The invention discloses an intelligent control method and device for smoking cessation, which can generate a customized and gradual smoking cessation scheme matched with smoking cessation equipment for a smoker according to acquired data of the smoker and platform set data of an intelligent smoking cessation platform on the premise of not adding extra burden to the smoker, reduce capital and manpower and material cost consumed by the smoker for smoking cessation, improve the smoking cessation convenience of the smoker, and reduce the resistance of the smoker to smoking cessation and the smoking cessation resistance generated by the smoking cessation habit by gradually reducing the smoking addiction degree of the smoker, thereby reducing the relapse rate after smoking cessation and effectively improving the smoking cessation success rate. The following are detailed descriptions.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an intelligent control method for quitting smoking according to an embodiment of the present invention. The smoking cessation intelligent control method described in fig. 1 may be applied to a smoking cessation device or a device associated with the smoking cessation device, or may be applied to a cloud server (such as an intelligent smoking cessation platform) or a local server corresponding to the smoking cessation device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent control method for quitting smoking may include the following operations:
101. the method comprises the steps of collecting user information of a smoker, smoking behavior data of the smoker automatically recorded by the smoking cessation device in real time, attribute parameters of the smoking cessation device and platform set data of an intelligent smoking cessation platform for gathering smoking data of a plurality of smoking cessation users.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user information can comprise personal characteristic information of the smoker.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the personal characteristic information of the smoker may include one or more of identity information, self-control ability information, smoking year, smoking addiction degree, target substance dependence degree, smoking cessation readiness degree, smoking cessation reaction severity degree, smoking cessation urgency degree, user preference information, smoking cessation reason, smoking scene, smoking mood, physical sign information, health information, smoking inducing factors, and the like of the smoker. Further optionally, the readiness for smoking cessation may include a readiness for smoking cessation and/or a readiness for smoking cessation, and the target substance may include one or more compounds (e.g., nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide, etc.) produced upon combustion of the cigarette, and the target substance dependence is indicative of a degree of dependence of the smoker on the target substance, e.g., nicotine. Therefore, the diversity and comprehensiveness of the personal characteristic information of the quitters can be improved, and the generated smoking cessation scheme can be matched with the characteristics of the quitters.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, personal characteristic information can be collected from the smoker by a software system (such as an APP, an applet or a webpage corresponding to an intelligent smoking cessation platform or smoking cessation equipment), for example, when the smoker registers an account, the user is prompted to input the personal characteristic information, the smoker is prompted to input the personal characteristic information periodically by the smoker, and after the smoking cessation equipment detects that the smoker smokes; personal characteristic information can also be collected from the smoker by an online questionnaire, telephone access or offline mode; the personal characteristic information of the smoking cessation person can be collected from the smoking cessation supporters corresponding to the smoking cessation persons; the characteristic data of the smoker can be determined according to the historical smoking data of the smoker, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the smoking behavior data may include one or more of smoking counts, smoking mouths, smoking frequency, smoking intensity, smoking time, smoking duration, smoking location, target substance inhalation amount, in vivo biochemical index parameter, physical sign parameter during smoking, smoking preference information, and the like of the smoker. Therefore, the diversity and comprehensiveness of the smoking behavior data of the smoking cessation people can be improved, the smoking cessation behavior characteristics of the smoking cessation people can be accurately grasped, and the matching degree of the generated smoking cessation scheme and the smoking cessation characteristics of the smoking cessation people is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the smoking cessation device is equipped with multiple types of sensors, such as an electrochemical sensor, an optical sensor, a mechanical sensor, a temperature sensor, and a humidity sensor, wherein the electrochemical and/or optical sensor can be used to collect the inhalation amount of the target substance and the biochemical index parameters in vivo, the mechanical sensor can be used to measure the smoking number, smoking frequency, smoking mouth number, smoking strength, smoking time, smoking duration, and the like of the smoker, and the temperature sensor can be used to collect the physical sign parameters (such as body temperature) and mouthpiece temperature of the smoker when smoking; the smoking cessation device can also be provided with positioning equipment (such as LBS positioning equipment and system supported by NFC, bluetooth, wiFi, wireless network and the like) for acquiring smoking places of smokers and smoking places of smokers who smoke frequently; the associated device of the smoking cessation device may include a portable device (e.g., a smart bracelet) worn by the smoking cessation user for collecting sign parameters of the smoker while smoking. Still further optionally, after the smoking cessation device and/or the associated device of the smoking cessation device collects the smoking behavior data, the collected smoking behavior data may be transmitted to the software system or the cloud server through bluetooth, wiFi, GPRS or other data transmission methods. Therefore, the smoking behavior data are collected through the sensor, so that the convenience and accuracy of smoking behavior data collection can be improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the attribute parameters of the smoking cessation device may include structural parameters of a filter structure of the smoking cessation device and/or structural parameters of a dilution structure of the smoking cessation device, further optionally, the structural parameters of the filter structure may include material types of all optional filter materials of the filter structure, a filter effect of each optional filter material, and all optional filter strengths of the filter structure, and the filter effect of each optional filter material may include a filter effect of the optional filter material on the target substance; the structural parameters of the dilution structure may include all selectable opening values of an air inlet of the dilution structure, which may include an air valve or an air suction of an air pump, and all selectable operating parameters of an air pump of the dilution structure. Still further optionally, the attribute parameters of the smoking cessation device may further include environmental parameters, such as oral temperature, oral humidity, etc., of the smoker while smoking, which are collected by a sensor of the smoking cessation device. Therefore, the adjustable range and the adjustable type of the adjustable parameters of the smoking cessation equipment can be improved, the adjustment and control flexibility of the smoking cessation equipment is improved, and the matching degree of the generated smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoking cessation equipment and a smoker is improved.
102. And determining a decreasing smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoker according to the user information, the smoking behavior data, the attribute parameters and the platform set data.
