Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a sticky-tape banknote according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to detecting a banknote with almost a whole sticky tape, and the method can be executed by a sticky-tape banknote detecting apparatus, which can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the apparatus can be integrated into any device with a banknote recognition function, such as a typical banknote validator, a banknote counter, and the like. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s100, determining the average value of the thickness data corresponding to each channel according to the thickness data of all channels of the paper money to be detected.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2a, a row of sensor units 202 arranged side by side in the thickness sensor 201 is provided, and one sensor unit 202 is correspondingly referred to as one channel 207, so that the thickness sensor 201 shown in fig. 2a can be referred to as a 10-channel thickness sensor. The thickness sensor can be set with different numbers of sensor units according to requirements, and the currency detector or the currency counter is generally set as a 10-channel thickness sensor or a 12-channel thickness sensor according to the size of the paper money to be detected. The paper currency 203 to be detected passes through the thickness sensor 201 along the paper currency entering direction 206 in the figure, the thickness sensor 201 detects the thickness of the paper currency 203 to be detected, each sensor unit 202 collects a piece of relatively independent one-dimensional original thickness data, and then 10 channels of thickness sensors can collect 10 original thickness signals. The paper currency 203 to be detected can be normal paper currency, or abnormal paper currency which is adhered with adhesive tape, has a folded angle or has defects. Fig. 2b is a schematic diagram of 10 original thickness data of normal paper money collected by the thickness sensor 201, and it can be seen that each numbered sensor unit corresponds to a line, the line is the original thickness data detected by the sensor unit, and a connecting line perpendicular to a position coordinate line of the paper money between two adjacent lines is not the thickness data, but is only a connecting line for data display, and has no practical significance.
Fig. 3a is the raw thickness data of the channel where the safety line 204 of the banknote to be detected in fig. 2a is located, which is extracted from fig. 2b, and the raw thickness data includes the thickness data 301 of the banknote portion collected by the thickness sensor when the banknote to be detected passes through and the background noise 302 collected by the thickness sensor when no banknote passes through. After the raw thickness data of each channel is acquired, a denoising process is required to remove background noise 302 in each raw thickness data, thereby extracting thickness data 301 of a banknote portion in each channel. The denoising processing can be to determine a numerical value change critical value in original thickness data of the paper money in the process from the absence to the existence, further extract the thickness data of the paper money part in each channel according to the critical value, and also can determine a start-stop line number corresponding to the paper money to be detected in the original thickness data, thereby extracting the thickness data of the paper money part in each channel according to the start-stop line number. Figure 3b is a schematic representation of the thickness data of the banknote portion extracted from figure 3 a.
And performing average calculation on the thickness data of the paper money part in each channel acquired in the process to obtain the average value of the thickness data of the paper money part in each channel.
And S200, determining the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data.
Specifically, since the width of the tape is smaller than the width of one channel, and the thickness of the tape is generally larger than the thickness of the metal wire, if the paper money in a certain channel range is adhered with nearly the whole tape covering the length of the paper money in the channel direction, i.e., the whole channel tape, the thickness data of the paper money part of the channel has a larger value as a whole than the thickness data of the paper money parts of other channels. Therefore, the average value of the thickness data of the banknote portion in each channel in step S100 is compared, the maximum value of the average values of the thickness data of the banknote portion in the banknote to be detected is determined, and whether the full-channel tape exists on the banknote to be detected or not, that is, whether the banknote to be detected is the full-channel tape banknote or not, can be determined by analyzing the thickness data of the banknote portion of the channel where the maximum value exists.
S300, comparing the maximum value with a preset paper money thickness and a preset detection threshold value, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to the comparison result.
The preset banknote thickness is an average value of the thickness data of a normal banknote, and may be an average value of the thickness data of the banknote portions of all the channels, or an average value of the thickness data of the banknote portions of the remaining channels after removing the thickness data of the banknote portions of the channels corresponding to the maximum average value and the minimum average value in step S100. The preset detection threshold is a critical value for detecting whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money, and is generally an empirical threshold determined through a large number of experiments, for example, the full-channel tape can be stuck in different areas of the paper money, the average value of thickness data of the paper money part in the channel stuck with the full-channel tape is counted, and the difference value between the minimum value of all the average values obtained through a plurality of experiments and the thickness of the preset paper money is used as the preset detection threshold. On one hand, the threshold value is set, so that the situation that the channel where the safety line is located is judged to be the channel where the full-channel adhesive tape banknote is located can be avoided, and the banknote to be detected is judged to be the error situation of the full-channel adhesive tape banknote; on the other hand, the condition that the judgment result is wrong due to the fact that other dirty objects are stuck on the paper money to be detected can be avoided.
