after receiving the suction reducing plan, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform sends the suction reducing plan to one or more intelligent cigarette boxes, wherein if the user terminal is associated with one intelligent cigarette box through the auxiliary smoking cessation platform, the suction reducing plan is sent to one intelligent cigarette box, and if the user terminal is associated with a plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes through the auxiliary smoking cessation platform, the suction reducing plan is respectively sent to the plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes.
103. The user performs a smoking cessation program based on the user terminal, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform, and the one or more intelligent cigarette boxes for smoking cessation.
After the intelligent cigarette boxes receive the smoking-reducing plan sent by the auxiliary smoking-stopping platform, a user can log in the auxiliary smoking-stopping platform through the user terminal, and smoking stopping is performed by using one or more intelligent cigarette boxes to execute the smoking-reducing plan.
Specifically, how the user performs the smoking cessation program through the user terminal and one or more intelligent cigarette boxes will be described in the following embodiments, and will not be described here again.
In the embodiment of the application, the user terminal is associated with one or more intelligent cigarette boxes through the auxiliary smoking stopping platform, the auxiliary smoking stopping platform receives the smoking reducing plan and then sends the smoking reducing plan to the one or more intelligent cigarette boxes, so that a user can stop smoking by executing the smoking reducing plan through the user terminal, the auxiliary smoking stopping platform and the one or more intelligent cigarette boxes, the user can gradually reduce the daily smoking amount, and the success rate of smoking stopping of the user is improved.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, if the user terminal is associated with a plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes through the auxiliary smoking cessation platform, a method for performing a smoking cessation plan by the user terminal and the plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes will be described below, referring to fig. 2, another embodiment of the method for assisting smoking cessation in the embodiment of the present application includes:
201. the auxiliary smoking cessation platform receives a smoking reduction plan;
202. the auxiliary smoking cessation platform sends the smoking reduction plan to a plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes;
the descriptions of steps 201-202 in the embodiment of the present application are similar to steps 101-102 in the embodiment of fig. 1, and are not repeated here.
203. The user performs a smoking cessation based on the user terminal, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform and the plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes to execute a smoking cessation plan;
because in the embodiment of the application, one user terminal is associated with a plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes, and each intelligent cigarette box stores the same suction reducing plan, a user can execute the same suction reducing plan based on the plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes.
As a specific application scenario:
the user can have a plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes at the same time, and the intelligent cigarette boxes and the user terminal are associated on the auxiliary smoking stopping platform, wherein the user can carry one intelligent cigarette box with him, and the intelligent smoking stopping platform is characterized by being small and portable, but small in stored cigarette quantity and specially used for outdoor scenes; the user can also place an intelligent cigarette box in the home and the office (or other fixed workplaces) respectively to meet the smoking demands of the user after returning home and working intermittence, and the intelligent cigarette box is characterized by being inconvenient to carry, but large in cigarette storage quantity so as to reduce the number of times of filling cigarettes, and in this way, the intelligent cigarette box meets the scene demands of the user with large smoking quantity.
204. If the user executes the suction reducing plan in any intelligent cigarette box through the user terminal, the auxiliary smoking stopping platform records the operation record of the user in any intelligent cigarette box and synchronizes the operation record to other intelligent cigarette boxes in the plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes, so that if the user executes the suction reducing plan in the other intelligent cigarette boxes in the plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes, the suction reducing plan is continuously executed based on the operation record.
If a user terminal associates a plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes at the same time, in order to enable a user to randomly rotate to continuously execute the same suction reducing plan on the plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes so as to avoid the problem that the user is disordered in plan when executing the suction reducing plan, in the embodiment of the application, when executing the suction reducing plan on any intelligent cigarette box through the user terminal, the user is assisted to record the operation record of the user on any intelligent cigarette box by the smoking stopping platform, and the operation record is synchronized to other intelligent cigarette boxes, so that the user can continuously execute the same suction reducing plan on the other intelligent cigarette boxes based on the same operation record, and the persistence and uniformity of the same suction reducing plan can be ensured for the user on the plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes.
