By using the method, the recovery reason information of the paper money recovery of the paper money to be output can be determined according to the obtained paper money information without adding extra hardware equipment or resources, and the recovery information is determined according to the recovery rule, so that the accuracy of the amount statistics of the recovery box is effectively improved, the labor and time costs required by manual counting of the recovery box in the existing method are saved, and the investment of extra equipment or resource costs is avoided.

Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method for determining banknote recycling information in self-service equipment according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where the third embodiment of the present invention is optimized based on the above-mentioned embodiments, and in this embodiment, the method further optimizes and adds: superposing the target paper money number to the paper money recovery number currently recorded in the paper money recovery box, and taking and recording the target paper money number as a new paper money recovery number; determining the amount of the paper money to be recycled according to the target paper money number and the target paper money denomination in the recycling information of the paper money to be recycled; superposing the sum of the paper money to be recycled to the currently recorded paper money recycling sum of the recycling paper money box to serve as a new paper money recycling sum and record the new paper money recycling sum; and sending the new paper currency recycling amount and the new paper currency recycling amount to a service monitoring platform.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a structure of a device for determining banknote recycling information in self-service equipment according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The device is suitable for counting the information of the recycled banknotes in the automatic teller machine, wherein the device can be realized by software and/or hardware and is generally integrated in a microcontroller of the automatic teller machine. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: a banknote information acquisition module 51, a recycling reason determination module 52, and a recycling information determination module 53.
The banknote information acquiring module 51 is configured to acquire banknote information of banknotes to be dispensed in a cash dispenser, where the banknote information includes: one or more of banknote separation information, banknote transport information, and banknote validation information;
the recycling reason determining module 52 is configured to compare predetermined withdrawal information with the banknote information, determine whether each banknote to be dispensed is a banknote to be recycled according to a comparison result, and determine that the banknote to be dispensed is recycling reason information of the banknote to be recycled;
and the recycling information determining module 53 is configured to recycle the to-be-recycled banknotes to a recycling banknote box, and determine recycling information of the to-be-recycled banknotes based on a preset banknote recycling rule and the recycling reason information.
In this embodiment, the apparatus first obtains the banknote information of the banknotes to be dispensed in the cash box through the banknote information obtaining module 51; then, the recovery reason determining module 52 compares the predetermined withdrawal information with the banknote information, determines whether each banknote to be dispensed is a banknote to be recovered according to the comparison result, and determines that the banknote to be dispensed is the recovery reason information of the banknote to be recovered; and finally, recycling the paper money to be recycled to a recycling paper money box through a recycling information determining module 53, and determining recycling information of the paper money to be recycled based on a preset paper money recycling rule and the recycling reason information.
In this embodiment, the banknote information acquiring module 51 may receive banknote separation information and banknote transportation information sent by a monitoring sensor provided in the automatic access device, and may also receive banknote checking information sent by a banknote checker in the automatic access device.
According to the device for determining the paper currency recycling information in the self-service equipment, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the recycling information of the paper currency to be recycled can be determined according to the paper currency information acquired from the process of separating the paper currency to outputting the paper currency and the paper currency recycling reason information during the paper currency recycling, so that the accuracy of the amount statistics of the recycling box is effectively improved, the labor and time cost required by manual counting of the recycling box in the existing method are saved, and the investment of extra equipment or resource cost is avoided.

determining withdrawal information according to the received withdrawal instruction, and comparing the withdrawal information with the paper money information, wherein the withdrawal information comprises withdrawal amount, paper money denomination of paper money to be withdrawn, corresponding paper money number and paper money width;
if the width of the paper money to be dispensed in the withdrawal information is not matched with the width of the paper money in the paper money separation information, determining that the paper money to be dispensed is the paper money to be recycled, and determining that the recycling reason information of the paper money to be dispensed is poor in paper money separation;
if the width of the paper money to be dispensed in the withdrawal information is matched with the width of the paper money in the paper money separation information and is not matched with the width of the paper money in the paper money conveying information, determining that the paper money to be dispensed is the paper money to be recycled, and determining that the recycling reason information of the paper money to be dispensed is abnormal in paper money conveying;
if the width of the paper money to be dispensed in the withdrawal information is matched with the width of the paper money in the paper money separation information and the width of the paper money in the paper money conveying information and is not matched with the width of the paper money in the paper money detection information, determining that the paper money to be dispensed is the paper money to be recycled, and determining that the recycling reason information of the paper money to be dispensed is abnormal in paper money detection;
and recycling the paper money to be recycled to a recycling paper money box, determining recycling information of the paper money to be recycled based on a preset paper money recycling rule and the recycling reason information, and counting the recycling information.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the recycling of the paper money to be recycled to a recycling bin and the determination of the recycling information of the paper money to be recycled based on the preset paper money recycling rule and the recycling reason information comprises:
if the recovery reason information of the paper money to be dispensed is that the paper money is badly separated and the recovery reason information exists in a preset paper money recovery rule base, the paper money to be recovered is recovered from the money withdrawing box to a paper money recovery box through a currency detector, and the recovery information of the paper money to be recovered is determined according to a first recovery rule corresponding to the badly separated paper money;
if the recovery reason information of the paper money to be discharged is abnormal in paper money conveying and the recovery reason information exists in the paper money recovery rule base, the paper money to be recovered is recovered to the recovery paper money box from the channel assembly through the currency detector, and the recovery information of the paper money to be recovered is determined according to a second recovery rule corresponding to the abnormal paper money conveying;