Specifically, the maximum value determined in step S200 is compared with the preset banknote thickness to obtain a specific difference value, and then the difference value is compared with a preset detection threshold value to obtain a comparison result of the size relationship between the two, and according to the comparison result, it can be determined whether the banknote to be detected is a full-channel taped banknote, for example, if the difference value is greater than the preset detection threshold value, the banknote to be detected is a full-channel taped banknote, otherwise, if the difference value is less than or equal to the preset detection threshold value, the banknote to be detected is not a full-channel taped banknote.
The technical scheme of this embodiment, through the maximum value that obtains the thickness data mean value of treating every passageway that detects paper currency correspondence to with this maximum value with predetermine paper currency thickness and predetermine the detection threshold and compare, thereby confirm to detect paper currency whether full passageway sticky tape paper money according to the comparison result, solved and can only detect out the problem of the paper currency that is stained with partial sticky tape, realized being stained with the detection of the sticky tape paper money that covers nearly whole sticky tape of paper currency length in the paper currency minor face direction.
Example two
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a sticky note according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment specifically describes and optimizes step S300 in the previous embodiment based on the above embodiments. Wherein, the same steps as those in the above embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those in the above embodiments are omitted. A method for detecting a sticky tape note according to a second embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 4, where the method according to the second embodiment includes:
s100, determining the average value of the thickness data corresponding to each channel according to the thickness data of all channels of the paper money to be detected.
And S200, determining the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data.
S310, determining whether the channel is the channel corresponding to the safety line or not according to the thickness data of the channel corresponding to the maximum value.
Specifically, after the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data of the banknote portion is determined in step S200, the corresponding channel number is recorded, the thickness data of the banknote portion of the channel number is extracted and analyzed, for example, whether the thickness data of the banknote portion has peaks and valleys is analyzed, if the peaks and valleys exist, whether the peaks and valleys continuously and alternately appear or whether the positions of the peaks and valleys and the distance between the positions of the valleys and the peaks and valleys are analyzed, and whether the channel where the maximum value is located is the channel where the safety line is located is determined according to the analysis result.
Alternatively, step S310 may be implemented by:
A. obtaining thickness data of the channel;
specifically, the channel number corresponding to the maximum value determined in step S200 is recorded, and the thickness data of the banknote portion corresponding to the channel number is extracted from the thickness data of the banknote portions of all channels acquired in step S100, for example, the curve shown in fig. 3b is the thickness data of the banknote portion corresponding to the channel number where the extracted maximum value is located.
B. Determining the peak position and the trough position in the thickness data of the channel, and acquiring the distance between adjacent peaks and troughs;
specifically, as shown in fig. 3b, after the thickness data of the banknote portion of the channel corresponding to the maximum value is extracted, a mean value 303 of the piece of data is calculated, and a mean value (i.e., a peak mean value) 304 of a piece of thickness data (i.e., peak data) having a thickness value continuously greater than the mean value 303 and a mean value (i.e., a trough mean value) 305 of a piece of thickness data (i.e., trough data) having a thickness value continuously less than the mean value 303 are calculated, so that the whole piece of thickness data is calculated in segments. Then, the intermediate position of the peak data is taken as the peak position, the intermediate position of the trough data is taken as the trough position, and the distance 306 between the adjacent peak position and trough position is calculated.
C. And matching the peak position, the trough position and the distance with template data of the safety line to determine whether the channel is the channel corresponding to the safety line.
