应指出的是,在该实施例中,储液器112通常具有圆柱形形状。例如,可以使用计算机辅助绘图软件计算偏离圆柱形形状的特定设计的精确容积。尽管如此,为了评估一般原理,我们将研究一个圆柱形形状的示例。圆柱容积可以通过等式V=πr2h计算,其中r是半径,而h是高度。在该示例中,应该理解的是,储液器可以设计为使得给定体积的医用流体的注射动作被限定在储液器的给定高度范围内。实际上,这可以通过相应地调整储液器的半径r来实现。对于给定容积的具有较大半径的储液器可用于皮下注射,而对于给定容积的具有较小半径和较大高度的储液器可用于例如肌内注射。如从上文可以理解的是,可以独立于注射行程134调节穿刺行程132。在图2A和2B中示出的设计适用于皮下注射。
在图3A、图3B和图3C中示出了适用于肌内注射的设计的示例。参照图3A,将认识到与前述设计中所示的那些特征类似的特征。还可以观察到若干区别。例如,隔膜226在这里以较厚的形式且以紧密地装配的形状提供,并且邻靠设置在筒210的塑料壳的底部中的颈部250。柱塞本体214还具有连接至其尖端254的外周壁252。当注射器211处于初始位置时,例如诸如图3A和图3B中所示,可以在筒210周围设置可以以横向地卡合套环的形式设置的止动件256,以防止在压力施加到柱塞本体214上而意图注射的情况下意外刺穿隔膜226。更具体而言,止动件256相应地接合在设置在柱塞本体214的外周壁和筒210的基座262中的相对应特征258、260之间。为了进行注射,通过横向地拉动止动件256而将其移除。图3B示出了移除止动件256的情况下的准备注射的注射器。该实施例还以在筒210的上部中的两个环形肋部264、266为特征,在注射操作之后,柱塞本体214的头部268可以收回并捕获在其间。实际上,下肋部264、头部268或两者都可由弹性材料制成,以提供卡合功能。图3D示出了接近隔膜226并在注射的端部附近的柱塞密封件216。可以看到针218中的孔222延伸穿过柱塞密封件216与隔膜226之间的剩余间隙,从而允许医用流体一直注射,直到柱塞密封件216紧密地接合隔膜226。
应该理解的是,注射器的实施例可以设有自动收回特征,该自动收回特征将柱塞本体偏置到收回位置,使得一旦注射完成,柱塞本体就可以被致动,以在没有外力的情况下(例如,当使用者进行注射的而施加的容积限定力已经中断时)移动到其完全收回位置。
图4中提供了具有自动收回特征的注射器311的示例。更具体而言,压缩弹簧370容纳在柱塞本体314的芯体374与外周壁352之间的上环形内腔372中。机构用于将弹簧370保持在压缩状态,直到注射完成。在该实施例中,该机构以保持扣钩376的形式提供,该保持扣钩376从柱塞本体314的顶部向下突出到内腔372中。保持扣钩具有向下延伸的倾斜面378。倾斜面378设计成在柱塞本体314已被完全向下推动时接合筒310的上边缘380,使得筒310向内反应性地推动保持扣钩376,这使弹簧370从保持扣钩376释放。此时,保持扣钩376不再将弹簧370保持在其压缩状态,并且弹簧370自由地延伸,在柱塞本体314与筒310之间施加偏置力,这将使柱塞本体314在没有外力的情况下(诸如当使用者施加的容积限定力被中断时)移回到完全收回状态。
图5A和图5B中提供了注射器的又一示例。该实施例类似于图4的实施例。然而,柱塞本体具有接合部件490,该接合部件490具有图5C中所示的形状,该接合部件490具有基底492和从基底492纵向突出的周向间隙臂494。接合部件490由弹性材料制成。最初,臂494向外移动,并且定位为围绕筒410。接合部件490容纳在盖496内。诸如图5A的左手侧所示,盖496可以围绕筒410向下推动。如果在盖与筒之间无意地施加压紧力,则该初始构造避免了针418的无意致动。为了进行注射,首先向上拉盖496,直到臂492不与筒410接合。在该阶段,臂494恢复到其原始形状,并径向向内移动。然后,通过在盖496与筒410之间施加压紧力,臂494可以在筒410内部被向下推动。臂最终与柱塞本体414的其余部分接合,针418锚定到柱塞本体414,此时向下推动盖496将具有向下推动针418、刺穿隔膜426、继续穿刺行程以及随后注射医用流体的效果。臂494在其尖端处设置有保持扣钩498,该保持扣钩与柱塞本体414的其余部分接合,使得一旦注射终止,就能通过向上拉盖496来收回针418。