In an embodiment of the invention, the decreasing smoking cessation scheme may include a target smoking cessation period corresponding to the smoker and smoking cessation planning parameters corresponding to each smoking cessation stage in the target smoking cessation period.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, for the target smoking cessation period, the smoking parameter in the smoking cessation plan parameter corresponding to each later smoking cessation period is not higher than the smoking parameter in the smoking cessation plan parameter corresponding to the previous smoking cessation period. Further optionally, the smoking parameters include any parameters for characterizing smoking amount (such as smoking number, smoking frequency, etc.). For example, an abstaining tobacco user may smoke 10 cigarettes per day during a first smoking cessation period, while only 8 cigarettes per day during a second smoking cessation period. Therefore, the smoking addiction degree of the abstaining tobacco users can be gradually reduced, the adaptation degree of the abstaining tobacco users to the smokeless state after smoking cessation is improved, the relapse rate after smoking cessation is further reduced, and the smoking cessation success rate is effectively improved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, it is further optional that each smoking cessation stage includes a plurality of smoking cessation sub-stages, and for each smoking cessation stage, a smoking parameter in the smoking cessation plan parameter corresponding to each subsequent smoking cessation sub-stage may be higher than, lower than, or equal to a smoking parameter in the smoking cessation plan parameter corresponding to the previous smoking cessation sub-stage, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the smoking cessation planning parameter corresponding to each smoking cessation stage may include a decrement level corresponding to the smoking cessation stage of the smoking cessation person, and the decrement level corresponding to the smoking cessation stage of the smoking cessation person includes a minimum smoking amount of the smoking cessation person under the condition that the smoking cessation stage meets the current smoking requirement of the smoking cessation person, that is, the decrement level of the smoking cessation person in each smoking cessation stage is the maximum decrement level of the smoking cessation amount which is not felt by the smoking cessation person in the smoking cessation stage. Alternatively, the smoking requirements may include requirements corresponding to smoking habits and inhalation requirements for target substances including one or more compounds generated by the burning of the cigarette, such as tar, nicotine, carbon monoxide, and the like. For example, for zhang san smoker, when he smokes less than 40ng/ml nicotine inhaled, he may have withdrawal reaction (e.g. bad mood) or he may perceive a significant decrease in nicotine concentration, 40ng/ml is the lowest concentration of nicotine inhaled during smoking that is acceptable for zhang san smoker in satisfying the smoking requirement, which is stated to be different according to the nicotine dependence of different smokers. Therefore, the concentration of harmful ingredients such as nicotine and the like inhaled by the smoker can be gradually reduced under the condition that the smoking cessation reaction of the smoker is reduced as much as possible, so that the dependence degree of the smoker on the cigarette is gradually reduced, the comfort degree of the smoker in the smoking cessation process is improved, and the acceptance degree of the smoker on smoking cessation is improved physically and psychologically.
In an embodiment of the invention, optionally, the platform set data of the intelligent smoking cessation platform may include smoking information of other smoking cessation users in the intelligent smoking cessation platform except the smoking cessation user and/or historical smoking cessation information of the smoking cessation user, the smoking cessation information of the other smoking cessation users may include one or more of smoking behavior data of the other smoking cessation users, personal characteristic information of the other smoking cessation users, smoking cessation schemes of the other smoking cessation users, smoking cessation effects of the other smoking cessation users, and the like, and the historical smoking cessation information of the smoking cessation user may include one or more of historical smoking behavior data automatically recorded by the smoking cessation device in real time during use of the smoking cessation device by the smoking cessation device, historical smoking cessation schemes of the smoking cessation user, and historical smoking cessation effects of the smoking cessation user.
As an alternative embodiment, determining a decreasing smoking cessation program matching the smoker based on the user information, the smoking behavior data, the attribute parameters, and the platform set data may include:
matching the sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the user information and smoking behavior data with the sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the smoking information of other smoking cessation users to obtain a transverse analysis result corresponding to the smoking cessation user, wherein the smoking information of the other smoking cessation users at least comprises the smoking information of the other smoking cessation users; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
matching the sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the user information and smoking behavior data with the sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the historical smoking information of the smoking cessation people to obtain a longitudinal analysis result corresponding to the smoking cessation people, wherein the historical smoking information at least comprises the historical smoking behavior data which is automatically recorded by the smoking cessation equipment in real time in the process that the smoking cessation people use the smoking cessation equipment;
and determining a decreasing type smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoking cessation users according to the equipment parameters of the smoking cessation equipment and the corresponding analysis results of the smoking cessation users, wherein the analysis results comprise transverse analysis results and/or longitudinal analysis results.
Therefore, the alternative implementation mode can transversely analyze the same points and different points of the quitter and other quitters so as to generate a quitting scheme matched with the quitter according to the quitting experience of other quitters, and longitudinally analyze the current and previous smoking behavior data of the quitter, so that the factor causing the failure of the quitting experience of the quitter is avoided, and the quitting success rate of the quitter is improved.
103. And determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the decreasing smoking cessation scheme.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the device control parameters are used to control the device status of the smoking cessation device, and further, the device control parameters are used to control the operating status of one or more hardware structures (e.g., an intelligent cigarette pack, an ignition structure, a power-on structure, a filtering structure, a dilution structure, etc.) in the smoking cessation device to control the device status of the smoking cessation device, the device status may include one or more of a switch status, an ignition status, a smoking status, etc., and the smoking status may include a filtering status and/or a dilution status.
As an alternative embodiment, determining device control parameters corresponding to the quit smoking device according to a decreasing quit smoking scheme may include:
determining a smoking cessation parameter combination adapted to the smoker according to the decrement degree of the smoker in the current smoking cessation stage, wherein the smoking cessation parameter combination comprises a target filtering parameter and/or a target diluting parameter;
and determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the smoking cessation parameter combination.