if the recycling reason information of the paper money to be discharged is abnormal in paper money detection, recycling the paper money to be recycled from a paper money detector to a recycling paper money box, determining abnormal reason information of the abnormal paper money detection and determining whether the abnormal reason information exists in a paper money recycling rule base, if so, determining the recycling information of the paper money to be recycled according to a third recycling rule corresponding to the abnormal reason information, and if not, saving the abnormal reason information of the paper money to be recycled and sending the abnormal reason information to a service monitoring platform.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein determining the recycling information of the paper money to be recycled according to the first recycling rule corresponding to the poor separation of the paper money comprises:
acquiring a first paper money denomination and first paper money information of the paper money to be recycled when the paper money passes through a money detector, wherein the first paper money denomination and the first paper money information are determined based on the money detector;
when the first paper currency denomination is determined to be the wrong denomination identification, determining the standard paper currency denomination corresponding to the money withdrawing box to which the paper currency to be recycled belongs as the target paper currency denomination of the paper currency to be recycled and recording, and otherwise, determining the first paper currency denomination as the target paper currency denomination of the paper currency to be recycled and recording;
and determining and recording the target paper money number of the paper money to be recycled according to the first paper money information and the standard paper money information corresponding to the money withdrawing box to which the paper money to be recycled belongs.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein determining the recycling information of the paper money to be recycled according to a second recycling rule corresponding to the paper money transportation abnormality comprises:
acquiring a second paper money denomination and second paper money information of the paper money to be recycled when the paper money passes through a currency detector, wherein the second paper money denomination and the second paper money information are determined based on the currency detector;
when the second paper currency denomination is determined to be the wrong denomination identification, determining the standard paper currency denomination corresponding to the money withdrawing box to which the paper currency to be recycled belongs as the target paper currency denomination of the paper currency to be recycled and recording, and otherwise, determining the second paper currency denomination as the target paper currency denomination of the paper currency to be recycled and recording;
and determining and recording the target paper money number of the paper money to be recycled according to the second paper money information and the standard paper money information corresponding to the money withdrawing box to which the paper money to be recycled belongs.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein determining the recycling information of the banknotes to be recycled according to a third recycling rule corresponding to the abnormality cause information comprises:
acquiring third paper money information of the paper money to be recycled, wherein the third paper money information is determined based on the currency detector;
determining and recording the standard banknote denomination corresponding to the money withdrawing box to which the banknotes to be recycled belong as the target banknote denomination of the banknotes to be recycled;
and determining and recording the target paper money number of the paper money to be recycled according to the third paper money information and standard paper money information corresponding to the money withdrawing box to which the paper money to be recycled belongs.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein after saving the abnormal reason information of the paper money to be recycled and sending the abnormal reason information to a service monitoring platform, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a paper currency recycling rule corresponding to the abnormal reason information sent by the service monitoring platform;
and updating the abnormal reason information and the paper currency recycling rule to the paper currency recycling rule base.
7. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
superposing the target paper money number to the paper money recovery number currently recorded in the paper money recovery box, and taking and recording the target paper money number as a new paper money recovery number;
determining the amount of the paper money to be recycled according to the target paper money number and the target paper money denomination in the recycling information of the paper money to be recycled;
superposing the sum of the paper money to be recycled to the currently recorded paper money recycling sum of the recycling paper money box to serve as a new paper money recycling sum and record the new paper money recycling sum;
and sending the new paper currency recycling amount and the new paper currency recycling amount to a service monitoring platform.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the banknote separation information is determined based on monitoring of a first monitoring sensor connected to the cash dispensing cassette; the paper money conveying information is monitored and determined by at least one second monitoring sensor arranged in the channel assembly; and the banknote checking information is verified by a banknote checker.
9. A device for determining the paper currency recycling information in self-service equipment is characterized by comprising:
the paper money information acquisition module is used for acquiring the paper money information of paper money to be dispensed in the cash box, and the paper money information comprises: one or more of banknote separation information, banknote transport information, and banknote validation information;
the recovery reason determining module is used for comparing predetermined withdrawal information with the paper money information, determining whether each paper money to be dispensed is paper money to be recovered according to a comparison result, and determining that the paper money to be dispensed is recovery reason information of the paper money to be recovered;
the recycling information determining module is used for recycling the paper money to be recycled to a recycling paper money box, determining recycling information of the paper money to be recycled based on a preset paper money recycling rule and the recycling reason information, and then performing recycling information statistics;
the recovery reason determination module includes:
the system comprises a withdrawal information determining unit, a receiving unit and a processing unit, wherein the withdrawal information determining unit is used for determining withdrawal information according to a received withdrawal instruction and comparing the withdrawal information with the paper money information, and the withdrawal information comprises withdrawal amount, paper money denomination of paper money to be dispensed, corresponding paper money number and paper money width;
the first reason determining unit is used for determining that the paper money to be dispensed is to-be-recycled when the paper money width of the paper money to be dispensed in the withdrawal information is not matched with the paper money width in the paper money separating information, and determining that the recycling reason information of the paper money to be dispensed is poor in paper money separation;
the second reason determining unit is used for determining that the paper money to be dispensed is the paper money to be recycled when the paper money width of the paper money to be dispensed in the withdrawal information is matched with the paper money width in the paper money separating information and is not matched with the paper money width in the paper money conveying information, and determining that the recycling reason information of the paper money to be dispensed is abnormal in paper money conveying;
and the third cause determining unit is used for determining that the paper money to be dispensed is the paper money to be recycled when the paper money width of the paper money to be dispensed in the money withdrawing information is matched with the paper money width in the paper money separating information and is not matched with the paper money width in the paper money detecting information, and determining that the recycling cause information of the paper money to be dispensed is abnormal in paper money detection.
