Fig. 2 is a flow chart of another method for assisting in quitting smoking, according to an embodiment of the invention, and referring to fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps.
Step 201: the intelligent cigarette case obtains smoking behavior information in a first designated time period, wherein the smoking behavior information at least comprises smoking quantity and cigarette information.
Wherein, the user can open the record function of intelligent cigarette case in the in-process of using intelligent cigarette case. After the recording function of the intelligent cigarette case is started, the intelligent cigarette case acquires smoking behavior information in a first specified time period, wherein the smoking behavior information at least comprises smoking quantity and cigarette information. Of course, in practical applications, the smoking behavior information may also include other information, such as smoking time and the like. In addition, the cigarette information may include a cigarette brand, a cigarette specification, a manufacturer, a price, and the like of the cigarette.
It should be noted that the first designated time period may be set in advance, for example, the first designated time period may be 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, and the like, and the starting time of the first designated time period may be a time point when the user turns on the smart cigarette box recording function.
During the actual smoking process of a user, the user may put different brands of cigarettes in the cigarette box, and the nicotine content of the cigarettes of different brands is different. Therefore, in order to more accurately obtain the content of nicotine ingested by the smoking behavior of the user, in one possible implementation manner, when the intelligent cigarette box detects that the user takes out a cigarette each time, the cigarette can be scanned to obtain the cigarette identification information of the cigarette; identifying the cigarette identification information to obtain cigarette information of the cigarette; the cigarette information of the cigarette is recorded.
It should be noted that the cigarette identification information is used to uniquely identify the cigarette brand, and the cigarette identification information may be a brand image, a graphic code, an identification code, or the like of the cigarette brand.
In another possible implementation manner, the intelligent cigarette case may determine a position of each cigarette in the intelligent cigarette case and cigarette information corresponding to the position, and when a user takes out a cigarette, the intelligent cigarette case may determine the cigarette information of the taken out cigarette according to the position of the cigarette.
The cigarette information of the cigarettes can be manually set by a user when the cigarettes are put into the intelligent cigarette case, or the intelligent cigarette case can scan and identify the cigarette identification information of the cigarette case to obtain the cigarette information before the user puts the cigarettes into the intelligent cigarette case, or the intelligent cigarette case can scan the cigarettes to obtain the cigarette identification information of the cigarettes when the intelligent cigarette case detects that the cigarettes are put into the intelligent cigarette case; and identifying the cigarette identification information to obtain the cigarette information of the cigarette.
In another possible implementation, when the user takes out the cigarettes from the intelligent cigarette case, the cigarette information of the taken-out cigarettes is manually set.
In another possible implementation manner, the intelligent cigarette case may record the sequence of each cigarette put in and record the cigarette information of each cigarette, since in the intelligent cigarette case, usually the cigarette put in first is taken out last and the cigarette put in last is taken out first, the sequence of the put-in cigarettes may be reversed to obtain the reverse sequence of the put-in cigarettes, and the reverse sequence is determined as the sequence of the taken-out cigarettes. When the user takes out the cigarettes, the cigarette information of the cigarettes can be determined according to the reverse order. For example, the smart cigarette box records 6 cigarettes of brand a in specification, and then records 3 cigarettes of brand B in specification. Therefore, the order of the cigarettes to be put in is 6 brand a standard cigarettes and 3 brand B standard cigarettes, and the order is reversed to obtain 3 brand B standard cigarettes and 6 brand a standard cigarettes, and when the cigarettes to be taken out is the second cigarette to be taken out, the cigarette information of the cigarettes is determined to be brand B standard cigarettes.
In addition, for the number of smoking cigarettes, the operation of the intelligent cigarette case for acquiring the number of smoking cigarettes in the first designated time period can comprise the following three cases.