Therefore, the alternative embodiment can be implemented to filter and dilute the harmful components inhaled by the smoker by using the combination of the filtering parameters and the diluting parameters of the smoking cessation device, so that the regulation dimension and the precision of the smoking cessation device on the smoking amount are improved, the concentration of the harmful components is reduced, the damage of smoking to the body of the smoker is reduced under the condition that the requirement of the smoker on smoking actions (such as deep breathing) is met, and the dependence of the smoker on the smoking is gradually reduced.
In this optional embodiment, optionally, determining device control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation device according to the smoking cessation parameter combination may include:
determining a first control parameter corresponding to a filter structure of smoking cessation equipment as an equipment control parameter corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the target filter parameter and the smoking preference information, wherein the first control parameter comprises filter strength corresponding to the filter structure and/or filter materials corresponding to the filter structure, the filter structure is provided with an electronic identifier for uniquely marking each filter strength and/or each filter material and monitoring the residual service life of the filter structure, and the electronic identifier is used for establishing an association relationship with a central control host of the smoking cessation equipment; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

In this alternative embodiment, the smoking preference information may optionally include smoking taste preference information of the smoker.
In this alternative embodiment, optionally, the device control parameters of the smoking cessation device may also be manually confirmed by the smoker or the smoking cessation supporter of the smoker based on the smoking cessation parameter combination.
For example, all the selectable filtering strengths of the filtering structure and all the selectable diluting strengths of the diluting structure may include a first grade to a tenth grade, in which the strengths are sequentially increased, and if the dependence of the smoker on nicotine and other components is very low, but the smoker is difficult to quit smoking actions of cigarettes extracted from the cigarette box in the mouth, that is, stereotyped behaviors or muscle memories corresponding to the smoking actions exist, the filtering strengths and the diluting strengths of the tenth grade may be matched with the smoker.
Therefore, the optional implementation mode can also determine the filtering material and the filtering grade according to the filtering parameters and the preference information of the smoker, so as to realize the accurate control of the filtering structure, is favorable for improving the comfort degree of the smoker in the smoking cessation process, and can also determine the air inlet opening value and the air pump parameters according to the air inflow matched with the dilution parameters, so as to realize the accurate control of the dilution structure.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another intelligent control method for quitting smoking according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The smoking cessation intelligent control method described in fig. 2 may be applied to a smoking cessation device or a device associated with the smoking cessation device, or may be applied to a cloud server (such as an intelligent smoking cessation platform) or a local server corresponding to the smoking cessation device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the intelligent control method for quitting smoking may include the following operations:
201. the method comprises the steps of collecting user information of a smoker, smoking behavior data of the smoker automatically recorded by the smoking cessation device in real time, attribute parameters of the smoking cessation device and platform set data of an intelligent smoking cessation platform for gathering smoking data of a plurality of smoking cessation users.
202. And determining a decreasing smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoker according to the user information, the smoking behavior data, the attribute parameters and the platform set data.
203. And determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the decreasing smoking cessation scheme.
204. Smoking monitoring parameters of the abstaining tobacco users in the target time period in the decreasing smoking cessation scheme are collected.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the target time period may include a target smoking cessation period or a smoking cessation consolidation period (e.g. within 6 months after smoking cessation) after the target smoking cessation period ends, and optionally, for the target smoking cessation period, the smoking monitoring parameters include target smoking behavior parameters of the smoker for real-time automatic recording by the smoking cessation device; for the smoking cessation consolidation period, the smoking monitoring parameters comprise one or more of biochemical index parameters which are collected by the target detection equipment and are related to smoking behaviors in the smoking cessation person.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the biochemical indicator parameter may further optionally include a concentration of a marker compound associated with smoking behavior in the abstaining tobacco person, and the marker compound may include one or more compounds (e.g., carbon monoxide) generated by combustion of the cigarette and/or one or more substances (e.g., cotinine) generated by chemical reactions of the compounds generated by combustion of the cigarette in the abstaining tobacco person.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the concentration of the marker compound associated with smoking behavior in the body (e.g., body fluid, exhaled air, etc.) of the person giving up smoking may be dynamically monitored by a high-precision sensor.
As an alternative embodiment, acquiring smoking monitoring parameters of the abstaining tobacco user in the target time period may include: smoking data of the quitting smoker in each sub-time period of the target time period is collected and used as smoking monitoring parameters, wherein the sub-time period can be one month, one week, one day and the like, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. Therefore, the practical smoking cessation effect of the smoker can be regularly monitored, and the relapse rate of the smoker can be reduced.
205. And determining the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker according to the smoking monitoring parameters.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, when the actual smoking cessation effect indicates that the smoker does not have any excessive smoking behavior which does not meet the smoking cessation condition in the smoking cessation consolidation period, the actual smoking cessation effect indicates that the smoker has successfully quit smoking.
As an alternative embodiment, determining the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker based on the smoking monitoring parameters may include:
determining a target decision parameter, wherein the target decision parameter comprises a smoking monitoring parameter and/or an actual inhalation amount corresponding to a target substance determined according to the smoking monitoring parameter, and the target substance comprises one or more compounds generated after the cigarette is combusted (such as the actual inhalation amount of nicotine calculated according to the carbon monoxide concentration in the body);
comparing the target judgment parameters with preset parameter thresholds corresponding to the target time periods to obtain comparison results, wherein the preset parameter thresholds comprise sub-preset parameter thresholds corresponding to each smoking quitting stage in the target smoking quitting period when the target smoking quitting period is reached, the preset parameter thresholds comprise corresponding parameter thresholds without smoking behaviors when the target smoking quitting period is reached, and the corresponding parameter thresholds without smoking behaviors comprise standard values of biochemical indexes measured in advance based on scientific research experiments;
and determining the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker according to the comparison result.