The template data of the security thread is standard data for identifying the security thread, and includes a peak position and a valley position of the security thread, and distances between adjacent peak positions and valley positions, and the like, and can be generally obtained by counting thickness data of security thread channels of a large number of normal banknotes.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3B, after the peak position, the valley position, and the distances between adjacent peak positions and valley positions are obtained in step B, it is determined whether the peak mean 304 and the valley mean 305 alternately appear. If the peak mean 304 and the trough mean 305 alternately appear, the distance between the two calculated above is compared with the template data of the security thread. If the peak data and the valley data alternate and the distance 306 between them matches the template data of the security thread, it is referred to as a set of matching data. If there are 3 sets or more of matching data in the extracted whole thickness data, the channel can be determined as the channel where the safety line is located.
S320, if the channel is not the channel corresponding to the safety line, comparing the maximum value with the preset paper money thickness and a first preset detection threshold value, and determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money according to the comparison result.
The first preset detection threshold is a critical value for detecting whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape paper money when the channel corresponding to the maximum value is determined not to be the channel where the safety line is located, and is the same as the preset detection threshold in the step S300, except that the full-channel tape is stuck to the non-safety line area of the paper money in the process of carrying out a large number of experimental statistics.
Specifically, when it is determined in step S310 that the channel corresponding to the maximum value determined in step S200 is not the channel corresponding to the security thread, the maximum value is first subtracted from the preset banknote thickness, the difference is then compared with a first preset detection threshold value to obtain a comparison result of the size relationship between the maximum value and the preset banknote, and it can be determined whether the banknote to be detected is the full-channel tape banknote according to the comparison result.
S330, if the channel is the channel corresponding to the safety line, determining whether the paper money to be detected is the full-channel tape money or not according to the comparison result by using the maximum value, the preset paper money thickness and a second preset detection threshold value.
The second preset detection threshold is a critical value for detecting whether the banknote to be detected is a full-channel adhesive tape banknote when the channel corresponding to the maximum value is determined to be the channel where the safety line is located, and corresponds to the first preset detection threshold in step S320, and the full-channel adhesive tape is adhered to the safety line area of the banknote during the process of performing a large number of experimental statistics.
Specifically, when it is determined in step S310 that the channel corresponding to the maximum value determined in step S200 is the channel corresponding to the security thread, the maximum value is first differentiated from the preset banknote thickness, and then the differentiated value is compared with a second preset detection threshold value to obtain a comparison result of the size relationship between the maximum value and the preset banknote, and it can be determined whether the banknote to be detected is the full-channel tape banknote according to the comparison result.
The technical scheme of this embodiment, through the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data of confirming the corresponding passageway of waiting to detect paper currency, then confirm whether the passageway that this maximum value corresponds is the passageway that the safety line corresponds, and set up first preset detection threshold value and the preset detection threshold value of second respectively according to the result of confirming, with the discernment problem when solving the full passageway sticky tape and gluing on paper currency safety line and gluing in the regional area of non-safety line respectively, avoid causing the misidentification because the difference of the thickness data that the safety line corresponds the passageway, make the discernment of full passageway sticky tape paper money more accurate.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for detecting a sticky note according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment specifically describes and optimizes step S320 and step S330 in the previous embodiment based on any of the above embodiments. Wherein, the same steps as any of the above embodiments are provided with the same reference numerals, and the explanation of the same or corresponding terms as any of the above embodiments is not repeated herein. A method for detecting a sticky tape note according to a third embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 5, where the method according to the third embodiment includes:
s100, determining the average value of the thickness data corresponding to each channel according to the thickness data of all channels of the paper money to be detected.
And S200, determining the maximum value of the mean value of the effective thickness data.
S310, determining whether the channel is the channel corresponding to the safety line or not according to the thickness data of the channel corresponding to the maximum value.
S321, if the channel is not the channel corresponding to the safety line, determining the difference value between the maximum value and the preset paper money thickness.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6a, if it is determined in step S310 that the channel corresponding to the maximum value determined in step S200 is not the channel corresponding to the security thread, the thickness data 601 of the banknote portion to which the full channel tape is pasted in the non-security thread region can be obtained. The maximum value 602 of the mean of all channel thickness data is subtracted from the preset banknote thickness 603 to obtain a difference 605 between the two.
S322, if the difference value is larger than the first preset detection threshold value, the paper money to be detected is full-channel tape money.
