Abstract
The invention relates to a cantilever type purifying plate glue spraying system which comprises a frame, two sets of glue spraying modules and two sets of transmission modules, wherein the two sets of glue spraying modules are arranged on the left side and the right side of the frame to spray glue to a lower panel and a core plate of a purifying plate respectively, and the two sets of transmission modules are used for driving the glue spraying modules to move. According to the invention, the two sets of glue spraying modules with different heights are driven by the transmission module on the frame to respectively perform automatic and efficient glue spraying operation on the upper surface of the lower panel and the upper surface of the core plate, so that the efficient operation requirement of the continuous production line of the purification plate is met.

The front end and the rear end of the glue spraying head are respectively provided with a glue spraying outlet 10-2 and a glue spraying inlet, two groups of compressed air inlets 10-1 are arranged at the position, close to the glue spraying outlet, of the glue spraying head, the two groups of compressed air inlets are symmetrically arranged, and the compressed air inlets obliquely enter the glue spraying head. The glue spraying device can spray two glue solutions simultaneously, and the glue solutions are mixed before spraying, so that the quality of the glue solutions is guaranteed, the spraying quality is guaranteed, and in addition, the inclined compressed air inlet is arranged to ensure that the compressed air is better mixed with mixed glue products, so that the spraying uniformity is guaranteed.
When the glue spraying device works, two groups of glue reach the glue mixing chamber in the glue spraying rod connected with the glue spraying valve seat through the glue spraying valve seat, and the glue flows to the glue spraying head after being mixed, at the moment, compressed air obliquely enters the inside of the glue spraying head from a compressed air inlet in the glue spraying head at a certain angle to be contacted with the mixed glue and uniformly mixed, and the mixed glue is sprayed out in a dot shape from a glue spraying outlet under the action of the compressed air with a certain pressure. After the work is finished, the air pump controls the pneumatic valve to switch, the pneumatic valve drives the three-way ball valves on two sides to rotate by 90 degrees, so that the original opened glue feeding channel is closed, the original closed cleaning fluid channel is opened, the cleaning fluid with certain pressure passes through the two groups of three-way valves, passes through the glue spraying valve seat and the glue mixing chamber in the glue spraying rod, and is sprayed out by the glue spraying head, so that the residual mixed glue in the cleaning pipeline is achieved, and the residual mixed glue is prevented from solidifying and blocking the pipeline.
On the glue spraying line, the lower panel of the purifying plate moves horizontally and transversely along with the glue spraying line, and the core plate and the upper panel are sequentially positioned above the lower panel and also move horizontally along with the glue spraying line. When the glue spraying operation is performed, the heights of the two glue spraying modules are adjusted to a proper position by rotating the handle, one glue spraying module is positioned above the lower panel and is driven by the transmission module to longitudinally reciprocate so as to spray glue on the upper surface of the lower panel, and the other glue spraying module is positioned above the core plate and is driven by the transmission module to longitudinally reciprocate so as to spray glue on the upper surface of the core plate, so that the follow-up bonding between the upper panel and the lower panel and the core plate is realized.