In the first situation, a shifting sheet counting switch is arranged in the intelligent cigarette case, when a user takes out cigarettes from the intelligent cigarette case each time, the cigarettes can touch the shifting sheet counting switch, the intelligent cigarette case can count for one time, and meanwhile, the time for the user to take out the cigarettes can be recorded; when the end time of the first designated period is reached, the number of times of recording is determined as the number of smoking by the user in the first designated period, and the time each time the user takes out a cigarette is determined as the smoking time.
For example, be provided with plectrum count switch in this intelligence cigarette case, when the user takes out a cigarette from this intelligence cigarette case, this cigarette can touch plectrum count switch, and this intelligence cigarette case can take out a cigarette through plectrum count switch record user, and the count is 1 time, and if the time that the user took out this cigarette is 9 points, then this intelligence cigarette case records the time that the user took out this cigarette simultaneously and is 9 points. If the user takes out one cigarette again at 10 points, the intelligent cigarette case continues to count for one time through the dial counting switch, the counting is 2 times, meanwhile, the time for taking out the cigarette by the user is recorded as 10 points, when the end time of the first appointed time period is reached, the recorded times 2 times are determined as the smoking number of the user in the first appointed time period, and the smoking time of the user at two time points is determined by the time 9 point and the time 10 point when the user takes out the cigarette respectively.
It is worth mentioning that the intelligent cigarette case records the taking time of the user for taking out the cigarettes, so that the taking time of the user for taking out the cigarettes can be displayed in a subsequent concentrated mode, the user can know the smoking time conveniently, and when the user knows the time period with the largest smoking quantity according to the displayed taking time, the smoking quantity can be adjusted properly in the time period, and the smoking quitting success rate is improved.
When the intelligent cigarette case detects that the user takes out at least one cigarette again within a preset time after taking out one cigarette, prompt information is displayed or voice playing prompt information is played, and the prompt information is used for inquiring the smoking quantity and the smoking information of the user.
Since the user may take out at least one cigarette again within the preset time period after taking out one cigarette, in such a case, the user may distribute the subsequently taken out cigarettes to other people, and therefore, when the user takes out at least one cigarette again within the preset time period, the intelligent cigarette case may display prompt information or play prompt information in voice to ask the user about the actual number of cigarettes smoked, that is, the number of cigarettes actually smoked by the user and the information about the cigarettes. For example, the user takes 3 cigarettes out of the smart pack, one of which is brand a, B, and C. At the moment, the intelligent cigarette box displays prompt information or plays the prompt information in voice to inquire about the amount of smoking and cigarette information of the user. If the cigarette smoked by the user is the cigarette of brand A, the user can input that the smoking number is 1 and the cigarette information is brand A. In addition, the prompt information can be directly displayed in a display module of the intelligent cigarette case, and can also be sent to intelligent electronic equipment with a display screen, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, wearable equipment and the like connected with the intelligent cigarette case. In practical applications, the intelligent cigarette box may not send any prompt to the user, but directly determine that at least one cigarette taken out again is not counted.
It should be noted that the preset time period may be set in advance, for example, the preset time period may be 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and so on.
In the second situation, a light sensor is arranged in the intelligent cigarette case, and the top surface of the cigarette holder in the intelligent cigarette case can be scanned through the light sensor; when a plurality of regular closed annular outlines are scanned, determining that the top surface of the cigarette holder is scanned, and determining that the number of the scanned regular closed annular outlines is the first number of cigarettes in the intelligent cigarette case; when the intelligent cigarette box scans that the number of cigarettes in the intelligent cigarette box is changed into a second number, subtracting the first number from the second number; when the obtained result is less than zero, determining that the user takes out the cigarettes and counting, and simultaneously recording the time for taking out the cigarettes by the user; when the end time of the first designated time period is reached, the recorded times are determined as the number of smoking of the user in the first designated time period, and the time each time the user takes out a cigarette is determined as the smoking time.
