Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The processing method of the sheet medium data provided by the invention can be applied to terminal equipment integrating the cash inlet and outlet functions, and comprises an automatic teller machine, a cash recycling machine, a cash checker, a cash counter and the like. A plurality of pairs of sensors (such as infrared sensors and the like) can be arranged in the terminal device along the banknote feeding-banknote discharging direction, and the sheet media transmitted in the terminal device are detected through different sensors, so that the state of the sheet media can be identified, the media information on the sheet media can be collected, and the management of the sheet media data is realized. The sheet media may include, among other things, notes, tickets, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of sensors provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, in which a first pair of sensors corresponding to a banknote inlet is shown, a transport direction of a sheet medium is from left to right, and if the sensors are in a blocking state, it indicates that a sheet medium currently passes through the two sensors; if the sensor is in the non-blocking state, it indicates that no sheet medium currently passes through between the two sensors, the sensor may acquire the sheet medium entry time and exit time according to the blocking state, for example, when blocking is detected, a corresponding time point is recorded as the entry time of the sheet medium, and when blocking is detected to be changed into non-blocking, a corresponding time point is recorded as the exit time of the sheet medium, so as to identify the sheet medium state according to the entry time and the exit time of the sheet medium, and manage the sheet medium data.
The triggering time information may be high level information triggered when the sensor detects that the sheet medium is changed from the non-sheet medium blocking state to the sheet medium blocking state, and low level information triggered when the sheet medium is changed from the sheet medium blocking state to the non-sheet medium blocking state, and the time information calculated according to the high level information and the low level information includes the entering time and the leaving time of the sheet medium. The sheet medium in the conveying process can be detected by two sensors, and referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of the sensors provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown, a direction in which the sheet medium is conveyed is taken as a reference direction, a sensor located on the left side of the sheet medium is taken as a first sensor, a sensor located on the right side of the sheet medium is taken as a second sensor, and the sheet medium in the conveying process is detected by two oppositely arranged sensors so as to identify the state of the corresponding sheet medium.
In the process of transporting the sheet medium, the processes of sheet medium generation, operation, termination and the like may be included, wherein the first two processes may be placed in the operation queue, the terminated process may be placed in the collection queue, and the sheet medium in the normal state needs to be processed through the three processes to complete the transportation.
As an example, due to abnormal factors such as differences of banknote sorting structures of banknote boxes, processing flows or human beings, sheet media such as banknotes separated from the banknote boxes are not absolutely orderly, and there are frequently instances of overlapping or crossing, which easily brings great errors to the control processing of the terminal device, because the generation of the sheet media and the processing of each sensor node later are realized by means of sensor triggering, for example, when the abnormal instances such as common crossing occur in the separation of the sheet media, two sheets of the sheet media can be generated in the control (because there are two entry triggers), but the final ending processing may cause that the overlapping is triggered to be crossed and only one sheet media is removed, which leads to all the following sheet media being out of order or reports other errors such as banknote jamming.
The media width may be represented in different forms, including using a representation of time differences, and a representation of physical distances, among others. When the time difference is used for representing, calculating the time difference between the entering time corresponding to the change from the non-shielding state to the shielding state and the leaving time corresponding to the change from the shielding state to the non-shielding state, which are detected by the sensor, as the medium width of the sheet medium; when the physical distance expression is adopted, the physical distance of the sheet medium can be calculated in combination with the sheet medium conveyance speed after the aforementioned time difference is obtained, and the physical distance is taken as the medium width of the sheet medium.
One of the core invention points in the invention is that trigger time information acquired by sensors corresponding to two ends of a current sheet medium is acquired, and the medium state of the current sheet medium is identified according to the trigger time information at the two ends, so that machine abnormality caused by sheet medium re-tensioning or crossing is solved, the state of the sheet medium can be rapidly and effectively judged, machine fault shutdown caused by the sheet medium abnormality can be avoided, and the sheet medium transmission efficiency is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for processing sheet medium data according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and specifically may include the following steps:
step 301, in the process of sheet medium transportation, acquiring trigger time information of a current sheet medium, where the trigger time information includes first trigger time information acquired by a first sensor corresponding to one end of the current sheet medium and second trigger time information acquired by a second sensor corresponding to the other end of the current sheet medium;
during the sheet medium transportation process, the terminal device can acquire the entering time and the leaving time of the sheet medium relative to the sensor during the transportation process through the trigger state of the sensor. Wherein the trigger time information may include an entry time and an exit time of the sheet medium relative to the sensor; the first trigger time information may include an entry time and an exit time as one end of the current sheet medium, and the second trigger time information may include an entry time and an exit time as the other end of the current sheet medium.