临床前试验
进行初步的临床前试验以评估注射器的功能,该注射器在注射医用流体时将针尖更深地移入本体中。更具体而言,使用诸如图3A、图3B和图3C中所示的注射器进行试验。
两只~10公斤长白猪约克郡杂交在标记部位接受500μL印度墨水的肌内(IM)注射。用标准的1cc结核菌素注射器(AIM)进行三次注射,并用带有可收回针的注射器进行3次注射,该针牢固地安装在柱塞(BIM)。在早期(E)时间点(t=1小时)时牺牲一只动物,在稍后(L)时间点(t=5小时)时牺牲另一只动物。在具有用于数字分析的在固定距离处拍摄高品质数字图像的标准评分系统上评估注射部位。然后切除注射部位,用于组织学评估。外部注射部位评估显示所有注射部位均正常。表1在下面提供了用于切除注射部位评估的平均汇总数据表。

在稍后时间点处牺牲的测试样品中,注射的平均容积对于具有可收回针的注射器比用于标准1cc的结核菌素注射器明显更高。
在本说明书中,为了提供实施本发明的示例方式,参照相关附图描述特定实施例。本发明不应被解释为限于所描述的特定实施例的范围。

Claims (20)

1.一种注射器,所述注射器具有柱塞本体和柱塞密封件以及针,所述柱塞本体和所述柱塞密封件在筒的内腔内均独立地滑动地接合,以沿着共同的纵向轴线移动,所述针锚定至所述柱塞本体,并且延伸穿过所述柱塞密封件,所述针具有入口孔以允许流体流动连通到所述针的内部导管中,所述筒具有用于接收医用流体的储液器,所述储液器在所述柱塞密封件与底部之间延伸,所述底部由隔膜闭合,其中,为了进行注射,所述柱塞本体沿着穿刺行程朝向所述柱塞密封件滑动,在移动期间,所述针刺穿所述隔膜并从所述底部突出,而不注射医用流体,直到所述柱塞本体接合所述柱塞密封件,之后所述柱塞本体和所述柱塞密封件共同移动以注射所述医用流体,直到所述柱塞密封件达到所述底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述针的入口孔是侧向孔,并且当所述柱塞本体接合所述柱塞密封件时,所述侧向孔暴露于所述储液器中的医用流体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其中,所述侧向孔具有给定长度和沿着所述针的给定位置,所述给定位置选择为使得在所述柱塞密封件已经移动到与所述底部紧密邻接时使所述侧向孔与所述隔膜的内表面对准。
4.根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其中,所述柱塞密封件具有围绕所述针并与所述储液器连通的圆柱形凹部,当所述侧向孔与所述柱塞密封件沿纵向对准时,所述圆柱形凹部围绕所述侧向孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述筒进一步包括从与所述储液器相对的底部突出的突出颈部,所述突出颈部适于在与皮肤抵靠接合时形成皮肤的褶皱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述筒的腔进一步包括第一配合特征,并且所述柱塞本体进一步包括第二配合特征,当所述柱塞本体被移动使得完全收回所述针时,所述第一配合特征与所述第二配合特征成为彼此卡合地接合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述柱塞本体进一步包括与所述筒的外表面滑动地接合的外周壁。
