本发明公开了一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,包括装置本体,所述装置本体为空腔结构,装置本体的内部设置有过滤板和两组粉碎辊,过滤板位于粉碎辊的下方,粉碎辊上均固定有粉碎刀,粉碎辊的一侧中部固定有连接杆,连接杆的一端与装置本体转动连接,粉碎辊的另一侧中部固定有传动轴,传动轴的一端延伸至装置本体的外部并固定有从动皮带轮,装置本体的一侧安装有传动电机,传动电机的输出轴固定有主动皮带轮,主动皮带轮和两组从动皮带轮之间套设有皮带。本发明设计巧妙,结构合理,操作简单,方便对塑料垃圾进行粉碎以及筛选,能够加快塑料垃圾的处理效率,同时能够有效防止过滤板被堵塞,有利于增强装置的使用效果,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾粉碎技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置。
背景技术
塑料不易降解,影响环境的美观,所含成分有潜在危害,因塑料用做包装材料多为白色,所以叫白色污染。白色污染是全球城市都有的环境污染,在各种公共场所到处都能看见大量废弃的塑料制品,他们从自然界而来,由人类制造,最终归结于大自然时却不易被自然所消纳,从而影响了大自然的生态环境。从节约资源的角度出发,由于塑料制品主要来源是面临枯竭的石油资源,应尽可能回收,塑料的回收利用往往需要先进行粉碎和筛选,粉碎后的塑料便于运输和包装,而筛选后的塑料往往有些是可以直接加工的,传统的粉碎和筛选往往是分开进行的,耗时耗力,而且筛选过程中往往会导致过滤板堵塞,影响筛选的效率,因此需要我们设计出一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,来解决这些问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,包括装置本体,所述装置本体为空腔结构,装置本体的内部设置有过滤板和两组粉碎辊,过滤板位于粉碎辊的下方,粉碎辊上均固定有粉碎刀,粉碎辊的一侧中部固定有连接杆,连接杆的一端与装置本体转动连接,粉碎辊的另一侧中部固定有传动轴,传动轴的一端延伸至装置本体的外部并固定有从动皮带轮,装置本体的一侧安装有传动电机,传动电机的输出轴固定有主动皮带轮,主动皮带轮和两组从动皮带轮之间套设有皮带,装置本体的底端内壁上对称固定有四组固定块。
优选的,所述固定块为空腔结构,固定块的两端内壁之间固定有两组导向杆,导向杆上滑动连接有活动板,活动板底端设置有弹簧,活动板的顶端固定有伸缩杆,伸缩杆的顶端延伸至固定块的外部并与过滤板固定连接。
优选的,所述装置本体的顶端开设有进料口,装置本体的一侧开设有第一出料口,装置本体的底端开设有第二出料口,第一出料口和第二出料口的内部均设置有电磁阀。
优选的,所述装置本体的另一侧分别安装有伺服电机和气缸,伺服电机和气缸分别位于过滤板的两侧,气缸位于粉碎辊和过滤板之间。
优选的,所述伺服电机的输出轴固定有调节杆,调节杆的一端延伸至装置本体的内部并与装置本体转动连接,调节杆上固定套设有两组凸轮,气缸的活塞杆延伸至装置本体的内部并固定有推板。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过传动电机控制粉碎辊转动,方便粉碎刀对塑料垃圾进行粉碎,通过过滤板对粉碎后的垃圾进行筛选,能够加快塑料垃圾的处理效率;
2、通过伺服电机控制凸轮旋转,使得过滤板平稳升降,能够有效防止过滤板被堵塞。
本发明设计巧妙,结构合理,操作简单,方便对塑料垃圾进行粉碎以及筛选,能够加快塑料垃圾的处理效率,同时能够有效防止过滤板被堵塞,有利于增强装置的使用效果,实用性强。

参照图1-2,一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,包括装置本体1,装置本体1为空腔结构,装置本体1的内部设置有过滤板10和两组粉碎辊2,过滤板10位于粉碎辊2的下方,粉碎辊2上均固定有粉碎刀3,粉碎辊2的一侧中部固定有连接杆4,连接杆4的一端与装置本体1转动连接,粉碎辊2的另一侧中部固定有传动轴5,传动轴5的一端延伸至装置本体1的外部并固定有从动皮带轮6,装置本体1的一侧安装有传动电机7,传动电机7的输出轴固定有主动皮带轮8,主动皮带轮8和两组从动皮带轮6之间套设有皮带9,装置本体1的底端内壁上对称固定有四组固定块11。本发明设计巧妙,结构合理,操作简单,方便对塑料垃圾进行粉碎以及筛选,能够加快塑料垃圾的处理效率,同时能够有效防止过滤板被堵塞,有利于增强装置的使用效果,实用性强。
