本发明公开了一种环保立体包装纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述环保立体包装纸生产工艺步骤为,首先制备原料纸用的原纸浆,该环保立体包装纸的原纸浆配方,按重量份配比为,VAE乳液60~80份、异丙醇5~6份、增稠流平剂0.5~1份、高光乳液20~37份、离子水5~6份;将此配方的原纸浆制作成原料纸备用;接下来进入印刷阶段,首先通过放卷机械放卷上述原料纸,进入多色水性墨凹版套印印刷,再进行多色水性立体浆套印,然后进入特制烘箱干燥固化,最后通过收卷机收卷即可。本发明具有工艺简单,生产成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装纸生产技术领域,更具体地说是涉及一种具有立体手感的环保立体包装纸及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的包装纸在生产过程中,生产原材料价格不断上涨,成本只会越来越高,想要降低成本,只能提高设备的速度,提高单位时间的生产效率,来降低成本,由于生产工艺比较复杂,且采用的配方原料较多,制备出来的原纸存在不够环保、印刷立体感不够强等缺陷,对于现有生产工艺进行改进,以满足环保和产品质量,符合包装纸发展的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足,而提供的一种结构简单、强度高、可以自动化生产,且降低生产成本的导电弹波。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:
本发明一种环保立体包装纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:首先制备原料纸用的原纸浆,该环保立体包装纸的原纸浆配方,按重量份配比为,醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚(VAE)乳液60~80份、异丙醇5~6份、增稠流平剂 0.5~1份、高光乳液20~37份、离子水5~6份;将此配方的原纸浆制作成原料纸备用。
所述环保立体包装纸生产工艺步骤为,首先通过放卷机械放卷上述原料纸,进入多色水性墨凹版套印印刷,再进行多色水性立体浆套印,然后进入特制烘箱干燥固化,最后通过收卷机收卷即可。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明是在现有包装纸生产工艺基础上进行改良,改变了传统复杂生产工艺,工艺简单,原料易采购,成本低,而且生产的包装纸,3D立体手感好,环保。
具体实施方式
本发明一种环保立体包装纸,首先制备原纸浆,该环保立体包装纸的原纸浆配方,按重量份配比为,VAE乳液63份、异丙醇6份、增稠流平剂1份、高光乳液25份、离子水5份;将此配方的原纸浆制作成原料纸备用;接下来该立体包装纸的生产工艺步骤为,先通过放卷机械放卷上述配方制成的原料纸,进入多色水性墨凹版套印印刷,再进行多色水性立体浆套印,然后进入特制烘箱干燥固化,采用箱式热风烘干,使印版表面油墨快速干燥,最后成品通过收卷机收卷即可。
上述实施例中VAE乳液和高光乳液等的配比可根据实际调整设置;生产时,原料比较简单,可以自动化生产,生产效率高,可以减少成本,经检测满足最终产品的各种性能需要。

1.一种环保立体包装纸及其生产工艺,其特征在于:首先制备原料纸用的原纸浆,该环保立体包装纸的原纸浆配方,按重量份配比为,醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚(VAE)乳液60~80份、异丙醇5~6份、增稠流平剂0.5~1份、高光乳液20~37份、离子水5~6份;将此配方的原纸浆制作成原料纸备用;接下来进入包装纸的印刷阶段,首先通过放卷机械放卷上述原料纸,进入多色水性墨凹版套印印刷,再进行多色水性立体浆套印,然后进入特制烘箱干燥固化,最后通过收卷机收卷即可。