For example, a light sensor is arranged in the intelligent cigarette case, the number of the scanned regular closed ring-shaped outlines is determined to be 10, and the number of the scanned regular closed ring-shaped outlines is determined to be 10 as the first number of cigarettes in the intelligent cigarette case; when the intelligent cigarette box scans that the number of cigarettes in the intelligent cigarette box becomes a second number 9, subtracting the first number 10 from the second number 9; when the obtained result is-1, since-1 is less than zero, it is determined that the user has taken 1 cigarette and counted 1 time, and if the time for the user to take out the cigarette is 9 points, the intelligent cigarette case simultaneously records the time for the user to take out the cigarette as 9 points. At the moment, the number of the scanned regular closed annular outlines determined by the intelligent cigarette case is 9, and the number 9 is determined as the first number of cigarettes in the intelligent cigarette case; if the user takes out one cigarette again at 10 points, when the intelligent cigarette box scans that the number of the cigarettes in the intelligent cigarette box becomes a second number 8, subtracting a first number 9 from the second number 8; when the obtained result is-1, the counting is 2 times because-1 is less than zero, meanwhile, the time for taking out the cigarette by the user is recorded as 10 points, when the end time of the first designated time period is reached, the recorded times 2 are determined as the smoking number of the user in the first designated time period, and the time 9 and 10 points when the user takes out the cigarette are respectively determined as the smoking time of the user smoking at two time points.
In the third case, the intelligent cigarette box can determine the smoking number manually set by the user, that is, the user can manually set the smoking number after taking out the cigarettes from the intelligent cigarette box each time.
Further, when the intelligent cigarette box obtains the cigarette information, the cigarette information can be displayed; the user can confirm the cigarette information that intelligent cigarette case discerned, and when the user think the cigarette information wrong, the user can modify this cigarette information by hand.
Step 202: and the intelligent cigarette box determines the nicotine information ingested by the user in the smoking behavior in the first appointed time period according to the smoking behavior information.
The operation of determining the nicotine information ingested by the user in the smoking behavior within the first designated time period according to the smoking behavior information by the intelligent cigarette case can include the following two modes.
In the first mode, the intelligent cigarette box can obtain the corresponding nicotine content according to the cigarette information; and determining the nicotine information ingested by the user in the smoking behavior in the first designated time period according to the nicotine content, the smoking quantity and a preset inhalation proportion, wherein the preset inhalation proportion is the proportion between the nicotine content inhaled into the lung by the user and the nicotine content in the cigarette.
Wherein, because the user can not suck all the nicotine contained in the cigarette into the lung when smoking the cigarette, only part of the nicotine contained in the cigarette can be sucked into the lung, for example, the total nicotine content contained in one cigarette is 5mg, and the nicotine content which can be sucked into the lung when the user smokes the cigarette may be only 1 mg. Therefore, the information of the nicotine taken by the user in the smoking behavior in the first designated time period needs to be determined according to the preset inhalation proportion, the nicotine content and the smoking quantity.
In addition, the preset suction ratio may be set in advance, for example, the preset suction ratio may be 20%, 25%, 30%, etc., and the preset suction ratio may be an empirical value experimentally measured by a person skilled in the art.
It should be noted that, the operation of the intelligent cigarette box for obtaining the corresponding nicotine content according to the cigarette information may include the following three modes.
(1) The intelligent cigarette case can obtain the corresponding nicotine content from the corresponding relation between the locally stored cigarette information and the nicotine content according to the cigarette information.
(2) The intelligent cigarette case directly sends the smoking behavior information to the server, and when the server receives the smoking behavior information sent by the intelligent cigarette case, the nicotine content can be determined and returned according to the smoking behavior information; and the intelligent cigarette box receives the nicotine content sent by the server.
(3) The intelligent cigarette box determines the quantity of cigarette brands of cigarettes smoked by the user in a specified time period according to the cigarette information; when the number of the cigarette brands is larger than a second preset number, the smoking behavior information is sent to a server; when the server receives the smoking behavior information sent by the intelligent cigarette case, the nicotine content can be determined and returned according to the smoking behavior information; and the intelligent cigarette box receives the nicotine content sent by the server.
