Abstract

一种印染废水处理方法,其特征在于用白泥作处理剂,将它湿磨后按它与废水重量的比为1-4∶100的比例混合,再按1-4∶100的重量比加入卤水,混合搅拌,澄清后上清液即可排放;COD超过1000mg/L的废水,需将上述过程重复一次。本发明的方法的优点是处理剂为制纯缄厂的废渣来源广,方法简单,所需设备极少,造价极低,脱色率达99%以上。

Description

印染废水处理方法
本发明涉及一种废水处理方法,更具体地说涉及一种通过吸附处理印染废水的方法。
印染废水的量很大,全国每年要排放400万m3以上,其有机污染物含量高,色度深,水质变化复杂,PH范围大,因而它是一种难处理的工业废水。目前,一般采用化学絮凝法、光氧化法、生化法和活性碳吸附法处理印染废水,其中有的虽然脱色效果好,但有投资大,处理费用高的缺点;有的脱色率和COD去除率都不够理想,因此目前印染废水的处理仍是我国工业废水处理中的一个攻关内容。
本发明的目的是提供一种用白泥处理印染废水的方法,它能弥补现有方法的上述不足。
本发明的方法的特征在于用白泥作处理剂,将它湿磨后按它与废水重量的比为1-4∶100的比例混合,再按1-4∶100的重量比加入卤水,混合搅拌,澄清后上清液即可排放;COD超过1000mg/L的废水,需将上述过程重复一次。
本发明的方法的优点是处理剂为制纯碱厂的废渣来源广,方法简单,所需设备极少,造价极低,脱色率达99%以上。
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1  由青岛第五印染厂取1公斤印染混合废水放在烧杯中,该废水呈黑灰色带臭味,CODCr为698mg/L.然后加入湿磨过的白泥10克,它是制纯碱厂的废渣,其中含有氢氧化镁、碳酸钙、硫酸钙及氢氧化钙,是一种白色沉淀。再加入10ml卤水,在常温下搅拌10-40分钟,澄清后为透明无色,经测定,CODCr为78mg/L,去除率为88.9%,脱色率为99%,完全达到国标GB8978-88中COD的排放标准240mg/L、脱色率为稀释160倍的要求。
实施例2  从青岛印染厂取印染废水,该废水为兰灰色,PH为9,CODCr为1263mg/L为印染厂的混合废水。在2L烧杯中放入1L废水,加入白泥30g,卤水30ml,在常温下搅拌10-40分钟,澄清后为透明无色,经测定,一次处理后CODCr为452mg/L,一次去除率为64.2%,澄清液经二次处理后仍透明无色,CODCr经测定为240mg/L,二次去除率为46.9mg/L,总去除率为81.0%,脱色率为99%以上,完全达到国标GB8978-88中CODCr排放标准为240mg/L,脱色率为稀释160倍的要求。

1、一种印染废水处理方法,其特征在于用白泥作处理剂,将它湿磨后按它与印染废水重量的比为1-4∶100的比例混合,再按卤水与印染废水1-4∶100的重量比加入卤水,混合搅拌,澄清后上清液即可排放:COD超过1000mg/L的印染废水,需将上述过程重复一次。