For ease of understanding, the following is illustrative:
assuming that the user a associates 2 intelligent cigarette boxes on the auxiliary smoking stopping platform through the user terminal, namely the intelligent cigarette box 1 and the intelligent cigarette box 2 respectively, the auxiliary smoking stopping platform receives a smoking reducing plan of the user a, and assuming that the smoking reducing plan of the user a prescribes a daily rated quantity of 20 cigarettes at the current stage, a minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes is preset to be 40 minutes, the auxiliary smoking stopping platform sends the smoking reducing plan of the user a to the intelligent cigarette box 1 and the intelligent cigarette box 2 respectively, if the user a takes the 10 th cigarette of the current day from the intelligent cigarette box 1 through the user terminal on a certain day 12, the auxiliary smoking stopping platform records that the user a takes the 10 th cigarette from the intelligent cigarette box 1 on the current day 12 and synchronizes the cigarette taking record to the intelligent cigarette box 2, so that if the user a takes the cigarettes from the intelligent cigarette box 2 through the user terminal, the minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes is 40 minutes, which is required to be met based on the operation record of the intelligent cigarette box 1, namely, the user A can take the 11 th cigarette of the day from the intelligent cigarette box 2 after 40 minutes of the day 12, the record of the 11 th cigarette of the day taken by the user A on the intelligent cigarette box 2 is synchronized to the intelligent cigarette box 1, thus, when the user A randomly rotates to take cigarettes from the intelligent cigarette box 1 and the intelligent cigarette box 2, the minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes is required to be met for 40 minutes, the total number of the cigarettes taken by the user A on the day from the intelligent cigarette box 1 and the intelligent cigarette box 2 is not more than 20, the step of synchronizing the operation record on a plurality of intelligent cigarette boxes ensures that the user A executes the same smoking reducing plan through the intelligent cigarette box 1 and the intelligent cigarette box 2, the problem of disorder of the suction reducing plan is avoided.
205. When the user uses the intelligent cigarette box to execute the smoking-reducing plan, the auxiliary smoking stopping platform controls the intelligent cigarette box to display at least one of the current date and time, the last cigarette taking time, the next cigarette taking time and the current cigarette storage through the display screen.
In the smoking cessation process of the user, in order to help the user better control and adjust own smoking frequency so as to better adapt to the smoking reduction plan, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform can also control the intelligent cigarette box to display at least one of the current date and time, the last smoking taking time, the next smoking taking time and the current cigarette storage through the display screen when the user executes the smoking reduction plan through the intelligent cigarette box.
Because the last cigarette taking time, the next cigarette taking time and the current cigarette reserve are displayed, the user can be helped to timely master the information such as the current time, the current cigarette consumption quantity, the current remaining available cigarette quantity and the like in the smoking-reducing process, so that the user is helped to better adapt to a smoking-reducing plan, and the success rate of smoking cessation of the user is improved.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the following describes step 101 in the embodiment of fig. 1 in detail, please refer to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a detailed step of step 101 in the embodiment of fig. 1:
Specifically, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform is associated with one or more manager terminals in addition to one user terminal and one or more intelligent cigarette boxes, wherein each intelligent cigarette box corresponds to one or more manager terminals, so that one or more managers can provide services, supervision and encouragement for users to execute the smoking reduction plan.
Further, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform comprises an execution unit, and the manager terminal and the user terminal can communicate instantly through the execution unit, and the following information description is given to the process of receiving the smoking reduction plan by the auxiliary smoking cessation platform:
301. receiving a suction reducing plan input by a first manager terminal in an execution unit, wherein if one user terminal corresponds to a plurality of manager terminals, the first manager terminal is a manager terminal designated by the user terminal in the plurality of manager terminals;
specifically, the manager terminal is used as a service party and a supervision party of the user terminal, and one or more manager terminals can communicate with the user terminal through the execution unit in an instant mode and negotiate together to make a smoking-reducing plan so as to assist the user in smoking cessation. If one user terminal corresponds to a plurality of manager terminals, the first manager terminal is a terminal designated by the user terminal among the plurality of manager terminals, and if one user terminal corresponds to one manager terminal, the manager terminal automatically becomes the first manager terminal.
The aspiration schedule comprises one or more aspiration phases, a daily rated quantity corresponding to each aspiration phase and a use rule thereof, wherein the use rule comprises a common use right and a continuous use right.