When the number of cigarette brands of cigarettes smoked by a user in a specified time period is too large, the intelligent cigarette box needs to spend a lot of time in determining the nicotine content of each cigarette brand, and the operation of the intelligent cigarette box can be burdened. Therefore, the intelligent cigarette case can send the smoking behavior information to the server, and the server determines the nicotine information based on the smoking behavior information, so that the operation burden of the intelligent cigarette case is reduced.
It should be noted that the second preset number may be preset, for example, the second preset number may be 10, 15, and so on.
In addition, the operation of determining the nicotine information ingested by the user in the smoking behavior in the first designated time period according to the nicotine content, the smoking amount and the preset inhalation ratio by the intelligent cigarette case may be: and multiplying the nicotine content by the smoking number, multiplying the obtained result by a preset inhalation proportion to obtain the total nicotine content inhaled by the user in a first specified time period, and determining the total nicotine content as the nicotine information.
For example, when the nicotine content is 5mg, the number of smoking cigarettes is 10, and the preset inhalation proportion is 20%, multiplying 10 by 5mg to obtain 50mg, and then multiplying 20 by 50mg to obtain 10mg of the total nicotine content inhaled by the user in the first specified time period, and determining the total nicotine content as the nicotine information.
Optionally, the intelligent cigarette case may further divide the first designated time period into a plurality of sub-time periods according to the smoking time and the designated time duration, and then determine the content of nicotine inhaled by the user in each sub-time period in the first designated time period according to the content of nicotine, the smoking amount and the preset inhalation proportion, and determine the plurality of sub-time periods and the content of nicotine inhaled by the user in each sub-time period as the nicotine information.
It is worth saying that the nicotine content inhaled by the user in the plurality of sub-periods and each sub-period is determined as nicotine information, and when the nicotine information is displayed by the following intelligent cigarette case, the user can clearly know the smoking condition in each sub-period, so that the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the specified time period may be set in advance, for example, the specified time period may be 12 hours, 1 day, and so on.
For example, when the cigarette information includes a cigarette brand and a cigarette specification, and the cigarette information is a B specification of a brand B, the smoking number is 40, and the preset inhalation ratio is 20%, the intelligent cigarette case may determine that the nicotine content corresponding to the B specification of the brand B is 2 mg/cigarette from the corresponding relationship between the cigarette information and the nicotine content shown in table 1 below according to the cigarette information "B specification of the brand B". Then, the intelligent cigarette case can determine that the nicotine information ingested by the user in the smoking behavior in the first designated time period is 'total nicotine content is 16 mg' according to the nicotine content of 2 mg/cigarette, the smoking number of 40 cigarettes and the preset inhalation proportion of 20%.
TABLE 1
Cigarette information Content of nicotine
Brand A of Standard 1.5 mg/count
Brand B of Brand B 2 mg/count
Brand C of Brand C 3 mg/count
...... ......
In the present embodiment, the correspondence between the cigarette information and the nicotine content described in table 1 is merely used as an example, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
Before the corresponding nicotine content is obtained according to the cigarette information, the corresponding relationship between the cigarette information and the nicotine content can be set in advance, that is, before the corresponding nicotine content is obtained according to the cigarette information and the corresponding relationship between the locally stored cigarette information and the nicotine content, the intelligent cigarette box can receive a first information setting request which can carry the cigarette information and the nicotine content, and then the intelligent cigarette box can store the corresponding relationship between the cigarette information and the nicotine content.
In addition, the intelligent cigarette case can judge whether the corresponding relation between the cigarette information and the nicotine content is stored locally or not based on the cigarette information, and when the corresponding relation between the cigarette information and the nicotine content is not stored, a corresponding relation acquisition request can be sent to a server, wherein the cigarette information is carried in the corresponding relation acquisition request; after receiving the cigarette information, the server can return the corresponding relation between the stored cigarette information and the nicotine content to the intelligent cigarette case; the intelligent cigarette case can receive the corresponding relation between the cigarette information and the nicotine content.