In this alternative embodiment, optionally, the corresponding parameter threshold in the absence of smoking behavior comprises the lowest parameter threshold indicated by scientific experimental studies.
Therefore, the alternative embodiment can be implemented to compare the smoking monitoring parameters or the inhalation amount of the harmful components deduced from the smoking monitoring parameters with the set threshold value to determine the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker, so as to accurately detect whether the smoker keeps smoking cessation behavior according to the smoking cessation scheme.
Therefore, by implementing the embodiment of the invention, a customized and reduced smoking cessation scheme matched with smoking cessation equipment can be generated for the smoker according to the acquired data of the smoker and the platform set data of the intelligent smoking cessation platform on the premise of not adding extra burden to the smoker, the capital, manpower and material cost consumed by the smoker for smoking cessation is reduced, the smoking cessation convenience of the smoker is improved, the smoking cessation degree of the smoker is gradually reduced, the resistance of the smoker to smoking cessation and the smoking cessation resistance generated by the smoking cessation user to smoking cessation are reduced, the relapse rate after smoking cessation is reduced, the smoking cessation success rate is effectively improved, in addition, the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker is determined by monitoring smoking monitoring parameters of the smoker in the smoking cessation process or after smoking cessation, whether the smoker keeps smoking cessation behavior according to the smoking cessation scheme or not is accurately detected, the success rate is further improved, and the relapse rate after smoking cessation is reduced.
In an optional embodiment, the method may further comprise:
when the actual smoking cessation effect indicates that excessive smoking behaviors which do not meet the smoking cessation condition exist in the target time period, determining relevant information corresponding to the excessive smoking behaviors, wherein the relevant information comprises one or more of time information, place information, smoking scenes and smoking moods corresponding to the excessive smoking behaviors;

For example, the smoker is accustomed to smoking before sleeping at night due to high working pressure, the behavior correction scheme can be sent to the intelligent terminal of the family of the smoker, so that the family of the smoker is advised to communicate and interact (such as chatting and playing) with the smoker before the smoker sleeps, the working pressure of the smoker is relieved, and excessive smoking behaviors of the smoker are reduced.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can be implemented to generate the behavior correction scheme according to the smoking inducement corresponding to the excessive smoking behavior of the quitter, so that the excessive smoking behavior of the quitter can be accurately corrected, the smoking cessation success rate is improved, the relapse rate after smoking cessation is reduced, the behavior correction scheme is output to the smoking cessation supporter of the quitter, the smoking cessation supporter can supervise the smoking behavior of the quitter, and the influence degree of the self-control factor of the quitter on the smoking cessation success rate is reduced.
In this optional embodiment, as an optional implementation, the method may further include:
predicting future excessive smoking behaviors of the smoker according to the smoking inducement and the smoking habits of the smoker, and determining smoking cessation control operations matched with the future excessive smoking behaviors, wherein the smoking cessation operations comprise operations for improving the smoking difficulty of the smoker;
and executing corresponding smoking cessation control operation before the smoker carries out predicted future excessive smoking behavior.
For example, when driving, a smoker is accustomed to smoking in a time period of waiting for a green light at an intersection, and therefore, when the fact that the smoker waits for the green light at the intersection is predicted, the corresponding target hardware structure of the smoking cessation equipment, such as a switch structure, an ignition structure, an intelligent cigarette case, a cigarette holder and the like, is locked in advance according to a preset locking mode, or the smoker is enabled to be capable of opening the intelligent cigarette case only by logging in an APP corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment, so that the smoking difficulty of the smoker is improved.
Therefore, the alternative implementation mode can execute corresponding smoking cessation control operation before the predicted future abnormal behavior of the smoker, so as to improve the smoking difficulty of the smoker and effectively reduce the excessive smoking behavior of the smoker.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent control device for quitting smoking according to an embodiment of the present invention. The smoking cessation intelligent control device described in fig. 3 may be applied to the smoking cessation device or the related device of the smoking cessation device, and may also be applied to a cloud server (such as an intelligent smoking cessation platform) or a local server corresponding to the smoking cessation device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the intelligent control apparatus for quitting smoking may include:
the acquisition module 301 is used for acquiring user information of a smoker, smoking behavior data of the smoker automatically recorded in real time by the smoking cessation device, attribute parameters of the smoking cessation device, and platform set data of an intelligent smoking cessation platform for gathering smoking data of a plurality of smoking cessation users, wherein the user information comprises personal characteristic information of the smoker;
a determining module 302, configured to determine a decreasing smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoker according to the user information, the smoking behavior data, the attribute parameters, and the platform set data, where the decreasing smoking cessation scheme includes a target smoking cessation period corresponding to the smoker and smoking cessation planning parameters corresponding to each smoking cessation stage in the target smoking cessation period; and determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the decreasing smoking cessation scheme, wherein the equipment control parameters are used for controlling the equipment state of the smoking cessation equipment.
Therefore, the implementation of the device described in fig. 3 can generate a customized and reduced smoking cessation scheme for the smoking cessation device according to the acquired data of the smoking cessation person and the platform set data of the intelligent smoking cessation platform on the premise of not adding extra burden to the smoking cessation person, thereby reducing the capital and manpower and material costs of the smoking cessation person due to smoking cessation, improving the smoking cessation convenience of the smoking cessation person, and reducing the resistance of the smoking cessation user to the resistance of the smoking cessation and the smoking cessation habit by gradually reducing the smoking addiction degree of the smoking cessation person, thereby reducing the relapse rate after smoking cessation and effectively improving the smoking cessation success rate.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, for a target smoking cessation period, the smoking parameters in the smoking cessation plan parameters for each subsequent smoking cessation period are not higher than the smoking parameters in the smoking cessation plan parameters for its previous smoking cessation period.
