Abstract

一种利用赤泥制备免烧轻骨料的方法,在搅拌机中放入赤泥和无机胶凝材料,再放入水搅拌均匀,制得混合原料;向发泡机中放入发泡剂,发泡,制得泡沫;将泡沫放入搅好的混合原料中继续搅拌均匀,制得浆料;将搅好的浆料注入模箱,凝固,制得坯体;将坯体脱模,自然养护15天后放入破碎机内进行破碎,再过筛至5‑15毫米,制得轻骨料半成品;将无机胶凝材料与水混合搅拌均匀,制得包裹浆料;最后将轻骨料半成品和包裹浆料送入成球盘中,让包裹浆料将轻骨料半成品包裹好后,自然养护28天,干燥后即得到轻骨料成品。本发明无需高温烧结,冷却时无需采用吹风机进行急冷处理;省时省力、能耗低,成本低,生产效率高,成品的容重易控制且强度更高。

本发明涉及一种利用赤泥制备免烧轻骨料的方法,属于建筑材料生产技术领域。
背景技术
中国专利申请公布号: CN 106277877 A 公开了名称为: 一种利用赤泥生产高性能结构轻骨料及其制备方法, 其缺陷是: 需将轻骨生料球进行高温烧结, 另在冷却时需采用吹风机进行急冷处理;费时耗力、能耗高,生产效率低,而且生产出来的轻骨料成品的容重难以控制。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术中存在的需将轻骨生料球进行高温烧结, 另在冷却时需采用吹风机进行急冷处理;费时耗力、能耗高,生产效率低,而且生产出来的轻骨料成品的容重难以控制的
技术问题。
一种利用赤泥制备免烧轻骨料的方法,步骤如下:
第一步:在搅拌机中计量放入赤泥和无机胶凝材料,再放入水搅拌均匀,制得混合原料,待用;
第二步:向发泡机中计量放入发泡剂,发泡,制得泡沫;
第三步:将泡沫放入搅好的混合原料中继续搅拌均匀,制得浆料;
第四步:将搅好的浆料注入模箱,凝固,制得坯体;
第五步:将凝固后的进行坯体脱模,自然养护15天后,放入破碎机内进行破碎,再过筛至5-15毫米,制得轻骨料半成品,待用;
第六步:将无机胶凝材料与水混合搅拌均匀,制得包裹浆料,备用;
第七步:最后将轻骨料半成品和包裹浆料送入成球盘中,让包裹浆料将轻骨料半成品包裹好后,自然养护28天,干燥后即得到轻骨料成品。
所述的无机胶凝材料为硅酸盐胶凝材料。
所述的无机胶凝材料为铝酸盐胶凝材料。
所述的无机胶凝材料为镁酸盐胶凝材料。
所述的无机胶凝材料为磷酸盐胶凝材料。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
1、本发明无需高温烧结,冷却时无需采用吹风机进行急冷处理;省时省力、能耗低,成本低,生产效率高,生产出来的轻骨料成品的容重易控制。
2、本发明中采用包裹浆料将轻骨料半成品包裹的工艺是为了封闭轻骨料半成品表面小孔,使得轻骨料成品强度更高。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种利用赤泥制备免烧轻骨料的方法,步骤如下:
第一步:在搅拌机中计量放入赤泥50公斤和硅酸盐胶凝材料48公斤,再放入水3公斤搅拌均匀,制得混合原料,待用;
第二步:向发泡机中计量放入发泡剂3公斤,发泡,制得泡沫;
第三步:将泡沫放入搅好的混合原料中继续搅拌均匀,制得浆料;
第四步:将搅好的浆料注入模箱,凝固,制得坯体;
第五步:将凝固后的进行坯体脱模,自然养护15天后,放入破机内进行粉碎,再过筛至6毫米,制得轻骨料半成品,待用;
第六步:将硅酸盐胶凝材料29公斤与水3公斤混合搅拌均匀,制得包裹浆料,备用;
第七步:最后将轻骨料半成品和包裹浆料送入成球盘中,让包裹浆料将轻骨料半成品包裹好后,自然养护28天,干燥后即得到轻骨料成品。
实施例二
一种利用赤泥制备免烧轻骨料的方法,步骤如下:
第一步:在搅拌机中计量放入赤泥45公斤和铝酸盐胶凝材料47公斤,再放入水3.5公斤搅拌均匀,制得混合原料,待用;
第二步:向发泡机中计量放入发泡剂2.5公斤,发泡,制得泡沫;
第三步:将泡沫放入搅好的混合原料中继续搅拌均匀,制得浆料;
第四步:将搅好的浆料注入模箱,凝固,制得坯体;
第五步:将凝固后的进行坯体脱模,自然养护15天后,放入破机内进行粉碎,再过筛至8毫米,制得轻骨料半成品,待用;
第六步:将铝酸盐胶凝材料27公斤与水3公斤混合搅拌均匀,制得包裹浆料,备用;
第七步:最后将轻骨料半成品和包裹浆料送入成球盘中,让包裹浆料将轻骨料半成品包裹好后,自然养护28天,干燥后即得到轻骨料成品。
实施例三
一种利用赤泥制备免烧轻骨料的方法,步骤如下:
第一步:在搅拌机中计量放入赤泥40公斤和镁酸盐胶凝材料49公斤,再放入水2公斤搅拌均匀,制得混合原料,待用;

实施例四

第二步:向发泡机中计量放入发泡剂4公斤,发泡,制得泡沫;
第三步:将泡沫放入搅好的混合原料中继续搅拌均匀,制得浆料;
第四步:将搅好的浆料注入模箱,凝固,制得坯体;
第五步:将凝固后的进行坯体脱模,自然养护15天后,放入破机内进行粉碎,再过筛至6毫米,制得轻骨料半成品,待用;
第六步:将磷酸盐胶凝材料39公斤与水6公斤混合搅拌均匀,制得包裹浆料,备用;
第七步:最后将轻骨料半成品和包裹浆料送入成球盘中,让包裹浆料将轻骨料半成品包裹好后,自然养护28天,干燥后即得到轻骨料成品。

第一步:在搅拌机中计量放入赤泥和无机胶凝材料,再放入水搅拌均匀,制得混合原料,待用;
第二步:向发泡机中计量放入发泡剂,发泡,制得泡沫;
第三步:将泡沫放入搅好的混合原料中继续搅拌均匀,制得浆料;
第四步:将搅好的浆料注入模箱,凝固,制得坯体;
第五步:将凝固后的进行坯体脱模,自然养护15天后,放入破机内进行粉碎,再过筛至5-15毫米,制得轻骨料半成品,待用;
第六步:将无机胶凝材料与水混合搅拌均匀,制得包裹浆料,备用;
第七步:最后将轻骨料半成品和包裹浆料送入成球盘中,让包裹浆料将轻骨料半成品包裹好后,自然养护28天,干燥后即得到轻骨料成品。
