The invention combines the blade, the reset piece and the timer, the timer is used for timing and is detachably connected with the blade, the reset piece is used as a driving piece to be connected with the blade, and when the blade is separated from the timer, the reset piece drives the blade to move towards the wall of the balloon so as to cut the balloon. The high-altitude detection in the existing service range is divided into a uniform ascending mode and a rapid descending mode, and the later development trend comprises uniform ascending, leveling and descending modes, so that the utilization rate of the sonde is greatly improved. This development mode tends to be shifted to the former single balloon mode to the balloon-through mode or the Y-type double balloon mode or the letter balloon mode.
When the two balloons and the sounding equipment rise at a constant speed, the cutting device is utilized to break the big balloon after reaching a certain height, so that the small balloon drives the sounding equipment to continuously drift in parallel until sounding is finished. How to be able to reach a given altitude at a large balloon is an urgent issue to be addressed at present.

The driving piece may be a toggle rod 6, one end of which is mounted on the body of the timer 1, and the wave motion feeling is connected with the body of the timer 1 in a relatively movable manner, such as a hinge joint. The other end of the driving piece is pressed or lifted by the blade 4, when the blade 4 is pressed, the blade 4 is connected with the timer 1, and when the blade 4 is lifted, the blade 4 is separated from the timer 1. The action principle of the wave motion sense and the main body of the timer 1 can refer to a mechanical alarm clock, and a mode of knocking the alarm clock by a pendulum. The inflating tube is connected to the nozzle of the balloon for inflating and discharging the sounding equipment, the timer button is started before the sounding equipment is discharged, the blade is pressed below the toggle rod, the spring is also supported by the retainer ring to be lengthened, after the timer reaches a set value, the toggle rod is lifted, the blade is loosened, the blade is quickly recovered under the action of the spring, and the balloon is punctured in the recovery process of the blade, so that the purpose of balloon rupture is achieved.