In the second mode, the intelligent cigarette case judges whether the smoking quantity in the first appointed time period is greater than a first preset quantity; when the smoking number is larger than the first preset number, the smoking behavior information is sent to a server; when the server receives the smoking behavior information, the server determines and returns the nicotine information according to the smoking behavior information; and the intelligent cigarette box receives the nicotine information sent by the server.
When the number of cigarettes smoked by the user in the first designated time period is too large or the first designated time period is too long, the intelligent cigarette box is too large in calculation amount when determining the content of nicotine ingested by the smoking behavior of the user in each sub-time period in the first designated time period, and thus, the operation of the intelligent cigarette box may be burdened. Therefore, the intelligent cigarette case can send the smoking behavior information to the server, and the server determines the nicotine information based on the smoking behavior information, so that the operation burden of the intelligent cigarette case is reduced.
It should be noted that the first preset number may be set in advance, for example, the first preset number may be 150, 200, and so on.
In addition, the operation of the server for determining the nicotine information based on the smoking behavior information is similar to the manner of determining the nicotine information by the intelligent cigarette case in the first manner, and therefore, the embodiment of the present invention is not described in detail again.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent cigarette case may not only determine the nicotine information through the two manners, but also through other manners, for example, the intelligent cigarette case directly sends the smoking behavior information to the server, and when the server receives the smoking behavior information sent by the intelligent cigarette case, the server may directly determine and return the nicotine information according to the smoking behavior information; and the intelligent cigarette box receives the nicotine information sent by the server.
Step 203: the smart pack determines electronic cigarette information and/or aerosol-forming substrate information corresponding to the nicotine information.
The operation of the intelligent cigarette case for determining the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information corresponding to the nicotine information may be: the intelligent cigarette box acquires electronic cigarette information and/or aerosol forming substrate information corresponding to the nicotine information from the corresponding relationship between the locally stored nicotine information and the electronic cigarette information and the aerosol forming substrate information; or the intelligent cigarette box sends the nicotine information to a server, and when the server receives the nicotine information, the server can acquire corresponding electronic cigarette information and/or aerosol forming substrate information according to the nicotine information and return the electronic cigarette information and/or aerosol forming substrate information to the intelligent cigarette box; the smart pack may receive the e-cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information sent by the server.
It should be noted that the electronic cigarette information is used to describe the related information of the electronic cigarette, such as the brand of the electronic cigarette, the purchase link of the electronic cigarette, the selling price, the brand manufacturer, the characteristics of the electronic cigarette, and so on. Since the aerosol-forming substrate may be tobacco tar, smoke paste, tobacco, etc., the aerosol-forming substrate information may be used to describe information about the tobacco tar, smoke paste, or tobacco, embodiments of the present invention are exemplified by tobacco tar, which may include the brand of the tobacco tar, the flavor of the tobacco tar, purchase links for the tobacco tar, the sale price, the brand manufacturer, characteristics of the tobacco tar, etc. And the electronic cigarette described by the electronic cigarette information or the aerosol-forming substrate described by the aerosol-forming substrate information is the electronic cigarette or the aerosol-forming substrate which can meet the requirements of the user on the cigarette and is suitable for the user to use.
For example, when the nicotine information is 30 mg of nicotine ingested by smoking behavior in one week, and the number of smoking cigarettes of brand a is the largest, the intelligent cigarette case may determine, from the correspondence among the nicotine information, the electronic cigarette information, and the aerosol-forming substrate information shown in table 2, that the electronic cigarette information corresponding to 30 mg of nicotine information is electronic cigarette a, purchase link a, the corresponding aerosol-forming substrate information is tobacco tar a, and purchase link 1.
