Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的燃料喷射设备的高压泵,具有高压泵壳体与定量配给单元,高压泵壳体具有泵内部空间,入口通到泵内部空间中,定量配给单元用于定量配给流入到泵工作空间中的燃料,其中,定量配给单元与泵内部空间连接。
背景技术
DE 10 2008 043 444 A1公开了这样的高压泵。该高压泵尤其布置用于共轨喷射系统,并且具有构造为活塞泵的供给泵。与齿轮泵或叶片泵相比,所述供给泵设置为活塞泵在制造成本方面具有明显的成本优势,这是因为活塞泵可比较简单地构成和简单地制造。用于定量配给流入泵工作空间中的燃料的定量配给单元通过空间连通结构而与泵内部空间连通。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于燃料喷射阀的高压泵,其通过降低压力损失而具有提高的效率。
这个任务通过在高压泵壳体中装入使泵内部空间与定量配给单元直接连接的流动连接结构来完成。这个设计方案具有的优点是避免了以前复杂的和具有不同转向的连接孔。这些以前的连接孔通过不同的流动转向造成巨大的压力损失或扼流作用。现在,通过提供不具有转向的流动连接结构,使得压力损失降到最小,这使高压泵得到更高的效率,更好的填充和更高的容积效率。而且,通过直接流动连接结构还降低了制造高压泵时的成本。
在本发明的改进方案中,所述流动连接结构是孔,在其它设计方案中,所述孔又利用定量配给单元中的输入口直接连接所述泵内部空间。所述孔因而布置成使通往所述定量配给单元中的输入口不受任何例如通过转向引起的干扰地与泵内部空间连通。在高压泵的情况下,所述泵内部空间被填充燃料,其中,所述燃料通过与燃料低压系统连接的入口供给。此外,通过孔的位置保证流入泵内部空间中的燃料更好地充分混合,这是因为入口和燃料出口不直接相邻。由此避免燃料的短路流动。这个设计方案使所述高压泵得到更好的冷却,这也有助于提高效率。
在本发明的另一设计方案中,在用于定量配给单元的容纳空槽的延长部分中的孔布置在高压泵壳体中。这个设计方案以特别简单的方式构成所述定量配给单元和泵内部空间之间的直接流动连接。
在本发明的改进方案中,所述孔的直径至少近似对应定量配给单元中入口的直径。通过这个设计方案避免了节流点,进而又避免了压力损失。
在本发明的另一设计方案中,所述孔在轴向方向上通到所述定量配给单元的输入口中。这个设计方案也避免了因转向产生的压力损失。
在本发明的改进方案中,所述定量配给单元的输入口通过定量配给阀而与定量配给排出口连接,并且轴向输入流转向成径向排出流。这个设计方案保证使定量配给单元中的压力损失降低到最小值。此时,所述定量配给排出口构造为环绕所述定量配给单元的环形空间,由此尽可能地降低可能的损失。
在本发明的改进方案中,所述定量配给排出口通过吸入阀以直接路径与所述泵工作空间连接。通过这个设计方案也使压力损失降低并且使泵工作空间更好地充满燃料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,内燃机的共轨燃料喷射设备具有燃料箱1,燃料从燃料箱1经由电力燃料泵2抽吸并且通过过滤器3和入口4输送到高压泵的泵内部空间5中。高压泵具有环绕泵内部空间5的泵壳体6,泵凸轮轴7可转动地支承在泵壳体6中。泵凸轮轴7的凸轮8a、8b布置在泵内部空间5中并且与两个高压泵元件10的滚子推杆9协作。高压泵元件10分别具有一个与滚子推杆9协作的泵柱塞,所述泵柱塞在泵凸轮轴7旋转运动时上下移动地运动。每个泵柱塞限界一个泵工作空间11,泵工作空间11通过定量配给单元12和图2中所示的吸入阀24被供给燃料。燃料从泵内部空间5通过一个过滤器供给定量配给单元12,其中,在根据图1的图示中的供给因为绘图技术的原因而不通过直接方式进行。平行于所述定量配给单元,溢流阀13通过一个过滤器同样与泵内部空间5连接,通过溢流阀13,由定量配给单元12未进一步引导到泵工作空间11中的燃料经回流管道回流到燃料箱1中。这个回流管道又与高压泵的壳体支承14和法兰支承15连接,其中,壳体支承14和法兰支承15支承泵凸轮轴7.壳体支承14和法兰支承15用燃料润滑,其中,润滑所需的燃料量在穿流过壳体支承14和法兰支承15后排出到回流管道中。
两个泵工作空间11通过止回阀16而与高压存储器17连接,压力是大约3,000巴的燃料存储到高压存储器17中。高压存储器17与压力调节阀18连接,高压存储器17中的压力通过压力调节阀18保持到允许的最大压力。高压存储器17与对应内燃机气缸数量的燃料喷射器19连接,其中燃料喷射器19将受控制的燃料喷射到内燃机的工作空间中。
除从图1中摘选的部件外,图2示出泵内部空间5和定量配给单元12中的输入口20之间通过进入到泵壳体6中的孔21的直接流动连接结构,在这个视图中因绘图技术的原因显示为外部通道。孔21产生定量配给单元12的输入口20的输入流,其中轴向输入流由定量配给单元12的定量配给阀22转向成穿过定量配给排出口23的径向排出流。定量配给排出口23通过定量配给单元12中的多个开口构成,其中,所述开口通到在这个区域中环绕定量配给单元12的环形空间,所述环形空间又以直接路径与高压泵元件10的或者它的泵工作空间11的吸入阀24连通。
图3和图4在两个视图中示出处于未装配状态时的泵壳体6,其中示出燃料进入和流出泵内部空间5的入口4和燃料出口26。而且示出了用于装配定量配给单元12的容纳空槽25,其中,容纳空槽25通过布置在容纳空槽25的延长部分中的孔21而与泵内部空间5连接。此外,燃料出口26与布置在高压泵中的溢流阀13连接,而在泵壳体6的外部,外部回流管道连通到燃料箱1中。特别地,在图4所示的俯视图中清楚地看到入口4、燃料出口26、容纳空槽25和使容纳空槽25与泵内部空间5连通的孔21的精确位置。而且,从图中清楚地看到两个高压泵元件10的容纳孔27围成90°的角。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于内燃机的燃料喷射设备的高压泵,包括具有泵内部空间(5)的泵壳体(6)和用于将燃料定量配给到泵工作空间(11)中的定量配给单元(12),用于燃料的入口(4)通到所述泵内部空间中并且在所述泵内部空间中布置一凸轮轴,其中,所述定量配给单元(12)与所述泵内部空间(5)连接,其特征在于,
在所述泵壳体(6)中装入将所述泵内部空间(5)与定量配给单元(12)的输入口(20)直接连接的流动连接结构,所述流动连接结构构造为孔(21)并且轴向通到所述定量配给单元(12)的输入口(20)中,其中,所述定量配给单元(12)的定量配给排出口(23)通过吸入阀(24)以直接路径与所述泵工作空间(11)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述孔(21)布置在用于定量配给单元(12)的容纳空槽(25)的延长部分中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述孔(21)的直径对应定量配给单元(12)中的输入口(20)的直径。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述定量配给单元(12)的输入口(20)通过定量配给阀而与定量配给排出口(23)连接并且将轴向输入流转向成径向排出流。
5.根据权利要求3所述的高压泵,其特征在于,所述定量配给单元(12)的输入口(20)通过定量配给阀而与定量配给排出口(23)连接并且将轴向输入流转向成径向排出流。
