Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1a is a flowchart of a method for detecting a taped banknote according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to detecting a banknote with almost a whole taped banknote, and the method can be executed by a taped banknote detecting apparatus, which can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the apparatus can be integrated into any device with a banknote recognition function, such as a typical banknote validator, a banknote counter, and the like. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s110, determining the average value of the thickness data corresponding to each channel according to the thickness data of the paper money to be detected, which are respectively obtained by the channels of the thickness sensor.
In this embodiment, the thickness sensor is provided with a row of sensor units arranged in parallel in the transverse direction, and one sensor unit corresponds to one channel. The thickness sensor can set different numbers of sensor units according to the size of the paper money to be detected. Illustratively, the bill validator, bill counter or sorter is generally set to be either a 10-pass thickness sensor or a 12-pass thickness sensor depending on the size of the bill to be detected.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1b, a row of sensor units 202 arranged side by side in the thickness sensor 201 is provided, and one sensor unit 202 corresponds to one channel 203, so that the thickness sensor 201 shown in fig. 1b and including 10 sensor units 202 may be referred to as a 10-channel thickness sensor, and all channels are numbered as 1, 2, …, 9 and 10 in sequence according to the numbering direction 204. The banknote 205 to be detected passes through the thickness sensors 201 along the banknote entering direction 206 in the figure, each sensor unit 202 collects a relatively independent one-dimensional raw thickness data, and then 10 raw thickness signals can be collected by the 10-channel thickness sensor. The bill 205 to be detected may be a normal bill, or an abnormal bill adhered with an adhesive tape, having a folded corner, or having a defect. Fig. 1c is a schematic diagram of 10 original thickness data of normal paper money collected by the thickness sensor 201, and it can be seen that each numbered sensor unit corresponds to a line, the line is the original thickness data detected by the sensor unit, and a connecting line perpendicular to a position coordinate line of the paper money between two adjacent lines is not the thickness data, but is only a connecting line for data display, and has no practical significance.
From fig. 1c, it can be seen that the raw thickness data includes thickness data 207 of the banknote collected by the thickness sensor when the banknote to be detected passes in the middle and thickness data 208 of the background collected by the thickness sensor when no banknote passes on both sides. Therefore, the raw thickness data acquired by all the channels of the thickness sensor is denoised, and the thickness data 207 of the paper money to be detected in the raw thickness data is extracted.
Fig. 1d is the raw thickness data of the banknote to be detected corresponding to the 8 th channel of the thickness sensor in fig. 1b extracted from fig. 1c, and the raw thickness data includes the thickness data 301 of the banknote portion collected by the thickness sensor when the banknote to be detected passes through and the background noise 302 collected by the thickness sensor when no banknote passes through. After the raw thickness data of each channel is acquired, a denoising process is required to remove background noise 302 in each raw thickness data, thereby extracting thickness data 301 of a banknote portion in each channel. The denoising processing can be to determine a numerical value change critical value in original thickness data of the paper money in the process from the absence to the existence, further extract the thickness data of the paper money part in each channel according to the critical value, and also can determine a start-stop line number corresponding to the paper money to be detected in the original thickness data, thereby extracting the thickness data of the paper money part in each channel according to the start-stop line number. FIG. 1e is a schematic illustration of thickness data for the portion of the banknote extracted from FIG. 1 d.
And performing mean value calculation on the thickness data of the paper money to be detected respectively obtained according to the plurality of channels of the thickness sensor in the process to obtain the mean value of the thickness data of the paper money part in each channel.
S120, extracting at least two thickness data mean values according to a preset rule, and calculating the mean value of the at least two thickness data mean values.
Optionally, after removing the thickness data of the banknote portions of the channels corresponding to the largest average value and the smallest average value in step S110, the average value of the thickness data of the banknote portions corresponding to the remaining channels may be taken. The average value of the thickness data can be sorted according to size, and the serial number of each channel after sorting is recorded; and extracting the thickness data mean value corresponding to the preset channel serial number, and calculating the mean value of the thickness data mean value corresponding to the preset channel serial number. Optionally, after the mean value of the thickness data of the banknote part in each channel is obtained, at least two mean values of the thickness data are directly extracted according to a preset rule without sorting the mean values. Illustratively, the mean values of the thickness data corresponding to channel numbers 3, 4, 5, and 8 in fig. 1b are extracted and averaged. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset rule is not limited, and the above only provides three specific preset rules for extracting the average value of at least two thickness data, and is not limited thereto.