TABLE 2
Nicotine information Electronic cigarette information Aerosol-forming substrate information
30 mg of Electronic cigarette A, purchase Link A Tobacco tar A, Purchase Link 1
60 mg of Electronic cigarette B, purchasing Link B Tobacco tar B, Purchase Link 2
90 mg of Electronic cigarette C, Purchase Link C Tobacco tar C, Purchase Link 3
...... ...... ......
In the embodiments of the present invention, the correspondence between the nicotine information, the electronic cigarette information, and the aerosol-forming substrate information described in table 2 is merely used as an example, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
In addition, before the intelligent cigarette case acquires the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information corresponding to the nicotine information from the correspondence between the locally stored nicotine information and the electronic cigarette information and the aerosol-forming substrate information, the intelligent cigarette case may set in advance the correspondence between the nicotine information and the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information, that is, before the intelligent cigarette case acquires the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information corresponding to the nicotine information from the correspondence between the locally stored nicotine information and the electronic cigarette information and the aerosol-forming substrate information, the intelligent cigarette case may receive a second information setting request, the second information setting request may carry the nicotine information, the electronic cigarette information and the aerosol-forming substrate information, and then the intelligent cigarette case may store the nicotine information, the electronic cigarette information and the aerosol-forming substrate information, A correspondence between e-cigarette information and aerosol-forming substrate information.

Further, to improve the user's success rate of smoking cessation, after the intelligent cigarette pack determines the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information corresponding to the nicotine information, a smoking cessation strategy corresponding to the nicotine information may also be determined, the smoking cessation strategy including the number of cigarettes removed within a second designated time period.
The operation of determining the smoking cessation strategy corresponding to the nicotine information by the intelligent cigarette case can be as follows: the intelligent cigarette box acquires a smoking cessation strategy corresponding to the nicotine information from the corresponding relation between the locally stored nicotine information and the smoking cessation strategy; or the intelligent cigarette box sends the nicotine information to a server, and when the server receives the nicotine information, the server can acquire a corresponding smoking cessation strategy according to the nicotine information and return the smoking cessation strategy to the intelligent cigarette box; the intelligent cigarette box can receive the smoking cessation strategy sent by the server; the smoking cessation is performed.
It should be noted that the smoking cessation policy may be preset, for example, the smoking cessation policy may be a starting time at which the electronic cigarette information is determined, the smart pack allows the user to take 50 cigarettes in the first month, the user to take 45 cigarettes in the second month, and so on.
Additionally, the quit smoking strategy may include not only the number of cigarettes removed, but also other information, such as, the quit smoking strategy may include a cigarette removal time interval, and when the quit smoking strategy includes the cigarette removal time, the quit smoking strategy may allow the user to remove cigarettes once every 6 hours, and so on.
Step 204: the smart pack pushes the e-cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information.
Specifically, when the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information acquired by the intelligent cigarette box is information in a text form, the intelligent cigarette box can display the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information on a display screen. In one possible embodiment, when the nicotine information corresponds to a plurality of electronic cigarette information and/or a plurality of aerosol-forming substrate information, the intelligent cigarette pack may display the plurality of electronic cigarette information and/or the plurality of aerosol-forming substrate information in a sorted and sorted manner according to price, color, air inlet manner, air outlet manner, and other elements. Or converting the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information from a text form to a voice form, and playing the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information in a voice manner to push the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information to a user. When the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information acquired by the intelligent cigarette case is information in a voice form, the intelligent cigarette case can play the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information in a voice mode, or convert the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information from the voice form to a text form and display the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information on a display screen.
It should be noted that, for the operation of the intelligent cigarette case for converting the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information from the text format to the speech format, or for the operation for converting the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information from the speech format to the text format, reference may be made to related technologies, which is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate a user to obtain relevant information of the smart pack, in a general case, the smart pack may be bound to a user terminal such as a mobile terminal, a tablet computer, and the like. Therefore, the intelligent cigarette case not only can directly display or play the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information in voice, but also can send the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information to the user terminal, and the user terminal displays or plays the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information in voice so as to push the electronic cigarette information and/or the aerosol-forming substrate information to the user.