It can be seen that the device described in fig. 3 can gradually reduce the smoking addiction degree of the smoker, further improve the adaptability of the smoker to the "smokeless state" after smoking cessation, further reduce the relapse rate after smoking cessation, and effectively improve the smoking cessation success rate.
In another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the smoking cessation plan parameters for each smoking cessation stage include a decrement level for the smoker in the smoking cessation stage, the decrement level for the smoker in the smoking cessation stage including a minimum smoking amount for the smoker if the smoking cessation stage satisfies the current smoking needs of the smoker;
and, the specific manner of determining the device control parameters corresponding to the quitting device by the determining module 302 according to the decreasing quitting scheme may include:
determining a smoking cessation parameter combination adapted to the smoker according to the decrement degree of the smoker in the current smoking cessation stage, wherein the smoking cessation parameter combination comprises a target filtering parameter and/or a target diluting parameter;
and determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the smoking cessation parameter combination.
It can be seen that the implementation of the device described in fig. 3 can also utilize the combination of the filtering parameters and the dilution parameters of the smoking cessation device to filter and dilute the harmful components inhaled by the smoker, thereby improving the control dimension and precision of the smoking cessation device on the smoking amount, gradually reducing the concentration of the harmful components such as nicotine inhaled by the smoker while reducing the smoking cessation reaction of the smoker as much as possible, so as to gradually reduce the dependence degree of the smoker on the cigarette, being beneficial to improving the comfort degree of the smoker during the smoking cessation process, and improving the smoking cessation acceptance of the smoker both physically and psychologically.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in figure 3, the smoking behavior data includes smoking preference information for the smoker;
and, the specific manner of determining the device control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation device by the determining module 302 according to the smoking cessation parameter combination may include:
determining a first control parameter corresponding to a filter structure of smoking cessation equipment as an equipment control parameter corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the target filter parameter and the smoking preference information, wherein the first control parameter comprises filter strength corresponding to the filter structure and/or filter materials corresponding to the filter structure, the filter structure is provided with an electronic identifier for uniquely marking each filter strength and/or each filter material and monitoring the residual service life of the filter structure, and the electronic identifier is used for establishing an association relationship with a central control host of the smoking cessation equipment; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
and determining the air intake amount corresponding to the smoking cessation device according to the target dilution parameter, and determining a second control parameter corresponding to the dilution structure of the smoking cessation device according to the air intake amount to serve as a device control parameter corresponding to the smoking cessation device, wherein the second control parameter comprises an air inlet opening value corresponding to the dilution structure and/or an air pump working parameter corresponding to the dilution structure.
It can be seen that the implementation of the device described in fig. 3 also enables the filter material and the filter grade to be determined according to the filter parameters and the preference information of the smoker, so as to realize the precise control of the filter structure, and is beneficial to improving the comfort of the smoker in the smoking cessation process, and also enables the air inlet opening value and the air pump parameters to be determined according to the air inlet amount matched with the dilution parameters, so as to realize the precise control of the dilution structure.
In yet another optional embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the acquisition module 301 is further configured to acquire smoking monitoring parameters of the smoking cessation person in a target time period in the step-down smoking cessation scheme, where the target time period includes a target smoking cessation period or a smoking cessation consolidation period after the target smoking cessation period ends, and for the target smoking cessation period, the smoking monitoring parameters include target smoking behavior parameters of the smoking cessation person automatically recorded in real time by the smoking cessation device, and for the smoking cessation consolidation period, the smoking monitoring parameters include one or more biochemical index parameters associated with smoking behavior in the smoking cessation person collected by the target detection device;
the determining module 302 is further configured to determine an actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker according to the smoking monitoring parameters.
It can be seen that the implementation of the device depicted in fig. 3 also enables the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker to be determined by monitoring smoking monitoring parameters of the smoker during or after smoking cessation, thereby accurately detecting whether the smoker is keeping smoking cessation behavior according to a smoking cessation scheme, further improving the success rate of smoking cessation and reducing the relapse rate after smoking cessation.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the specific manner in which the determining module 302 determines the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker based on the smoking monitoring parameters may include:
determining a target judgment parameter, wherein the target judgment parameter comprises a smoking monitoring parameter and/or an actual inhalation amount corresponding to a target substance determined according to the smoking monitoring parameter, and the target substance comprises one or more compounds generated after the cigarette is combusted;

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:
the updating module 303 is configured to update the device control parameter according to a device control operation when detecting the device control operation triggered by a target person for the smoking cessation device, where the target person includes a smoking cessation person or a smoking cessation holder corresponding to the smoking cessation person;

It can be seen that the implementation of the device depicted in fig. 4 can update the device control parameters according to the regulation and control operation of the smoker or the smoking cessation holder thereof, so as to realize the manual control of the smoking cessation device, improve the matching degree of the device state and the smoking cessation holder intention, and be favorable for improving the comfort degree of the smoker in the smoking cessation process, and execute the operation content of the manual control only when the priority of the manual control is higher than that of the automatic control, thereby being favorable for reducing the occurrence of smoking cessation failure caused by poor self-control ability or low smoking cessation intention of the smoker.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the determining module 302 is further configured to determine a remaining adjustable and controllable number of times that the smoker is allowed to manually adjust and control the smoking cessation device in the target smoking cessation period or the current smoking cessation stage before the updating module updates the device control parameter according to the device adjustment and control operation, and when the remaining adjustable and controllable number of times is greater than 0, the updating module 303 is triggered to perform the above operation of updating the device control parameter according to the device adjustment and control operation;
the updating module 303 is further configured to update the remaining adjustable times of the smoker according to the operation of purchasing the adjustable times when detecting that the smoker purchases the adjustable times from the intelligent smoking cessation platform or the user accounts of other smoking cessation users of the intelligent smoking cessation platform, which is triggered manually or automatically due to exhaustion of the adjustable times; and/or when detecting that the smoking cessation person triggers and selling the regulation and control times to other smoking cessation users of the intelligent smoking cessation platform, updating the remaining regulation and control times of the smoking cessation person according to the regulation and control times selling operation.