302. And if the user terminal and other manager terminals except the first manager terminal agree to the suction reducing plan, storing the suction reducing plan into an auxiliary smoking stopping platform.
Because the first manager terminal and the other manager terminals manage and supervise the user terminal together, after the first manager terminal inputs the suction reducing plan to the execution unit, if the user terminal and the other manager terminals except the first manager terminal agree to the suction reducing plan, the suction reducing plan is stored to the auxiliary smoking stopping platform, otherwise, the first manager terminal is required to modify the suction reducing plan and input the suction reducing plan to the execution unit again until the user terminal and the other manager terminals except the first manager terminal agree to the suction reducing plan.
Specifically, because the execution unit supports instant messaging, if the suction-reducing plan input by the first manager terminal fails to obtain the total agreements of the user terminal and the other manager terminals except the first manager terminal, the user terminal and the total manager terminals can communicate and negotiate in the execution unit to form a new suction-reducing plan until the suction-reducing plan input by the first manager terminal obtains the total agreements of the user terminal and the other manager terminals except the first manager terminal, if any one of the user terminal and the other manager terminals except the first manager terminal agrees with the suction-reducing plan, an agreeing button can be triggered in the execution unit, and if the agreeing button is triggered in the execution unit by the user terminal and the other manager terminals except the first manager terminal, the suction-reducing plan is stored to the auxiliary smoking stopping platform.
In the embodiment of the application, the user terminal and the manager terminal can perform instant communication through the execution unit, so that the first manager terminal can make a suction reducing plan suitable for the user based on the individual condition (such as the smoking amount, the health state, the smoking stopping wish of the user per se and the like) of the user, and perform communication negotiation with the user terminal and other manager terminals through the execution unit to obtain the whole agreement passing of the suction reducing plan, on one hand, the individual requirements of the user are fully attended, the suction reducing plan made for the user is on the premise of obtaining the user agreement, the suction reducing plan is provided with full executability, the enthusiasm of the user stopping smoking is improved, on the other hand, the right of each manager terminal to participate in making the suction reducing plan is given to give full play to the participation feeling and the supervision function of each manager in the process of assisting the user stopping smoking.
Based on the aspiration schedule in fig. 3, the aspiration schedule is described in detail below:
the aspiration schedule includes one or more aspiration phases, a daily rated amount corresponding to each aspiration phase, and usage rules thereof, wherein the usage rules include common usage rights and continuous usage rights.
Specifically, the common usage right is that if a preset minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes is met within a daily rated quantity, and a cigarette taking button on a trigger user terminal is detected at any moment, the intelligent cigarette box is controlled to push one cigarette to a user each time.
Further, within the daily rated amount, the continuous usage right comprises one or more times, wherein the single continuous usage right comprises N continuous cigarette taking times, N is more than or equal to 2, the single continuous usage right is any time within a preset minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes taking times, the cigarette taking button on the triggering user terminal is detected, the intelligent cigarette box is controlled to push one cigarette to the user, and at any time from the current time, the cigarette taking button on the triggering user terminal is detected, the intelligent cigarette box is controlled to push one cigarette to the user every time within N-1 times until the use of the N continuous cigarette taking times of the current continuous usage right is finished.
For ease of understanding, the following is illustrative:
the suction-reducing plan is first formulated to define one or more suction-reducing phases for the user, and a daily rated amount corresponding to each suction-reducing phase, for example: the smoking-reducing plan of the user A comprises 20 smoking-reducing stages, each smoking-reducing stage is set to be one month, wherein the daily rated quantity of the first smoking-reducing stage is 20 cigarettes, the daily rated quantity of the second smoking-reducing stage is 19 cigarettes, the daily rated quantity of each later smoking-reducing stage is decremented by 1 cigarette on the basis of the previous smoking-reducing stage, the user A is given enough adaptation time in each smoking-reducing stage by virtue of the gentle smoking-reducing rhythm, and under the initiative smoking-reducing wish of the user A and the service, supervision and encouragement provided by a manager, the daily smoking quantity of the user A is reduced stage by stage, and the habit of continuous smoking-reducing is developed, so that the smoking-reducing aim is finally realized.