In one example, referring to fig. 4, a sensor triggering diagram provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the sensor 1 is a sensor disposed on the left side of the conveying direction, the sensor 2 is a sensor disposed on the right side of the conveying direction, two dotted lines represent a conveying path, and the width of the conveying path represents the distribution pitch of a conventional sensor. In the process of conveying the sheet medium, the black point represents a point of the sheet medium on a conveying path, which triggers the sensor, and comprises an entering trigger or an leaving trigger, wherein the sensor 1 can acquire an entering time corresponding to a point (II) corresponding to one end on the left side of the sheet medium and a leaving time corresponding to a point (III), the sensor 2 can acquire an entering time corresponding to a point (I), a leaving time corresponding to a point (3), an entering time corresponding to a point (4) and a leaving time corresponding to a point (III), for the sheet medium, the left end is triggered twice and respectively corresponds to the entering trigger or the leaving trigger, and the right end is triggered four times and respectively corresponds to the entering trigger or the leaving trigger twice. If the high level is used for indicating the shielding state of the sensor (namely, entering triggering), and the low level is used for indicating the non-shielding state of the sensor (namely, leaving triggering), referring to fig. 5, a level schematic diagram provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown, the triggering time corresponding to the triggering points of (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), and (iv) and the like can be shown in fig. 5, for the current sheet medium, the total duration corresponding to one end on the left side can comprise the triggering time of the point (iv) minus the triggering time of the point (iv), and similarly, one end on the right side can obtain two total triggering durations.
Step 302, if the current sheet medium is judged to be a normal sheet medium according to the first trigger time information and the second trigger time information, identifying the current sheet medium, and recording sheet medium data corresponding to the current sheet medium in a preset storage queue.
The first trigger time information may include a first total trigger time duration and a first number of triggers, the second trigger time information may include a second total trigger time duration and a second number of triggers, for the transmission of the sheet medium, if the sheet medium is in a normal state (i.e. a single sheet medium), the total triggering time lengths corresponding to the two ends of the sheet medium should be theoretically equal, the triggering times are also equal, i.e., the difference between the entry time and the exit time at one end should be equal for a normal sheet media width, and each end corresponds to only one entry trigger and one exit trigger, therefore, if the total duration of the first trigger and the total duration of the second trigger fall within the predetermined time range and the number of the first trigger is the same as the number of the second trigger, the current sheet medium is determined to be a normal sheet medium, the current sheet medium is identified, and sheet medium data corresponding to the current sheet medium is recorded.
Alternatively, the preset time range may be defined by a total time period for a normal sheet medium to pass through the sensor, and an error value for the total time period, and it is understood that a certain error value is set to ensure the accuracy of sheet medium identification in consideration of an error in the sheet medium manufacturing process.
In a specific implementation, if the total first triggering duration is greater than the preset time range and the second triggering number is greater than the first triggering number, it is determined that the current sheet medium is the sheet medium in the cross state, and for the sheet medium in the cross state, a separation operation for the sheet medium in the cross state may be performed, at least two target sheet media corresponding to the sheet medium in the cross state are obtained, and then the target sheet media are respectively identified, and sheet medium data corresponding to the target sheet media are recorded.
If the first total triggering time length and the second total triggering time length are larger than the preset time range, and the first triggering times and the second triggering times are equal, the current sheet medium is judged to be a overlapped sheet medium, for the overlapped sheet medium, a separation operation aiming at the overlapped sheet medium is executed, at least two target sheet media corresponding to the overlapped sheet medium are obtained, the target sheet media are respectively identified, and sheet medium data corresponding to the target sheet media are recorded.
It should be noted that the total triggering time length is greater than the preset time range and is greater than the maximum value of the time range, that is, the sum of the total normal sheet medium passing through the sensor and the error value.