本实施例中,固定块11为空腔结构,固定块11的两端内壁之间固定有两组导向杆12,导向杆12上滑动连接有活动板13,活动板13底端设置有弹簧,活动板13的顶端固定有伸缩杆14,伸缩杆14的顶端延伸至固定块11的外部并与过滤板10固定连接,装置本体1的顶端开设有进料口,装置本体1的一侧开设有第一出料口,装置本体1的底端开设有第二出料口,第一出料口和第二出料口的内部均设置有电磁阀,装置本体1的另一侧分别安装有伺服电机15和气缸16,伺服电机15和气缸16分别位于过滤板10的两侧,气缸16位于粉碎辊2和过滤板10之间,伺服电机15的输出轴固定有调节杆17,调节杆17的一端延伸至装置本体1的内部并与装置本体1转动连接,调节杆17上固定套设有两组凸轮18,气缸16的活塞杆延伸至装置本体1的内部并固定有推板19。
本实施例中,在使用时,操作人员将待处理的塑料垃圾通过进料口引入装置本体1内,通过启动传动电机7带动主动皮带轮8旋转,使得皮带9带动两组从动皮带轮6旋转,进而使得传动轴5带动两组粉碎辊2转动,使得粉碎刀3对塑料垃圾进行粉碎,粉碎后的垃圾会通过过滤板10的筛选,颗粒较小的垃圾才会通过过滤板10,通过启动伺服电机15带动调节杆17转动,在弹簧的弹性作用下,使得两组凸轮18带动过滤板10升降,同时,在导向杆12的限制作用下,使得过滤板10平稳升降,能够有效防止过滤板10被堵塞,粉碎完成后,打开第一出料口和第二出料口的电磁阀,使得颗粒较小的垃圾从第二出料口排出,通过启动气缸16带动推板19移动,将颗粒较大的垃圾从第一出料口排出。

1.一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,包括装置本体(1),其特征在于,所述装置本体(1)为空腔结构,装置本体(1)的内部设置有过滤板(10)和两组粉碎辊(2),过滤板(10)位于粉碎辊(2)的下方,粉碎辊(2)上均固定有粉碎刀(3),粉碎辊(2)的一侧中部固定有连接杆(4),连接杆(4)的一端与装置本体(1)转动连接,粉碎辊(2)的另一侧中部固定有传动轴(5),传动轴(5)的一端延伸至装置本体(1)的外部并固定有从动皮带轮(6),装置本体(1)的一侧安装有传动电机(7),传动电机(7)的输出轴固定有主动皮带轮(8),主动皮带轮(8)和两组从动皮带轮(6)之间套设有皮带(9),装置本体(1)的底端内壁上对称固定有四组固定块(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述固定块(11)为空腔结构,固定块(11)的两端内壁之间固定有两组导向杆(12),导向杆(12)上滑动连接有活动板(13),活动板(13)底端设置有弹簧,活动板(13)的顶端固定有伸缩杆(14),伸缩杆(14)的顶端延伸至固定块(11)的外部并与过滤板(10)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体(1)的顶端开设有进料口,装置本体(1)的一侧开设有第一出料口,装置本体(1)的底端开设有第二出料口,第一出料口和第二出料口的内部均设置有电磁阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体(1)的另一侧分别安装有伺服电机(15)和气缸(16),伺服电机(15)和气缸(16)分别位于过滤板(10)的两侧,气缸(16)位于粉碎辊(2)和过滤板(10)之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于塑料垃圾的粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述伺服电机(15)的输出轴固定有调节杆(17),调节杆(17)的一端延伸至装置本体(1)的内部并与装置本体(1)转动连接,调节杆(17)上固定套设有两组凸轮(18),气缸(16)的活塞杆延伸至装置本体(1)的内部并固定有推板(19)。