And S130, determining the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data.
Specifically, since the width of the tape is smaller than the width of one channel, and the thickness of the tape is generally larger than the thickness of the metal wire, if the paper money in a certain channel range is adhered with nearly the whole tape covering the length of the paper money in the channel direction, i.e., the whole channel tape, the thickness data of the paper money part of the channel has a larger value as a whole than the thickness data of the paper money parts of other channels. Therefore, the average value of the thickness data of the banknote portion corresponding to each channel in the step S110 is compared, the maximum value in the average value of the thickness data of the banknote portion in the banknote to be detected is determined, and whether the full-channel adhesive tape exists on the banknote to be detected or not can be determined by analyzing the relationship between the thickness data of the banknote portion of the channel where the maximum value exists and the average value in the step S120, that is, whether the banknote to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape.
And S140, determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to the average value and the maximum value.
For example, the maximum value determined in step S130 is different from the average value determined in step S120, and the difference value is compared with a preset detection threshold value to obtain a comparison result of the magnitude relationship between the maximum value and the average value, and according to the comparison result, it can be determined whether the banknote to be detected is a full-channel taped banknote, for example, if the difference value is greater than the preset detection threshold value, the banknote to be detected is a full-channel taped banknote, otherwise, if the difference value is less than or equal to the preset detection threshold value, the banknote to be detected is not a full-channel taped banknote.
Optionally, the average value determined in step S120 is compared with a first preset thickness threshold, the maximum value determined in step S130 is compared with a second preset thickness threshold, and whether the banknote to be detected is a full-channel taped banknote is determined according to the two comparison results, for example, when the average value is greater than the first preset thickness threshold and the maximum value is greater than the second preset thickness threshold, it is determined that the banknote to be detected is the full-channel taped banknote, otherwise, the banknote to be detected is not the full-channel taped banknote.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the thickness data mean value corresponding to each channel is determined according to the thickness data of the paper money to be detected, which are respectively obtained by a plurality of channels of the thickness sensor; extracting at least two thickness data mean values according to a preset rule, and calculating the mean value of the at least two thickness data mean values; determining the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data; and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape paper money according to the average value and the maximum value, solving the problem that the paper money adhered with a part of adhesive tapes can only be detected, and realizing the detection of the adhesive tape paper money adhered with the whole adhesive tape which almost covers the length of the paper money in the short edge direction of the paper money.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a sticky note according to an embodiment of the present invention, where in this embodiment, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, at least one mean value of the thickness data is extracted according to a preset rule, and an average value of the at least one mean value of the thickness data is calculated and optimized as: sorting the thickness data average value, and recording the serial number of each channel after sorting; and extracting the thickness data mean value corresponding to the preset channel serial number, and calculating the mean value of the thickness data mean value corresponding to the preset channel serial number.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s210, determining the average value of the thickness data corresponding to each channel according to the thickness data of the paper money to be detected, which are respectively obtained by the channels of the thickness sensor.
S220, sorting the thickness data mean value, and recording the serial number of each channel after sorting.
Illustratively, the thickness data of the banknote to be detected is obtained according to 10 channels of the thickness sensor, each channel corresponds to a set of thickness data, and therefore, the average value of the 10 thickness data can be obtained according to step S110. The 10 thickness data mean values are sorted according to the size, wherein the 10 thickness data mean values can be sorted from small to large, and can also be sorted from large to small. For example, in this embodiment, 10 thickness data mean values are sorted from small to large, and the serial numbers of the channels corresponding to the 10 thickness data mean values sorted from small to large are sequentially recorded as 1, 2, …, 9, and 10.
S230, extracting the thickness data mean value corresponding to the preset channel serial number, and calculating the mean value of the thickness data mean value corresponding to the preset channel serial number.
The preset channel sequence number may be a plurality of continuous sequence numbers, a plurality of interval and discontinuous sequence numbers, or a partial continuous and partial interval sequence number. For example, the average value of the thickness data corresponding to the channel with the sequence number of 3-8 after the sorting is extracted, that is, the extracted average value of the thickness data is the average value of 6 thickness data positioned in the middle of 10 thickness data with two maximum values removed and two minimum values removed. The 6 thickness data were averaged together and then averaged.
And S240, determining the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data.
And S250, determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to the average value and the maximum value.
According to the detection method for the adhesive tape banknotes, the average value of the thickness data is sorted, and the serial number of each channel after sorting is recorded; the average value of the thickness data corresponding to the preset channel serial number is extracted, the average value of the thickness data corresponding to the preset channel serial number is calculated, the thickness data of the paper money part of the channel corresponding to the maximum average value and the minimum average value can be removed, the average value of the average values of the thickness data of the paper money parts corresponding to the rest channels is taken, the influence of instability of the paper money on the average value is effectively reduced, and the detection precision of the whole-channel adhesive tape money is further improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a sticky tape banknote according to an embodiment of the present invention, where on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the determining whether the banknote to be detected is a full-channel sticky tape banknote according to the average value and the maximum value is optimized as follows: calculating a difference between the maximum value and the average value; calculating the product of the average value and a preset coefficient; and comparing the difference with the product, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to a comparison result.
As shown in fig. 3, the method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s310, determining the average value of the thickness data corresponding to each channel according to the thickness data of the paper money to be detected, which are respectively obtained by the channels of the thickness sensor.
S320, sorting the thickness data mean value, and recording the serial number of each channel after sorting.
S330, extracting the thickness data mean value corresponding to the preset channel serial number, and calculating the mean value of the thickness data mean value corresponding to the preset channel serial number.
And S340, determining the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data.
And S350, calculating the difference value between the maximum value and the average value.
And (4) subtracting the maximum value determined in the step (S340) from the average value determined in the step (S330) so as to judge whether the subsequent paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to the difference value of the maximum value and the average value.
And S360, calculating the product of the average value and a preset coefficient.
In this embodiment, the product of the average value and the preset coefficient may be used as a preset detection threshold for detecting whether the banknote to be detected is a full-channel adhesive tape banknote, the detection threshold is not only an empirical threshold determined through a large number of experiments, but also a product of the average value determined in step S330 and the preset coefficient, and the average value obtained is different according to different methods for determining the average value in step S330, and meanwhile, the preset detection threshold is also different according to different preset coefficient settings.
And S370, comparing the difference value with the product, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to the comparison result.
And (4) comparing the difference value of the maximum value and the average value determined in the step (350) with the product of the average value and the preset coefficient determined in the step (360) to obtain a comparison result of the magnitude relation of the maximum value and the average value, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to the comparison result. When the difference value is larger than the product, determining that the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money; and when the difference is smaller than the product, determining that the paper money to be detected is not the full-channel tape money.
According to the detection method of the adhesive tape money provided by the embodiment, the difference value between the maximum value and the average value is calculated; calculating the product of the average value and a preset coefficient; and comparing the difference value with the product, determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money according to the comparison result, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the detection threshold value of the full-channel tape money according to the average value, namely, different detection threshold values are adopted for different paper money to be detected, so that the detection precision of determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money is further improved.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a sticky tape banknote according to an embodiment of the present invention, where in this embodiment, determining whether a banknote to be detected is a full-channel sticky tape banknote according to the average value and the maximum value is optimized as follows: comparing the average value with a first preset thickness threshold value; when the average value is larger than the first preset thickness threshold value, comparing the maximum value with a second preset thickness threshold value, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape money or not according to the comparison result of the maximum value and the second preset thickness threshold value; when the average value is smaller than the first preset thickness threshold value, comparing the maximum value with a third preset thickness threshold value, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is full-channel adhesive tape money or not according to the comparison result of the maximum value and the third preset thickness threshold value; the third preset thickness threshold is the difference value between the second preset thickness threshold and the fourth preset thickness threshold, and the fourth preset thickness threshold is the difference value between the first preset thickness threshold and the average value difference.
As shown in fig. 4, the method of this embodiment includes the following steps:
s410, determining the average value of the thickness data corresponding to each channel according to the thickness data of the paper money to be detected, which are respectively obtained by the channels of the thickness sensor.
S420, extracting at least two thickness data mean values according to a preset rule, and calculating the mean value of the at least two thickness data mean values.
And S430, determining the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data.
S440, comparing the average value with a first preset thickness threshold value.
The first preset thickness threshold is an average value of the thickness data of a normal banknote, and may be an average value of the thickness data of banknote portions corresponding to all channels, or an average value determined by the average value 420 of the thickness data of banknote portions corresponding to the remaining channels after removing the thickness data of banknote portions corresponding to the channels with the largest average value and the smallest average value in step S410 is compared with the first preset thickness threshold, and the maximum value determined in step S430 is determined to be compared with the preset threshold according to the comparison result of the two preset thickness thresholds.
S450, when the average value is larger than the first preset thickness threshold value, comparing the maximum value with a second preset thickness threshold value, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is full-channel tape money or not according to the comparison result of the maximum value and the second preset thickness threshold value.
The second predetermined thickness threshold is a critical value for detecting whether the banknote to be detected is a full-channel taped banknote, which is typically an empirical threshold determined through a number of experiments. When the average value is larger than the first preset threshold value, the consistency of the thickness sensor for acquiring the thickness data of the paper money to be detected is better, namely the thickness data of the paper money to be detected acquired by the thickness sensor is not wholly low, so that the condition of judging whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money is influenced. At the moment, the maximum value is compared with a second preset thickness threshold value, and when the maximum value is larger than the second preset thickness threshold value, the paper money to be detected is determined to be full-channel tape money; and when the maximum value is smaller than a second preset thickness threshold value, determining that the paper money to be detected is not the full-channel tape money.
And S460, when the average value is smaller than the first preset thickness threshold value, comparing the maximum value with a third preset thickness threshold value, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to the comparison result of the maximum value and the third preset thickness threshold value.
The third preset thickness threshold is a difference value between the second preset thickness threshold and a fourth preset thickness threshold, and the fourth preset thickness threshold is a difference value between the first preset thickness threshold and the average value difference. This is because when the average value is smaller than the first preset threshold, it indicates that the consistency of the thickness sensor that acquires the thickness data of the banknote to be detected is not good, that is, the thickness data of the banknote to be detected acquired by the thickness sensor is entirely low, and the amount of the entire low thickness data of the banknote to be detected is the difference between the first preset thickness threshold and the average value, that is, the fourth preset thickness threshold. In order to not influence the judgment of whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape money or not, the size of a fourth preset thickness threshold value is integrally reduced by a second preset thickness threshold value obtained through a large amount of experimental data, namely, the difference value between the second preset thickness threshold value and the fourth preset thickness threshold value is used as the third preset thickness threshold value, so that whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape money or not is judged. Specifically, the maximum value is compared with a third preset thickness threshold value, and when the maximum value is larger than the third preset thickness threshold value, the paper money to be detected is determined to be full-channel tape money; and when the maximum value is smaller than a third preset thickness threshold value, determining that the paper money to be detected is not the full-channel tape money.
In the method for detecting the adhesive tape banknotes provided by this embodiment, the average value is compared with a first preset thickness threshold; when the average value is larger than the first preset thickness threshold value, comparing the maximum value with a second preset thickness threshold value, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape money or not according to the comparison result of the maximum value and the second preset thickness threshold value; when the average value is smaller than the first preset thickness threshold value, the maximum value is compared with the third preset thickness threshold value, whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape money or not is determined according to the comparison result of the maximum value and the third preset thickness threshold value, whether the consistency of the thickness sensor of the thickness of the current paper money to be detected is obtained can be judged according to the comparison result of the average value and the first preset thickness threshold value, then the dynamic threshold value is compared with the maximum value to determine whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape money or not, and the detection precision of whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel adhesive tape money or not is further improved.
