特别地,本发明涉及一种泵送组件,其包括:高压泵,例如活塞泵,其设计用于将燃料供送至内燃发动机;和预供送泵,其设计用于将燃料从储存罐供送至高压泵。
背景技术
泵送组件还设有液压回路,该液压回路包括用于将储存罐和预供送泵连接起来的第一分支,用于将预供送泵和高压泵连接起来的第二分支,以及用于将高压泵和内燃发动机连接起来的第三分支。
预供送泵是一种电动齿轮泵,其设有容纳壳体,该容纳壳体包括杯形泵体和用于关闭所述泵体的闭合盖。
容纳壳体内部容纳同步无刷永磁电机,该电机包括环形定子,该定子具有绕着其纵向轴线均匀分布的多个铜绕组,且设有电连接器以馈送所述绕组。

转子的支承轴承具有圆柱形状,与定子的纵向轴线同轴且由塑料制成。
支承轴承还借助于相应的环形垫圈以流体密封的方式耦合到泵体并耦合到闭合盖,环形垫圈安装成与定子的纵向轴线同轴,并保证了在齿轮泵所经受的操作压力和温度条件下,定子与可变容积室中所存在的燃料正确隔离。
由于支承轴承被定子内部的干涉所卡挡,因此,上述类型的现有泵送组件具有许多缺点,主要是因为将支承轴承组装在定子上的过程涉及到所述支承轴承的径向变形。支承轴承的径向变形随着齿轮泵的工作温度而变化,且危及支承轴承的功能,即,危及使转子在定子中居中以及将定子与可变容积室中存在的燃料隔离的功能。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于将燃料、优选柴油燃料供送至内燃发动机的泵送组件,该泵送组件不具有上述缺点且制造起来简单且便宜。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于将燃料、优选柴油燃料供送至内燃发动机的泵送组件。

具体实施方式
参考图1,附图标记1整体表示泵送组件,该泵送组件用于将燃料、优选柴油燃料从储存罐2供送至内燃发动机3,在所讨论的情况下是柴油燃烧发动机,其包括通常称为“共轨”的燃料分配歧管4和多个喷射器5,所述喷射器5连接到歧管4并设计成能雾化所述发动机3的相应燃烧室(未示出)内的燃料。

回路12还包括第四分支21,第四分支21在歧管4和罐2之间延伸,并设有计量电阀22,计量电阀22与电阀19配合,以选择性地控制供送至喷射器5的燃料流量,并使得超过喷射器5所需的燃料量能够排出到罐2中。
如图2和图3所示,泵7是电动齿轮泵,其设有容纳壳体23,容纳壳体23包括泵体24,泵体24具有杯形,由彼此相对且彼此平行的底壁25和自由端面26界定,且由布置成与所述面26接触的盖27关闭。
壳体23内部容纳同步无刷永磁电机28,其包括环形定子29,该定子29具有垂直于壁25和面26的纵向轴线30,且设有围绕轴线30均匀分布的多个铜绕组31,且借助于电连接器32被电馈送。

在转子33和齿轮37围绕相应的轴线30,38旋转后,每个腔室40相继地首先液压连接到进入泵7的燃料入口(未示出),然后液压连接到从所述泵7离开的燃料出口(未示出)。
结合上述阐述,应该指出,与入口(未示出)相应的腔室40的容积在转子33绕着轴线30旋转和齿轮37绕着轴线38旋转的方向41上增加,且与出口(未示出)相应的腔室40的容积在方向41上减小,以便压缩包含在其中的燃料。
转子33通过圆柱形支承轴承42的介入以旋转方式耦合到定子29。
轴承42由大致圆柱形的侧壁43界定,侧壁43与轴线30同轴且包括由塑料制成的圆柱形环44,圆柱形环44以小于360°的角度围绕轴线30延伸,且具有两个自由端部45,这两个自由端部45彼此分开且基本平行于所述轴线30。

轴承42通过相对简单且快速的操作次序耦合到定子29,该操作次序包括:第一步骤,其中,轴承42和条带47被切向地压缩,以使得轴承42所实现的直径小于定子29的直径;第二步骤,其中,将轴承42轴向地嵌入到定子29中;和第三步骤,其中,轴承42和条带47松弛,以使得轴承42所实现的直径与定子29的直径相同,且因此,通过所述定子29内的摩擦而轴向地被卡挡。

Claims (11)