8.根据权利要求7所述的注射器,进一步包括止动件,其卡合地接合在所述筒周围,被捕获在所述筒的外周壁与基座之间,以便防止所述针的纵向致动,除非所述止动件被卡合地且横向地移除。
9.根据权利要求7所述的注射器,进一步包括弹簧,其以压缩状态被捕获在所述柱塞本体内,在所述外周壁的内部,一旦所述柱塞本体完全移动到注射位置,则所述弹簧被释放以在所述柱塞本体与所述筒之间施加延伸的纵向力,从而收回所述柱塞本体和所述注射器。
10.根据权利要求7所述的注射器,其中,所述外周具有在所述注射之前伸展成围绕所述筒的延伸构造的接合部件,当所述外周壁滑入完全展开构造时,所述接合部件横向地收回,从而能够在所述筒内变得滑动地接合,并且能够在所述外周壁滑回到完全收回的构造时与柱塞本体接合以执行所述注射。
11.根据权利要求10所述的注射器,其中,所述接合部件具有保持扣钩,当与所述柱塞本体接合时所述保持扣钩固定所述柱塞本体,当所述外周壁滑回到所述延伸构造时,所述接合部件进一步收回固定的所述柱塞本体。
12.一种注射器,所述注射器具有柱塞以及针,所述柱塞具有滑动地接合在筒的内腔内的柱塞密封件,所述针锚定至所述柱塞,所述筒具有用于接收医用流体的储液器,所述储液器在所述柱塞密封件与底部之间延伸,所述底部由隔膜闭合,所述针具有允许所述储液器与所述针的内部导管之间的流体流动连通的侧向孔,其中,为了进行注射,所述柱塞密封件和所述锚定针沿着所述注射器的轴线朝向所述底部共同移动以注射所述医用流体,直到所述柱塞密封件到达所述底部,其中,所述针的侧向孔在所述柱塞密封件正下方沿给定轴向长度延伸,从而保持暴露于所述储液器,直到所述柱塞密封件达到所述底部。
13.根据权利要求12所述的注射器,其中,所述柱塞密封件具有围绕所述针并与所述储液器连通的圆柱形凹部,当所述侧向孔与所述柱塞密封件沿纵向对准时,所述圆柱形凹部围绕所述侧向孔。
14.根据权利要求12所述的注射器,其中,所述筒进一步包括从与所述储液器相对的底部突出的突出颈部,所述突出颈部适于在与皮肤抵靠接合时形成皮肤的褶皱。
15.根据权利要求12所述的注射器,其中,所述筒的腔进一步包括第一配合特征,并且所述柱塞本体进一步包括第二配合特征,当所述柱塞本体已经移动以便完全收回所述针时,所述第一配合特征和所述第二配合特征彼此卡合地接合。
16.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中,所述柱塞本体进一步包括与所述筒的外表面滑动地接合的外周壁。
17.根据权利要求16所述的注射器,进一步包括止动件,其卡合地接合在所述筒周围,被捕获在所述筒的外周壁与基座之间,从而防止所述针的纵向致动,除非所述止动件被卡合地和横向地移除。
18.根据权利要求16所述的注射器,进一步包括弹簧,其以压缩状态被捕获在所述柱塞本体内,在所述外周壁的内部,一旦所述柱塞本体完全移动到注射位置,则所述弹簧被释放以在所述柱塞本体与所述筒之间施加延伸的纵向力,从而收回所述柱塞本体和所述注射器。
19.根据权利要求16所述的注射器,其中,所述外周具有在所述注射之前伸展成围绕所述筒的延伸构造的接合部件,当所述外周壁滑入完全展开构造时,所述接合部件横向地收回,从而能够在所述筒内变得滑动地接合,并且能够在所述外周壁滑回到完全收回的构造时与柱塞本体接合以执行所述注射。
20.一种注射器,所述注射器具有柱塞锚定件和柱塞密封件以及柱塞致动器,所述针锚定至所述柱塞锚定件,所述柱塞锚定件和所述柱塞密封件两者都滑动地接合在筒的内腔内,所述柱塞致动器具有至少两个弹性臂,所述至少两个弹性臂围绕所述筒滑动地接合,所述臂被偏置到径向向内位置并被所述筒阻挡,所述筒具有在底部处的隔膜密封件和敞开的顶部,其中,为了进行注射,向上拉动所述柱塞致动器直到所述臂从所述筒释放,此时所述臂被释放并移动到所述径向向内位置,并且所述柱塞致动器能够被向下推动,以经由所述敞开的顶部将所述臂接合到所述筒中,直到它们接合所述柱塞锚定件,并且成为能够操作为推动所述针穿过所述隔膜。