matching sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the user information with sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in historical smoking information of the smoking quitter to obtain a longitudinal analysis result corresponding to the smoking quitter, wherein the historical smoking information at least comprises historical smoking behavior data which is automatically recorded by the smoking quitter in real time in the process that the smoking quitter uses the smoking quitter;
and determining a decreasing smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoker according to the equipment parameters of the smoking cessation equipment and the analysis result corresponding to the smoker, wherein the analysis result comprises a transverse analysis result and/or a longitudinal analysis result.
It can be seen that the device described in fig. 4 can also be implemented to transversely analyze the same points and different points of the quitter and other quitters so as to generate a quitting scheme matched with the quitter according to the quitting experiences of other quitters, and by longitudinally analyzing the current and previous smoking behavior data of the quitter, the device is beneficial to avoiding factors causing the quitter to fail the previous quitting experiences and improving the quitting success rate of the quitter.
Example four
The embodiment of the invention discloses smoking cessation equipment which comprises a filtering structure, a diluting structure, a communication structure, an information acquisition structure and a central control host.
The filter structure may include a variety of filter materials and a variety of filter strengths that may be manually and/or automatically changed for filtering one or more compounds produced upon combustion of the cigarette.
The dilution structure may include at least one of an air valve that is manually and/or automatically adjustable in opening value, and an air pump that is manually and/or automatically adjustable, the dilution structure being for diluting gas inhaled by the smoker while smoking the smoker.
The information collection structure may include one or more sensors, and the information collection structure is configured to automatically collect real-time smoking behavior data of the smoker when using the smoking cessation device and corresponding environmental parameters, wherein the collection granularity of smoking behavior in the real-time smoking behavior data may include a smoking mouth number granularity, and the collection granularity of smoking time in the real-time smoking behavior data may include a second-level granularity.
Optionally, the environmental parameters may include one or more of macro-environmental parameters, meso-environmental parameters, micro-environmental parameters when the smoker is smoking. Still further optionally, the macroscopic environmental parameters may include one or more of ambient temperature, ambient humidity, weather, and the like; the mesoscopic environment parameters can comprise one or more of location parameters of the smoker, social environment parameters (such as personnel information of other people who smoke in a group with the smoker), and the like; the micro-environmental parameters may include one or more of internal environmental parameters (such as oral cavity temperature, oral cavity humidity, one or more internal biochemical index parameters, etc.) of the smoker, emotional environmental parameters (such as pulse, body temperature, etc.) of the smoker, etc.
The central control host can be used for controlling parameters of the filtering structure and the diluting structure, receiving the acquisition result of the information acquisition structure, and communicating with the terminal equipment of the smoker and/or the smoking cessation platform.
The communication structure can comprise an internal communication structure and an external communication structure, the internal communication structure can comprise a first communication medium between the filter structure and the central control host, a second communication medium between the dilution structure and the central control host, and a third communication medium between the information acquisition structure and the central control host, the external communication structure comprises a fourth communication medium between the central control host and the terminal device of the smoker or the intelligent smoking cessation platform, wherein the first communication medium can comprise an electronic identifier for uniquely marking the filter material and/or the filter strength and monitoring the remaining service life of the filter material and/or the filter strength, optionally, the electronic identifier can be an electronic tag based on any communication mode such as RFID, bluetooth, NFC, and the fourth communication medium can be a communication medium based on any communication mode such as Bluetooth, wiFi, GPRS, EDGE.
Still further optionally, the smoking cessation device may further include a switch structure, an ignition structure, an intelligent cigarette case, and other hardware structures.
The smoking cessation device is used for executing the steps of the intelligent control method for smoking cessation described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment of the invention.
Therefore, the smoking cessation device can accurately acquire the smoking behavior data of the smoking cessation person on the premise of not adding extra burden to the smoking cessation person, reduce the smoking amount of the smoking cessation person by filtering and diluting harmful substances after cigarette burning, reduce the capital and manpower and material cost consumed by the smoking cessation person for smoking cessation, improve the smoking cessation convenience of the smoking cessation person, gradually reduce the smoking addiction degree of the smoking cessation person through the smoking cessation device, reduce the resistance psychology of the smoking cessation user to smoking cessation and the smoking cessation resistance generated by the smoking cessation habit, reduce the relapse rate after smoking cessation and effectively improve the smoking cessation success rate.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another intelligent control device for quitting smoking according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the intelligent control apparatus for stopping smoking may include:
a memory 401 storing executable program code;
a processor 402 coupled with the memory 401;
the processor 402 calls the executable program code stored in the memory 401 to execute the steps of the intelligent control method for quitting smoking as described in the first or second embodiment of the invention.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer storage medium, which stores computer instructions, and when the computer instructions are called, the computer instructions are used for executing the steps in the intelligent control method for quitting smoking described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment of the invention.

An embodiment of the invention discloses a computer program product, which comprises a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to cause a computer to perform the steps in the intelligent control method for smoking cessation described in embodiment one or embodiment two.

Claims (15)

1. An intelligent control method for quitting smoking, characterized in that the method comprises:
collecting user information of a smoker, smoking behavior data of the smoker, attribute parameters of the smoking cessation device and platform set data of an intelligent smoking cessation platform for gathering smoking data of a plurality of smoking cessation users, wherein the smoking cessation data are automatically recorded by the smoking cessation device in real time, and the user information comprises personal characteristic information of the smoker;
determining a decreasing smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoker according to the user information, the smoking behavior data, the attribute parameters and the platform set data, wherein the decreasing smoking cessation scheme comprises a target smoking cessation period corresponding to the smoker and smoking cessation planning parameters corresponding to each smoking cessation stage in the target smoking cessation period;
and determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking quitting equipment according to the decreasing smoking quitting scheme, wherein the equipment control parameters are used for controlling the equipment state of the smoking quitting equipment.
