the maintenance door (2) is hinged at the middle position of the upper part of the treatment leather removing box (3); the walnut feed hopper (1) is communicated with the processing and peeling box (3); the cleaning door (15) with the handle is connected with an outlet at the lower left part of the leather removing box (3) through a hinge; the light-spraying brushing nozzle structure (16) is arranged at the upper part between the stop block (17) and the stop block (17); the stop blocks (17) are respectively installed at the middle lower parts of the left wall and the right wall of the inner side of the treatment and peeling box (3) by bolts; the circulating pump (18) is arranged at the left lower part of the front surface of the circulating water tank (19) through bolts; the circulating water tank (19) is transversely arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the quick moving vehicle (21); the lower part of the light-spraying brushing nozzle structure (16) is opposite to and matched with the upper part of the circulating water tank (19); one end of the circulating pipe (20) is connected with the light spray brushing nozzle structure (16), and the other end of the circulating pipe is in threaded connection with the outlet end of the circulating pump (18); the inlet end pipeline of the circulating pump (18) is connected with a circulating water tank (19); the walnut heating and leading-out hopper (22) is arranged at the outlet of the upper left part of the peeling box (3) through a bolt; the liquid level sensor (23) is mounted on the right upper wall of the inner side of the treatment leather removing box (3) through a bolt; the walnut heating and guiding hopper (22) comprises a drying sheet (221), a fixed sleeve (222), a fixed shaft (223), a heat conducting layer (224), a fixed seat (225), a conventional bearing (226), a supporting seat (227), a guiding-out roller (228) and triangular bars (229), wherein the drying sheet (221) is transversely screwed in the middle of the front surface of the fixed sleeve (222); the fixed sleeve (222) is transversely connected with the middle position of the outer wall of the fixed shaft (223) in a key mode; the heat conduction layer (224) is wrapped on the outer surface of the drying sheet (221); the fixed shaft (223) is inserted between the fixed seat (225) and the fixed seat (225); the fixed seats (225) are respectively connected to the upper parts of the left wall and the right wall of the inner side of the walnut heating lead-out hopper (22) through screws;
