目前，市面医家治疗痒疾病症的疗法是：运用硝酸咪康唑之类的与“狼毒药膏”克霉唑之类的外用药剂，这些药剂只杀菌，不止痒，且为单方药，止痒效果不太令人满意。且涂抹这些药后，会带来不能用皂液洗手、洗脚和洗澡，否则会失去疗效或疗效大减诸多之不便。
凡医家都懂一个道理：只治一个险，不疗一个痒。可见痒疾病症易反复，难治愈。故至今未见一剂疗效理想，权威性强的治痒疾外用药剂问世。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗痒疾的中草药外用药剂，其对于慢性、顽固痒疾病症，提供一种方便、有效、无任何毒、副作用的中药外用药剂。
本发明的技术解决方案是：发明者基于祖国医学理论，从祛风止痒、抗菌又燥湿杀虫入手，发明一种中草药外用治疗痒疾药方，达到止痒、除痒效果更佳的目的。
发明人总结20多年的临床经验、体会，认为治疗痒疾病症只有遵循既“抗菌、燥湿”，又要“杀虫止痒”的原则，疗效方能显现。
根据祖国医药宝库中现行方“狼毒散”和“蛇床子汤”加减中药成份，重新组方而成。上述两种组方，前者只“祛风止痒”，不杀毒虫(菌虫)；后者只“燥湿杀虫”，但不“祛风止痒”，可见其疗效不太理想。本发明在上述两个组方中，吸取其精华，规避其“短板”，从而取得既“抗菌、燥湿”又“杀虫、止痒”之医疗原则和效果。对于常反复发作，时轻时重，或有阵发性顽固痒疾病症患者，进行有针对性治疗，达到较理想的疗效，本发明是由下列组方制成的(用量为重量份)。
本发明药材重量(份)配比是：
按上述组方中各种中药原材料药，先将其悬空在高温阳光下爆晒6小时，然后摊放在地面上1小时。经过特殊中药炮制工序，再将晒后原材料放入铁制锅中用清凉水浸泡30分钟后，按常规中药煎熬方法煎，药液煎沸后，再用小火煎10分钟即可。起药后，将药液过滤去渣后加入冰片用以防腐，装入瓶中盖好备用。一般8剂60天为一个疗程；用棉签擦抹患处。
本发明治痒方药液具有如下优点：能使痒疾患者使用后在短时间内皮损消退30％以上，一个疗程后，皮损消退80％-90％，其它症状伴随消失。
发明人自发明本方后，使用10余年，仅2015年至2017年，初步统计使用临床患者500余例。为表明本发明药液对痒疾病症的治疗效果，本发明经选取100例系统临床观察，并选择病史、病情、年龄、性别及原治疗相当的痒疾病患者52例为对照组。从住院部及专科门诊选择病例，按照1994年国家中医药管理局制订的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》，确诊的成年痒症病症患者为观察对象，其中男性50例、女性50例，年龄18岁至70岁，病程自始发期至20年。试验组：在使用或不使用初期外用药的基础上，停止用药，使用本发明的药液。对照组：按说明书使用“狼毒药膏”，或“硝酸咪康唑”或其它常用治痒外用药。两个组观察期三个月，共计1.5-2个疗程。
使用本发明药液方法：一天使用药棉签涂抹患处三次以上，期间无所禁忌。
试验组、对照组经三个月后，疗效如下表：

从表可以看出试验组使用本发明药液后，主要症状消失，皮损消退，疗效明显。发明人仅统计三年，临床收治500余例，有效率达100％，无复发率95％以上，且使用无任何毒副作用，安全可靠。

本发明另一个特点是：原料药的中药炮制技术。对于组方中的几种中草药，穿山甲，用食用醋浸了3小时，后用文火焙干、焙黄；岗松，用稻谷酒浸泡20分钟，后用文火焙干、焙黄；土荆皮，用清水漂10小时，后用文火焙干、焙黄；徐长卿，用文火焙黄。通过以上炮制工序，可达到除毒，增加药性，凸显疗效目的。这是本发明的另一个创新点或新的技术方案。
本发明使用范围除治疗临床皮肤科常见的手、脚气病、体癣，以及脱皮骚痒症等外；还适用于妇科：(外用)真菌、霉菌、滴虫、螨虫、疥虫等感染引起的带下、带多、气味异常，内、外阴骚痒等妇科炎症，尤其是美容科使用：使用本发明擦抹面部，可抗真菌、螨虫、毛滴虫、疥虫、大肠虷菌等感染面部引起的骚痒，使面部皮肤光洁靓丽。同时对于男性酒糟鼻、橘子皮(坑状)脸皮的治疗具有较好的效果。这是本发明在药液使用方面又一个创新点或技术方案。