2. The intelligent control method of quitting smoking of claim 1, wherein for the target quitting smoking period, a smoking parameter in the quitting smoking plan parameters for each subsequent quitting smoking period is not higher than a smoking parameter in the quitting smoking plan parameters for its previous quitting smoking period.
3. The intelligent control method for quitting smoking according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the smoking cessation plan parameter corresponding to each smoking cessation stage comprises a decrement degree corresponding to the smoking cessation stage of the smoker, and the decrement degree corresponding to the smoking cessation stage of the smoker comprises the lowest smoking amount of the smoker under the condition that the current smoking requirement of the smoker is met in the smoking cessation stage;
and determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the decreasing smoking cessation scheme, wherein the equipment control parameters comprise:
determining a smoking cessation parameter combination matched with the smoker according to the decrement degree of the smoker in the current smoking cessation stage, wherein the smoking cessation parameter combination comprises a target filtering parameter and/or a target diluting parameter;
and determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the smoking cessation parameter combination.
4. The intelligent control method for quitting smoking according to claim 3, wherein the smoking behavior data comprises smoking preference information of the smoker;
and determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the smoking cessation parameter combination, wherein the equipment control parameters comprise:
determining a first control parameter corresponding to a filter structure of the smoking cessation device according to the target filter parameter and the smoking preference information, wherein the first control parameter comprises filter strength corresponding to the filter structure and/or filter materials corresponding to the filter structure, the filter structure has an electronic identifier for uniquely marking each filter strength and/or each filter material and monitoring the residual service life of the filter structure, and the electronic identifier is used for establishing an association relationship with a central control host of the smoking cessation device; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
and determining an air intake amount corresponding to the smoking cessation device according to the target dilution parameter, and determining a second control parameter corresponding to a dilution structure of the smoking cessation device according to the air intake amount to serve as a device control parameter corresponding to the smoking cessation device, wherein the second control parameter comprises an air inlet opening value corresponding to the dilution structure and/or an air pump working parameter corresponding to the dilution structure.
5. The intelligent control method of quitting smoking according to any one of claims 1, 2, 4, characterized in that the method further comprises:
collecting smoking monitoring parameters of the abstaining tobacco users in a target time period in the decreasing type smoking cessation scheme, wherein the target time period comprises a target smoking cessation period or a smoking cessation consolidation period after the target smoking cessation period is ended, for the target smoking cessation period, the smoking monitoring parameters comprise target smoking behavior parameters of the abstaining tobacco users automatically recorded by the smoking cessation device in real time, and for the smoking cessation consolidation period, the smoking monitoring parameters comprise one or more of biochemical index parameters which are collected by a target detection device and are related to smoking behaviors in the abstaining tobacco users;
and determining the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker according to the smoking cessation monitoring parameters.
6. The intelligent control method for quitting smoking according to claim 5, wherein the determining the actual quitting smoking effect of the smoker according to the smoking monitoring parameters comprises:
determining a target decision parameter, wherein the target decision parameter comprises the smoking monitoring parameter and/or an actual inhaled quantity corresponding to a target substance determined according to the smoking monitoring parameter, and the target substance comprises one or more compounds generated after the cigarette burns;
comparing the target judgment parameter with a preset parameter threshold corresponding to the target time period to obtain a comparison result, wherein the preset parameter threshold comprises a sub-preset parameter threshold corresponding to each smoking cessation stage in the target smoking cessation period, the preset parameter threshold comprises a parameter threshold corresponding to no smoking behavior in the target smoking cessation consolidation period, and the parameter threshold corresponding to no smoking behavior comprises a standard value of a biochemical index measured in advance based on a scientific research experiment;
and determining the actual smoking cessation effect of the smoker according to the comparison result.
7. An intelligent control method for smoking cessation according to any one of claims 1, 2, 4 and 6, wherein the method further comprises:
when equipment regulation and control operation triggered by a target person aiming at the smoking quitting equipment is detected, updating the equipment control parameters according to the equipment regulation and control operation, wherein the target person comprises the smoking quitting person or a smoking quitting supporter corresponding to the smoking quitting person;
and, before the updating the plant control parameter according to the plant regulation operation, the method further comprises:
determining control priority information of the smoker regarding the smoking cessation device, the control priority information including a first priority of manual control and a second priority of automatic control;
and when the control priority information indicates that the first priority is higher than the second priority, triggering and executing the operation of updating the equipment control parameters according to the equipment regulation and control operation.
8. The intelligent control method of quitting smoking as claimed in claim 7, wherein prior to said updating of said device control parameters in accordance with said device regulation operations, said method further comprises:
determining a remaining adjustable number of times that the smoker is allowed to manually adjust the smoking cessation device within the target smoking cessation period or within a current smoking cessation stage;
when the residual adjustable times are larger than 0, triggering and executing the operation for updating the equipment control parameters according to the equipment adjustment and control operation;
and, the method further comprises:
when the operation of manually or automatically triggering the smoking cessation person to purchase the regulation and control times from the intelligent smoking cessation platform or user accounts of other smoking cessation users of the intelligent smoking cessation platform due to exhaustion of the self-regulation and control times is detected, updating the residual regulation and control times of the smoking cessation person according to the operation of the purchase and control times; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
and when detecting that the smoking cessation person triggers the operation of selling the regulation and control times to other smoking cessation users of the intelligent smoking cessation platform, updating the residual regulation and control times of the smoking cessation person according to the operation of selling the regulation and control times.
