本发明涉及一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶,按照重量份数由以下组分组成:二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体21‑37份、SIS热塑性弹性体2‑6份、碳五石油树脂35‑50份、增容剂3‑5份、增粘剂4‑5份、聚异丁烯1‑15份、环烷油10‑25份及防老化剂1‑4份。本发明提供了HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶的制备方法,通过该方法所制得的HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶施工温度较宽,内聚力及剥离强度较大,适用于地铁区间隧道预铺反粘施工。

Description

一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶及其制备方法,用于防水卷材领域。
背景技术
目前,HDPE自粘胶膜防水卷材及其预铺反粘施工技术,在我国地铁区间隧道各个设计方、施工方以及承建方中大受推崇。
由于我国国土面积较大,地铁分布地域较广,而施工方式又多采用明挖法,因此就要求所用的产品在较宽的环境温度范围内都能施工,这就要求了HDPE自粘胶膜防水卷材上的热熔压敏胶必须有优异的耐高低温性能。
由于HDPE自粘胶膜防水卷材用的热熔压敏胶是涂覆于卷材上的,卷材收卷和放卷时,为了防止胶层起皱,所用的热熔压敏胶还需要有一定的弹性。由于压敏胶层较薄,仅为0.2mm~0.5mm的厚度,且所粘结的HDPE防水卷材由于是非极性的属于难粘材料,因此要求热熔压敏胶有较大的内聚力,剥离强度才能达标,现有的热熔压敏胶无法满足这一需求。
因此有必要设计一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶及其制备方法,以克服上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供了一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶及其制备方法,所制得的HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶施工温度较宽,内聚力及剥离强度较大,适用于地铁区间隧道预铺反粘施工。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶,按照重量份数由以下组分组成:二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体21-37份、SIS热塑性弹性体2-6份、碳五石油树脂35-50份、增容剂3-5份、增粘剂4-5份、聚异丁烯1-15份、环烷油10-25份及防老化剂1-4份。
进一步地,所述二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体中二嵌段的含量占比10%-25%。
进一步地,所述增容剂为水白色脂肪族石油树脂。
进一步地,所述增粘剂为强极性增粘树脂。
进一步地,所述防老化剂由酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类辅助抗氧剂以及能吸收240~340nm紫外光的防老化剂所组成。
本发明还提供一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将反应器热反应型生产容器加热到150℃~170℃,按量加入环烷油、聚异丁烯和增粘剂,并搅拌;
步骤二:待上述物料熔化呈液态后,按量加入碳五石油树脂、增容剂和防老化剂,并搅拌;
步骤三:待步骤二中的物料熔化呈液态后,按量加入二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体和SIS热塑性弹性体,并混合均匀;
步骤四:待物料全部熔融,保持温度搅拌至少2小时,并进行排泡处理,即可得到HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶及其制备方法,通过该方法所制得的HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶施工温度较宽,内聚力及剥离强度较大,适用于地铁区间隧道预铺反粘施工。

