When the small dirt cleaning device works, the small dirt conveying belt 23 and the cleaning roller 27 rotate oppositely at the same time, and the cleaning rack 31 of the cleaning roller 27 cleans small dirt on the road surface to the small dirt conveying belt 23 by the action of the floor mopping inclined plate 28 and conveys the small dirt to the small dirt dustbin 41.
When the mopping device works, the rotary drum 32 rotates, when the mopping cloth 34 on the outer end face of the mopping roller 33 contacts the ground, the mopping roller 33 rolls on the ground under the action of the spring 37, and the mopping cloth 34 wetted by the water 52 plays a mopping role. When the mopping roller 33 contacts the cleaning roller 27 during the rotation of the drum 32, the cleaning rack 31 rotating the cleaning roller 27 causes the mopping roller 33 to rotate, and the water pump 42 sprays water 52 on the mopping cloth 34 through the water pipe 43 and the strip water nozzle 44 to clean the mopping cloth 34.
When the sweeper 1 finishes sweeping work, namely the double-piston oil cylinder 45 works, the two inclined plates 48 and the sweeping device shell 3 are promoted to ascend, namely the integral sweeping and mopping device is driven to ascend and leave the ground.

In the technical invention, the working principle of the road sweeping mopping vehicle is as follows: (see fig. 1 and 2) when the sweeper 1 runs during sweeping work, namely the sweeper 1 runs, the two sweeping disks 4 rotate, and the sweeping racks 31 sweep dirt on two sides of the sweeper body into the sweeper.
When the large dirt cleaning device works, the two sets of large dirt conveying belts 5 rotate relatively at the same time, and large dirt on the road surface is conveyed to the large dirt dustbin 20 through the large dirt conveying belts 5 under the action of the cleaning rack 31.