9. The intelligent control method for quitting smoking as claimed in claim 7, wherein the determining the control priority information of the smoker about the quit smoking device comprises:
determining control priority information of the smoker about the smoking cessation device according to the personal characteristic information, wherein the personal characteristic information comprises one or more of self-control ability information, target substance dependence, smoking cessation readiness, a smoking cessation reaction, smoking cessation urgency, user preference information, smoking cessation reasons, sign information of the smoker;
and updating the device control parameters according to the device regulation and control operation, including:
determining the regulation and control direction and the regulation and control degree of the smoking quitting progress of the smoker by the equipment regulation and control operation;
updating the equipment control parameters according to the regulation and control direction, the regulation and control degree and smoking cessation planning parameters corresponding to adjacent smoking cessation stages of the current smoking cessation stage of the smoker, wherein when the regulation and control direction indicates that the equipment regulation and control operation is used for accelerating the smoking cessation progress, the adjacent smoking cessation stages comprise the next adjacent smoking cessation stages, and when the regulation and control direction indicates that the equipment regulation and control operation is used for slowing the smoking cessation progress, the adjacent smoking cessation stages comprise the previous adjacent smoking cessation stages.
10. The intelligent control method of quitting smoking as claimed in claim 5, further comprising:
when the actual smoking cessation effect shows that excessive smoking behaviors which do not meet smoking cessation conditions exist in the target time period, determining relevant information corresponding to the excessive smoking behaviors, wherein the relevant information comprises one or more of time information, place information, smoking scenes and smoking emotions corresponding to the excessive smoking behaviors;
determining smoking inducement corresponding to the excessive smoking behavior according to the correlation information;
and determining a behavior correction scheme corresponding to the excessive smoking behavior according to the smoking inducement, and sending related information of the behavior correction scheme to the intelligent terminal of the smoking quitting person and/or a smoking quitting supporter corresponding to the smoking quitting person so as to correct the excessive smoking behavior.
11. The intelligent control method for stopping smoking according to any one of claims 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 10, wherein the platform set data of the intelligent smoking cessation platform comprises smoking information of other smoking cessation users except the smoker in the intelligent smoking cessation platform and/or historical smoking information of the smoker;
and determining a decreasing smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoker according to the user information, the smoking behavior data, the attribute parameters and the platform set data, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
matching the user information and the sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the smoking behavior data with the sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the smoking information of other smoking quitting users to obtain a transverse analysis result corresponding to the smoking quitting user, wherein the smoking information of the other smoking quitting users at least comprises the smoking behavior data of the other smoking quitting users; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
matching the user information and the sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the smoking cessation data with the sub-information corresponding to each information identifier in the historical smoking information of the smoking cessation person to obtain a longitudinal analysis result corresponding to the smoking cessation person, wherein the historical smoking information at least comprises the historical smoking cessation data automatically recorded by the smoking cessation device in real time in the process that the smoking cessation person uses the smoking cessation device;
and determining a decreasing smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoking cessation device according to the device parameters of the smoking cessation device and the analysis result corresponding to the smoking cessation device, wherein the analysis result comprises the transverse analysis result and/or the longitudinal analysis result.
12. An intelligent control device for smoking cessation, the device comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring user information of a smoker, smoking behavior data of the smoker, attribute parameters of the smoking cessation equipment and platform set data of an intelligent smoking cessation platform for gathering smoking data of a plurality of smoking cessation users, which are automatically recorded by the smoking cessation equipment in real time, and the user information comprises personal characteristic information of the smoker;
a determining module, configured to determine a decreasing smoking cessation scheme matched with the smoker according to the user information, the smoking behavior data, the attribute parameters, and the platform set data, where the decreasing smoking cessation scheme includes a target smoking cessation period corresponding to the smoker and smoking cessation plan parameters corresponding to each smoking cessation stage in the target smoking cessation period; and determining equipment control parameters corresponding to the smoking cessation equipment according to the decreasing type smoking cessation scheme, wherein the equipment control parameters are used for controlling the equipment state of the smoking cessation equipment.
13. A smoking cessation device is characterized by comprising a filtering structure, a diluting structure, a communication structure, an information acquisition structure and a central control host;
the filter structure comprises a plurality of filter materials which can be manually and/or automatically changed and a plurality of filter intensities, and is used for filtering one or more compounds generated after the cigarette burns;
the diluting structure comprises at least one of an air valve capable of manually and/or automatically adjusting the opening value and an air pump capable of manually and/or automatically adjusting, and is used for diluting gas inhaled by a smoker when smoking the smoker;
the information acquisition structure comprises one or more sensors and is used for automatically acquiring real-time smoking behavior data and corresponding environment parameters of the smoker when using the smoking cessation equipment, wherein the acquisition granularity of smoking behavior in the real-time smoking behavior data comprises smoking mouth number granularity, and the acquisition granularity of smoking time in the real-time smoking behavior data comprises second-level granularity;
the communication structure comprises an internal communication structure and an external communication structure, the internal communication structure comprises a first communication medium between the filter structure and the central control host, a second communication medium between the dilution structure and the central control host, and a third communication medium between the information acquisition structure and the central control host, the external communication structure comprises a fourth communication medium between the central control host and the terminal equipment of the smoker or an intelligent smoking cessation platform, wherein the first communication medium comprises an electronic identifier for uniquely marking each filter material and/or each filter strength and monitoring the remaining service life of the filter material and/or each filter strength;
wherein the smoking cessation device is for performing the intelligent control method of smoking cessation as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
14. An intelligent control device for smoking cessation, the device comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor invokes the executable program code stored in the memory to perform the intelligent control method of quitting smoking as claimed in any one of claims 1-11.
15. A computer storage medium storing computer instructions which, when invoked, perform an intelligent control method of quitting smoking according to any one of claims 1-11.