下面将结对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶,按照重量份数由以下组分组成:二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体21-37份、SIS(聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯乙烯)热塑性弹性体2-6份、碳五石油树脂35-50份、增容剂3-5份、增粘剂4-5份、聚异丁烯1-15份、环烷油10-25份及防老化剂1-4份。
SDS是指以聚苯乙烯链段(S)构成硬段、聚二烯烃(D)作为软段所形成的三嵌段共聚物(S-D-S),软段是聚异戊二烯(I),则称为SIS。
其中,所述二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体中二嵌段的含量占比10%-25%,指其中含有的S-D的含量占二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体整体含量的10%-25%。所述二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体的拉伸强度为19-21。所述二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体能使HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶既具有塑料的可熔性和热塑性,又具有橡胶的弹性与韧性。
所述SIS热塑性弹性体的邵氏硬度(A)≥60,其同样能使HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶既具有塑料的可熔性和热塑性,又具有橡胶的弹性与韧性。
所述碳五石油树脂为0号色脂肪族,其软化点为95℃~110℃,其能使HDPE防水卷材具有良好的施工温度,使热熔压敏胶粘结性变好。
所述增容剂为水白色脂肪族石油树脂,其软化点为90℃~125℃,可以调整碳五石油树脂的玻璃化转变温度,使产品施工温度变宽。
所述增粘剂为强极性增粘树脂,其能使HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶在常温下剥离强度保持良好。
所述聚异丁烯的分子量分布:3.0,施陶丁格指数:21.5~33.0,160℃动力粘度:50000~130000m·Pa·S。其能降低体系高温粘度,提高热熔压敏胶的初粘力。
进一步地,所述防老化剂是由酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类辅助抗氧剂以及能吸收240~340nm紫外光的防老化剂所组成的一种复合防老化剂,其有助于减少色泽,延缓泛黄和阻滞物理性能损失,保证了弹性体或增粘树脂中的双键和羧基不易被氧化而变色。
本发明还提供一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将反应器热反应型生产容器加热到150℃~170℃,按量加入环烷油、聚异丁烯和增粘剂,并搅拌。
步骤二:待上述物料熔化呈液态后,按量加入碳五石油树脂、增容剂和防老化剂,并搅拌。
步骤三:待步骤二中的物料熔化呈液态后,按量加入二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体和SIS热塑性弹性体,并混合均匀。
步骤四:待物料全部熔融,保持温度搅拌至少2小时,并进行排泡处理,即可得到HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶。
以下通过几个具体实施例进行说明:
实施例一:
将热反应型生产容器加热到150℃,投入环烷油10份、聚异丁烯1份和增粘剂4份,启动搅拌,待物料熔化呈液态后,加入碳五石油树脂35份、增容剂3份及防老化剂1份,待物料熔化呈液态后,加入二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体21份和SIS热塑性弹性体2份,混合均匀,待物料全部熔融,保持温度搅拌2小时,并进行排泡处理,即得到HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶。
实施例二:将热反应型生产容器加热到170℃,投入环烷油25份、聚异丁烯15份和增粘剂5份,启动搅拌,待物料熔化呈液态后,加入碳五石油树脂50份、增容剂5份及防老化剂4份,待物料熔化呈液态后,加入二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体37份和SIS热塑性弹性体6份,混合均匀,待物料全部熔融,保持温度搅拌2小时,并进行排泡处理,即得到HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶。
实施例三:将热反应型生产容器加热到160℃,投入环烷油20份、聚异丁烯10份和增粘剂5份,启动搅拌,待物料熔化呈液态后,加入碳五石油树脂40份、增容剂4份及防老化剂2份,待物料熔化呈液态后,加入二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体30份和SIS热塑性弹性体4份,混合均匀,待物料全部熔融,保持温度搅拌2小时,并进行排泡处理,即得到HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶。
通过具体实验对比,得知本发明的使用效果:

与后浇混凝土的剥离强度 2.2 3.2
综上所述,本发明提供了HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶及其制备方法,通过该方法所制得的HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶施工温度较宽,耐高温和耐低温性能良好,与后浇混凝土的剥离强度较大,内聚力较大,适用于地铁区间隧道预铺反粘施工。

1.一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下组分组成:二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体21-37份、SIS热塑性弹性体2-6份、碳五石油树脂35-50份、增容剂3-5份、增粘剂4-5份、聚异丁烯1-15份、环烷油10-25份及防老化剂1-4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述二嵌段SDS热塑性弹性体中二嵌段的含量占比10%-25%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述增容剂为水白色脂肪族石油树脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为强极性增粘树脂。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述防老化剂由酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类辅助抗氧剂以及能吸收240~340nm紫外光的防老化剂所组成。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的HDPE防水卷材专用热熔压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将反应器热反应型生产容器加热到150℃~170℃,按量加入环烷油、聚异丁烯和增粘剂,并搅拌;
步骤二:待上述物料熔化呈液态后,按量加入碳五石油树脂、增容剂和防老化剂,并搅拌;
