图案鲜艳清晰的印花织物(在净洗过程中,随着未固着的染料从织物上逐渐转移到浴中,形成了具有一定染料用量、温度和时间的染色浴条件,常常产生从有色部分向无色部分的颜色转移,即所谓白地沾污。
基于十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚具有一定的防沾效果,在此基础上进一步提升其水溶性和染料的结合能力,增强其防沾皂洗性能。通过将脂肪胺聚氧乙烯 醚和占其重量比0~50%的水加入四颈烧瓶中搅拌升温至80℃,开始滴加氯乙醇反应,其中氯乙醇中溶解0.1~0.5%Wt的碘化钾。制备得到高转化率的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐。
脂肪胺聚氧乙烯 醚氯乙醇季铵盐作为一种优良的防粘剂主要取决此自身的结构特点, 其具有优异的胶体保护性能和与染料的络合能力。 分子中的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯 醚、羟乙基使其与染料分子中的有机官能团。如羟基、氨基、羧基之间形成结合。对染料有很强的结合能力,能使未固着在纺织物上的染料与其形成胶状物均匀的分散在水中。
关于十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇的季铵盐的合成和应用极少见报道,即使有这方面的合成报道,所用的季铵化试剂都是高毒性、易挥发气体或液体 ( 氯甲烷、溴甲烷、氯化苄、溴化苄等),这些季铵化试剂活性高,反应简单,无需使用催化剂。但物料毒性高且投料对人、环境、设备危害大,作为防粘剂应用性能也不是特别理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以作为一种优良的皂洗防粘剂应用于印染行业的十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐的制备方法,具体方案如下:
一种十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐,其特征在于:结构式如下:

其中R:反应方程式中R 为C18 的饱和直链或支链的烷基,通式为CaH2a+1,; m+n=15;
一种十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐的制备方法如下:
(1)将十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和水同时加入四颈烧瓶中;
(2)升温至80℃开始滴加氯乙醇溶液,
(3)在一定反应温度下加热回流一段时间,即得到十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐。
所述步骤(1)中水的加入量为十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚的质量的0~50%。
所述步骤(3)中的反应温度为100℃下,一段时间为7-9小时。
所述步骤(2)中的氯乙醇溶液中包括溶解的碘化钾,所述碘化钾为催化剂。
所述氯乙醇溶液中碘化钾的质量占氯乙醇的0.1~0.5%。
所述十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚与氯乙醇的加入摩尔比为1:1~1.4。
一种十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐应用于皂洗防粘剂,应用于印染。
本发明所制备的十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇季铵盐既具备十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚的匀染、乳化特性,又具备季铵盐的应用特点,基于十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚具有一定的防沾效果,在此基础上进一步提升其水溶性和染料的结合能力,增强其防沾皂洗性能。可以作为一种优良的皂洗防粘剂应用于印染行业。基于十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚具有一定的防沾效果,在此基础上通过季铵化使其成盐并引入羟基进一步提升产品的水溶性和染料的结合能力,增强其防沾皂洗性能。可以作为一种优良的皂洗防粘剂应用于印染行业。通过对几种表面活性剂对活性染料染色织物皂洗效果的影响对比可知皂洗后皂洗液的光密度越大,说明洗除的浮色染料越多。皂洗效果越好,皂洗后织物的表面色深(K/S值)越小。以将十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇季铵盐为例进行举例说明。
具体实施例
实施例1
(1)将十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和水(质量为十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚质量的20%)加入四颈烧瓶中;
(2)滴加溶有碘化钾的氯乙醇溶液,十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和氯乙醇的摩尔比为1:1.1;
(3)加热100摄氏度回流反应7小时后检测并计算其十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚的季胺化转化率。具体实验见表-1,转化率的计算公式: 转化率%=1-(反应后的胺值/反应前的总胺值)。

实施例2
(1)将十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和水(质量为十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚质量的20%)加入四颈烧瓶中;
(2)滴加溶有0.25%的碘化钾的氯乙醇溶液,十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和氯乙醇的摩尔比为1:1.0~1.4;
(3)加热100摄氏度回流反应8小时后检测并计算其十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚的季胺化转化率.具体实验见表-2,转化率的计算公式: 转化率%=1-(反应后的胺值/反应前的总胺值)。

实施例3
(1)将十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和水(质量为十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚质量的0-50%)加入四颈烧瓶中;
(2)滴加溶有0.25%的碘化钾的氯乙醇溶液,十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和氯乙醇的摩尔比为1:1.1;
(3)加热85摄氏度回流反应9小时后检测并计算其十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚的季胺化转化率。具体实验见表-3。转化率的计算公式:转化率%=1-(反应后的胺值/反应前的总胺值)。

对比实施例1
通过对几种表面活性剂对活性染料染色织物皂洗效果的影响对比可知皂洗后皂洗液的光密度越大,说明洗除的浮色染料越多。皂洗效果越好,皂洗后织物的表面色深(K/S值)越小。具体实验结果见表-4,测试方法:织物表面色深(K/S值)和织物白度在Ultra ScanXE型测色仪上测定。

1.一种十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法如下:
(1)将十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚和加入量为十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚质量0~50%的水同时加入四颈烧瓶中;
(2)升温至80℃开始滴加氯乙醇溶液,
(3)在一定反应温度下加热回流一段时间,即得到十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐;
所述十八伯胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚氯乙醇盐结构式如下:
