Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for detecting an adhesive tape on a banknote according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a financial device for detecting whether an adhesive tape is present on a banknote during a banknote counting and detecting process, for example, detecting whether an adhesive tape is present on a banknote during the banknote counting by using a banknote counter. The method can be executed by a device for detecting adhesive tapes on the paper money, the device can be composed of software and/or hardware and can be configured in a financial machine tool, and the method for detecting the adhesive tapes on the paper money specifically comprises the following steps:
and 110, when the paper money passes, acquiring paper money thickness detection data of the paper money to be detected according to the detection points of the preset detection number through the thickness sensors of the preset number channels.
The thickness sensor can be a contact thickness sensor or a non-contact thickness sensor. The thickness sensors are arranged on the same straight line, the straight line is perpendicular to the passing direction of the paper money to be detected, and the number of the channels can be 10. A plurality of detection points can be set in each channel, for example, the number of the detection points can be 120, and when the paper money to be detected passes through, the thickness sensor in each channel acquires 120 paper money thickness detection data.
And step 120, dividing the detection points of each channel into detection sections with preset number of sections.
The detection points of each channel can be divided into a plurality of detection sections, the number of the detection points contained in each detection section can be preset, and the operation of dividing the detection sections can be preset before the detection data of the thickness of the paper money to be detected is acquired. Illustratively, 120 detection points are provided for each channel, and each 10 adjacent detection points are divided into 1 detection segment, so that each channel is provided with 12 detection segments.
And step 130, taking the average value of the banknote thickness detection data in the detection section as the banknote section thickness data of the detection section.
The average value of the paper money thickness detection data is used as the paper money subsection thickness data of the detection section, so that the paper money thickness of the detection section can be reflected, and the number of the paper money thickness data needing to be contrasted is reduced.
And step 140, sequencing the paper money subsection thickness data, and taking the average value of the paper money subsection thickness data positioned in the middle of sequencing as a paper money thickness reference value.
The number of the banknote segment thickness data at the middle position of the sorting may be a preset ratio to the number of all the banknote segment thickness data, where the preset ratio may be 10% to 60%, for example, an average value of the banknote segment thickness data at the middle position of the sorting, which accounts for 30% of all the banknote segment thickness data, is taken as the banknote thickness reference value. Because there is a thickness difference between different printing plate numbers and different new and old paper money, the reference value of the paper money thickness is used as the comparison standard of the thickness of the paper money to be measured.
And 150, when the banknote subsection thickness data which is larger than the preset threshold value of the banknote thickness reference value meets the preset judgment condition, determining that the adhesive tape exists on the banknote to be detected.
The method comprises the steps of traversing all the paper money sectional thickness data, judging whether the difference between the paper money sectional thickness data and a paper money thickness reference value is larger than a preset threshold value or not, determining a detection section corresponding to the paper money sectional thickness data larger than the paper money thickness reference value preset threshold value as a suspected abnormality detection section, comparing the position relation of the suspected abnormality detection section with a preset judgment condition, if so, determining that an adhesive tape exists on the paper money to be detected, and determining the position of the adhesive tape on the paper money to be detected.
According to the technical scheme, the sectional thickness data of the paper money is determined according to the detection section through the thickness detection data of the paper money, the adhesive tape existing on the paper money is determined according to the sectional thickness data of the paper money and the reference value of the thickness of the paper money, the problems that the detection data of the paper money is processed one by one, the efficiency is low, and the accuracy is low are solved, so that the detection efficiency is improved, and the detection accuracy is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for detecting an adhesive tape on a banknote according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the technical solution of the present embodiment is further detailed on the basis of the above technical solution, and the method for detecting an adhesive tape on a banknote specifically includes:
and step 210, when the paper money passes, acquiring paper money thickness detection data of the paper money to be detected according to the detection points of the preset detection number through the thickness sensors of the preset number channels.
And step 220, dividing the detection points of each channel into detection sections with preset number of sections.
And step 230, taking the average value of the banknote thickness detection data in the detection section as the banknote section thickness data of the detection section.
And 240, removing the banknote subsection thickness data smaller than the preset subsection thickness threshold value.
The method comprises the steps that the to-be-detected paper money possibly passes through the to-be-detected paper money in an inclined mode, if the paper money subsection thickness data are smaller than a preset subsection thickness threshold value, the fact that the paper money subsection thickness data correspond to a background area possibly located at the inclined position of the to-be-detected paper money is shown, the paper money subsection thickness data smaller than the preset subsection thickness threshold value are removed, and accuracy of a paper money thickness reference value is improved. As an example, the preset segment thickness threshold may be 30.
And step 250, sequencing the remaining paper money segment thickness data.
And sorting the remaining banknote subsection thickness data after the banknote subsection thickness data smaller than the preset subsection thickness threshold value are removed.
And step 260, taking the average value of the banknote section thickness data positioned in the middle of the sequencing as a banknote thickness reference value.
And 270, when the banknote subsection thickness data which is larger than the preset threshold value of the banknote thickness reference value meets the preset judgment condition, determining that the adhesive tape exists on the banknote to be detected.
According to the technical scheme, the accuracy of the banknote thickness reference value is improved by removing the banknote subsection thickness data corresponding to the background area, and therefore the accuracy of the adhesive tape detection is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for detecting an adhesive tape on a banknote according to a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the technical solution of the present embodiment is further detailed on the basis of the above technical solution, and the method for detecting an adhesive tape on a banknote specifically includes:
and 310, when the paper money passes, acquiring the paper money thickness detection data of the paper money to be detected according to the detection points of the preset detection number through the thickness sensors of the preset number channels.
And step 320, dividing the detection points of each channel into detection sections with preset number of sections.
And step 330, determining the starting position and the ending position of the banknote thickness detection data corresponding to each channel according to the banknote thickness detection data corresponding to each channel, and using the starting position and the ending position as thickness detection reference information.
The finding of the starting position and the ending position of each banknote thickness detection data can be realized by adopting the following modes: setting a threshold, comparing each banknote thickness detection data with the threshold, marking the thickness data which is larger than the threshold and appears for the first time in the banknote thickness detection data as a starting position, and marking the thickness data which is smaller than the threshold and appears for the last time in the banknote thickness detection data as an ending position, wherein in the example, the threshold is the thickness data, and the value is 40.
And 340, removing the banknote thickness detection data corresponding to the background area according to the thickness detection reference information.
After determining the starting position and the ending position of the banknote thickness detection data of the channel, determining that the banknote thickness detection data before the starting position and after the ending position correspond to background areas except for the banknote to be detected.
And step 350, taking the average value of the banknote thickness detection data in the detection section as the banknote section thickness data of the detection section.
And taking the average value of the remaining banknote thickness detection data in the detection section after the banknote thickness detection data corresponding to the background area are removed as the banknote section thickness data of the detection section. Therefore, the banknote section thickness data can avoid the influence of the banknote thickness detection data corresponding to the background area, and the banknote thickness reference value determined according to the banknote section thickness data can better reflect the thickness of the to-be-detected banknote.
And 360, sequencing the paper money subsection thickness data, and taking the average value of the paper money subsection thickness data positioned in the middle of sequencing as a paper money thickness reference value.
And step 370, when the banknote subsection thickness data which is larger than the preset threshold value of the banknote thickness reference value meets the preset judgment condition, determining that the adhesive tape exists on the banknote to be detected.
According to the technical scheme, the banknote thickness detection data corresponding to the background area are removed through the starting and stopping positions of the banknote thickness detection data of each channel, the accuracy of the banknote thickness reference value is improved, and therefore the accuracy of adhesive tape detection is improved.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for detecting an adhesive tape on a banknote according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, in which the technical solution of the present embodiment is further detailed on the basis of the above technical solution, and the method for detecting an adhesive tape on a banknote specifically includes:
and step 410, when the paper money passes, acquiring the paper money thickness detection data of the paper money to be detected according to the detection points of the preset detection number through the thickness sensors of the preset number channels.
And step 420, dividing the detection point of each channel into detection segments with preset segment numbers.
And step 430, taking the average value of the banknote thickness detection data in the detection section as the banknote section thickness data of the detection section.
And step 440, sequencing the paper money subsection thickness data, and taking the average value of the paper money subsection thickness data positioned in the middle of sequencing as a paper money thickness reference value.
And 450, acquiring an image of the paper money to be detected.
The image of the paper money to be detected is acquired through the image sensor, and the operation of acquiring the image of the paper money to be detected can be acquired before the paper money to be detected passes through the thickness sensor.
And step 460, determining the starting position and the ending position of the banknote thickness detection data corresponding to each channel according to the banknote thickness detection data corresponding to each channel, and using the starting position and the ending position as thickness reference information.
The method for finding out the starting position and the ending position of the banknote thickness detection data of each channel can be realized by adopting the following modes: setting a threshold, comparing each banknote thickness detection data with the threshold, marking the thickness data which is larger than the threshold and appears for the first time in the banknote thickness detection data as a starting position, and marking the thickness data which is smaller than the threshold and appears for the last time in the banknote thickness detection data as an ending position, wherein in the example, the threshold is the thickness data, and the value is 40.
And step 470, determining the mapping relationship between the banknote segment thickness data and the image data information according to the thickness reference information and the image data information of the image and the corresponding relationship between the banknote thickness detection data and the banknote segment thickness data.
Acquiring data information of an image of the paper money, determining a data mapping relation between the data information of the image and the paper money thickness detection data according to the thickness reference information and the image data information of the image, and expressing the ratio of the number of data sampling points of the image sensor and the thickness sensor in a unit distance; and determining the mapping relation between the banknote section thickness data and the data information of the image by combining the corresponding relation between the banknote thickness detection data and the banknote section thickness data.
The data information of the image is the image of the banknote collected by the image sensor when the banknote passes through the image sensor, which is usually a reflectance image with different wavelengths, such as an ultraviolet reflectance image, a visible light reflectance image, or an infrared reflectance image, and information such as a reflectance curve of the banknote, image coordinates of four corner points of the banknote, a length of the banknote in a long side direction, a length of the banknote in a short side direction (i.e., an image height), and an image resolution can be obtained from the image.
And 480, removing the paper money subsection thickness data corresponding to the preset image area according to the mapping relation.
The preset image area is an area with a thicker thickness of the paper money, and the area needs to be removed, for example, the hair and the collar of the hair-position figure in the fifth set of rmb are thicker, and the corresponding paper money segment thickness data is removed by combining the mapping relation.
And 490, determining that the adhesive tape exists on the paper money to be detected when the paper money subsection thickness data larger than the preset threshold value of the paper money thickness reference value meets the preset judgment condition.
Optionally, when the sectional thickness data of the banknote greater than the preset threshold of the reference thickness value of the banknote meets the preset judgment condition, determining that the adhesive tape exists on the banknote to be detected includes:
when the sectional thickness data of the continuous first number of paper money is larger than the preset threshold value of the paper money thickness reference value in the same channel, determining that the adhesive tape exists on the paper money to be detected; the first number may be predetermined, for example, the first number may be 3 or 4.
Or when the detection sections located at the same position in the channel are located, the sectional thickness data of the continuous second number of the paper money is larger than the preset threshold value of the reference value of the thickness of the paper money, and the fact that the adhesive tape exists on the paper money to be detected is determined. The second number may be predetermined, for example, the second number may be 3 or 4. For example, the banknote thickness data of the detection section is greater than the preset banknote thickness reference value threshold, and the banknote thickness data of the detection section at the same position in the adjacent channels on two sides of the detection section is also greater than the preset banknote thickness reference value threshold, so that the adhesive tape on the banknote to be detected is determined.
According to the technical scheme, the influence of the thick area of the thickness of the paper money on the detection of the adhesive tape is reduced through the mapping relation between the image information and the thickness information of the paper money, and the detection accuracy is improved.