For the cross-state sheet medium, if the first total triggering time length is greater than the preset time range and the second triggering time is greater than the first triggering time, acquiring first entering time and first leaving time corresponding to the first total triggering time length and second entering time and second leaving time corresponding to the redundant triggering time in the other end of the current sheet medium, and if the second entering time and the second leaving time fall into a time period formed by the first entering time and the first leaving time, determining that the current sheet medium is the cross-state sheet medium.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, when the sheet medium is in the cross state, the total duration of one end is longer than that of one normal sheet medium, that is, the width of one side of the sheet medium is longer than that of the normal sheet medium, and meanwhile, more than one triggering condition exists at the other end, that is, the points (c) and (c) of the sensor 2 are a pair of multiple triggers, and the time corresponding to the redundant triggering times falls into the period when the sensor 1 is in the shielding state, that is, the triggering times fall into the points (c) and (c), so that whether the sheet medium is in the cross state can be identified through the triggering time information at the two ends of the current sheet medium. When the current sheet medium is determined to be in the crossed state, the terminal device can execute separation operation, pull the two sheet media in the crossed state, if the pull is successful, the transmission channel comprises the two sheet media, the two sheet media can be respectively identified, and corresponding sheet media data are recorded; if the pulling-open fails, the collecting device of the terminal equipment can remove the corresponding slice media in the cross state and filter the corresponding trigger time information, so that the current slice media state of the slice media is judged through the trigger time information at the two ends of the slice media, especially the total trigger time and the trigger times, the state of the slice media can be judged quickly and effectively, machine fault shutdown caused by abnormal slice media can be avoided, and the slice media transmission efficiency is improved.
For a re-tensioned sheet medium, partial areas of two sheet media are overlapped, the total time length of two ends is larger than a preset time range, and because the two sheet media are in an overlapped state, only one entering triggering and one leaving triggering are performed on the two ends, referring to fig. 6, a re-tensioning schematic diagram provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown. When the current sheet medium is determined to be a overlapped sheet medium, corresponding separation operation can be executed, if the sheet medium is pulled out successfully, the transmission channel comprises two sheet media which can be respectively identified to construct a new sheet medium data and inserted into the back of the last sheet medium in the storage queue, and then the serial numbers of all the sheet media are changed into the serial numbers of the newly constructed sheet media sequentially (+ 1); if the pulling fails, at the moment, the two sheet media may be in a crossed state, the pulling can be continued, the corresponding sheet media in the crossed state can also be directly removed, the corresponding trigger time information is filtered, if the pulling is identified, the corresponding re-tensioned sheet media can be directly removed, the corresponding trigger time information is filtered, and by comparing the trigger time information at the two ends of the sheet media, the state of the sheet media can be judged quickly and effectively, machine fault shutdown caused by abnormal sheet media can be avoided, and the sheet media transmission efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention includes but is not limited to the above examples, and it is understood that, under the guidance of the idea of the embodiment of the present invention, a person skilled in the art may also set the method according to the actual situation, and the present invention is not limited to this.
In the present invention, during sheet medium transportation, by acquiring trigger time information of a current sheet medium, the trigger time information including first trigger time information of one end of the current sheet medium and second trigger time information of another end of the current sheet medium, the trigger time information of the two ends of the sheet medium is acquired so as to identify the state of the sheet medium subsequently, if the current sheet medium is judged to be a normal sheet medium according to the first trigger time information and the second trigger time information, the current sheet medium is identified, the sheet medium data corresponding to the current sheet medium is recorded in the preset storage queue, and the triggering time information of the two ends of the sheet medium is compared, so that the state of the sheet medium can be judged quickly and effectively, and the machine can be prevented from being stopped due to the fault of the sheet medium, and the sheet medium conveying efficiency is improved.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, the following is an exemplary description.
Taking the sheet medium as an example, the paper money transportation is divided into three stages: the method comprises the following steps of separating paper currency, changing the form of a channel, and collecting the paper currency by a collecting part, identifying the state of the paper currency by acquiring the total triggering duration and the triggering times of two ends of the paper currency in the transmission process, and performing corresponding processing after identifying the state of the paper currency, wherein the specific process comprises the following steps:
1. a banknote separation stage. Three situations may arise with banknotes:
1) the normal state means that the paper money is normally separated, the distance between the paper money and the paper money is normal, at the stage, each paper money sequentially triggers the sensor information, and each paper money has 1 paper money object.
2) The paper money is crossed, namely the paper money is not separated well, the previous paper money and the next paper money are overlapped, the two paper money also have corresponding paper money objects, but part of trigger information is lost, and the channel is easy to be pulled to be in a normal state and overlapped to be in a overlapped state. If the paper money is pulled to be in a normal state, each paper money can be identified respectively, and corresponding paper money data is recorded; if the paper money is not pulled out successfully, the paper money in the crossed state is changed into a re-opened state, and corresponding processing can be carried out according to the re-opened state.