As shown in fig. 6a, the first preset detection threshold 606 is a difference value between a minimum value 604 in an average value of thickness data of a banknote portion obtained by multiple experiments in advance when a full-channel tape is adhered to an unsafe line area and a preset banknote thickness 603. Illustratively, the first preset detection threshold may be set to 30% of the preset banknote thickness value.
Specifically, after the difference value 605 is obtained in step S321, the magnitude relationship between the difference value 605 and the first preset detection threshold 606 is compared. If the difference 605 is larger than or equal to the first preset detection threshold 606, it can be determined that the banknote portion corresponding to the maximum value of the average value of the thickness data is adhered with the full-channel adhesive tape, and the banknote to be detected including the banknote portion is the full-channel adhesive tape banknote.
S323, if the difference value is smaller than or equal to the first preset detection threshold value, the paper money to be detected is not full-channel tape money.
Specifically, in contrast to step S322, if the difference 605 in fig. 6a is smaller than the first preset detection threshold 606, the channel cannot be determined as the banknote channel with the full channel tape adhered thereto, that is, it can be determined that the banknote portion corresponding to the maximum value of the thickness data mean value is not adhered with the full channel tape, and the banknote to be detected is not the full channel taped banknote.
Here, whether step S323 is executed or not is not limited, and the execution order in step S323 is not limited. For example, step S323 may not be executed, and when step S323 is executed, it may be executed sequentially after step 322, or may be executed before step 322.
The steps S321 to S323 are performed when the lane is not a lane corresponding to a security thread, and when the lane is a lane corresponding to a security thread, the steps S321 to S323 may be replaced by steps S331 to S333, specifically:
and S331, if the channel is a channel corresponding to the safety line, determining the difference value between the maximum value and the thickness of the preset paper money.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6b, if it is determined in step S310 that the channel corresponding to the maximum value determined in step S200 is the channel corresponding to the security thread, the thickness data 607 of the banknote portion to which the full channel tape is stuck in the security thread region can be obtained. Similarly, the maximum value 602 of the average of all the channel thickness data is subtracted from the preset banknote thickness 603 to obtain a difference 609 between the two.
And S332, if the difference value is larger than the second preset detection threshold value, the paper money to be detected is full-channel tape money.
As shown in fig. 6b, the second preset detection threshold 610 is a difference value between the minimum 608 in the average value of the thickness data of the banknote portion when the full-channel tape is adhered to the security thread region, which is obtained by a plurality of experiments in advance, and the preset banknote thickness 603. Illustratively, the second preset detection threshold may be set to 35% to 45% of the preset banknote thickness value.
Specifically, after the difference 609 is obtained in step S331, the magnitude relationship between the difference 609 and the second preset detection threshold 610 is compared. If the difference 609 is larger than or equal to the second preset detection threshold 610, it can be determined that the banknote part corresponding to the maximum value of the thickness data mean value is adhered with a full-channel adhesive tape, and the banknote to be detected containing the banknote part is a full-channel adhesive tape banknote.
S333, if the difference value is smaller than or equal to the second preset detection threshold value, the paper money to be detected is not the full-channel tape money.
Specifically, contrary to step S332, if the difference 609 in fig. 6b is smaller than the second preset detection threshold 610, the channel cannot be determined as the security line channel to which the full channel tape is attached, that is, it can be determined that the full channel tape is not attached to the banknote portion corresponding to the maximum value of the thickness data mean, and the banknote to be detected is not the full channel taped banknote.
It should also be noted that the execution of step S333 is not limited, and the execution sequence of step S333 is not limited. For example, step S333 may not be executed, and when step S333 is executed, it may be executed sequentially after step 332, or may be executed before step 332.
The technical scheme of this embodiment, through the maximum value of the mean value of the thickness data of confirming the corresponding passageway of waiting to detect paper currency, then judge whether the passageway that this maximum value corresponds is the passageway that the safety line corresponds, first preset detection threshold value and second preset detection threshold value have been set up respectively according to the judged result, and utilize first preset detection threshold value and second preset detection threshold value to discern full channel sticky tape paper money, in order to solve the recognition problem when full channel sticky tape glues on the paper currency safety line and glues in the regional area of non-safety line respectively, avoid causing the misidentification because the difference of the thickness data of the corresponding passageway of safety line, make the discernment of full channel sticky tape paper money more accurate.