Further, the normal use right and the continuous use right are set for the daily rated quantity of each suction reducing stage,
specifically, the common usage right is to subtract the time that the user cannot smoke (such as sleep stage and other time that the user cannot smoke) from 24 hours per day according to the life rule of the user within the rated daily amount, define the remaining time as the time that the user can smoke, and combine the rated daily amount and the time that the user can smoke to define the minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoke taking of the user from the intelligent cigarette box, wherein the minimum time interval is used for controlling the smoking frequency of the user, and the minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoke taking of the user is defined, so that the minimum time interval value is not excessively large, so that the user has a sufficient opportunity to use the rated daily amount, and meanwhile, the minimum time interval value is not excessively small, so as to prevent the user from using the rated daily amount too early in one day.
Specifically, the common right of use means as follows: the daily rated quantity of each smoking reduction stage is set, according to the daily rated quantity and the life rule of a user, only the minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoking reduction stages is regulated, after the minimum time interval is met, the user has the right to take a cigarette at any time, besides, no other limiting regulation is made on the smoking reduction of the user, including no regulation on the specific time of any smoking reduction of the user, and the user is allowed to take the cigarette immediately after the minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoking reduction stages is reached, so that the user has the right to delay the time of each smoking reduction, the time of the smoking reduction is not limited, the daily rated quantity of the current day cannot be used up by the user after the user actively delays the smoking reduction time one or more times in one day, and the result is not harmful to the user experience because the user is actively selected, but the smoking reduction progress of the user can be accelerated, and the smoking reduction target is realized more quickly.
Such as: assuming that the daily rated quantity of the user A is 20 cigarettes, the daily sleeping time is 8 hours, the daily smokable time is 16 hours, if 20 cigarettes are uniformly distributed within 16 hours, the time interval of 20 smoking taking rights which are used up by the user A in the average time within 16 hours is 19 segments, the average time interval is about 50 minutes, the average time interval calculated by the method is called the maximum time interval for conveniently describing the daily rated quantity using rule, if the time interval between every two adjacent smoking taking times of the user A is regulated to be 50 minutes, the smoking taking rights of the user A become very mechanical, and the flexibility is lacking, namely the user A must take the first cigarette of the current day immediately at the first time after the end of daily sleeping, and take one cigarette immediately after the maximum time interval is reached, otherwise, the user A cannot use up the daily rated quantity, so that the user A experiences bad smoking stopping smoking and hurts the rated quantity.
In order to give the user A great flexibility of smoking, according to the daily rated quantity of 20 cigarettes and the daily smokable time of 16 hours in the current stage, the minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoking is set to 40 minutes for the user A below the maximum time interval of 50 minutes, so that the user A can flexibly use the time freedom of the daily rated quantity, and the user A can be prevented from using up the daily rated quantity too early in one day. User a follows the rule of 40 minutes of minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarette taking, has more abundant time in the day and uses up 20 cigarettes of rated quantity every day flexibly, if user a actively chooses to delay the cigarette taking time once or a plurality of times in the day, user a can possibly not use up the rated quantity every day, thereby accelerating the progress of smoking reduction and enabling the smoking cessation goal to be realized more quickly.
Because the minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoke taking is strictly set for the user under the common use right, the continuous smoking requirement generated occasionally by the user in one day cannot be effectively solved in the actual life scene, and therefore, the continuous use right is set. Within the limit of the daily rated quantity, the continuous use right is set, so that the user can arrange the smoking rhythm more freely and flexibly according to the living rule, smoking habit and different specific living scenes of each day.
The continuous use right is not limited by the minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes under the common use right, a user can exercise the continuous use right in the minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes, and further, the continuous use right comprises one or more times in a daily rated quantity, wherein the single continuous use right comprises N continuous cigarette taking times, and N is more than or equal to 2;
responding to the single continuous use right, if a cigarette taking button triggering the user terminal is detected at any time in a preset minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes taking, controlling the intelligent cigarette box to push one cigarette to the user, and at any time from the current time, controlling the intelligent cigarette box to push one cigarette to the user every time in N-1 times until N continuous cigarette taking times of the current continuous use right are used.
Such as: assuming that the daily rated quantity of the user A at the current stage is 20 cigarettes, the minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes under the common use right is 40 minutes, and 1 cigarette is taken every time, meanwhile, three continuous use rights are set for the user A every day, the number of times of taking cigarettes for each single continuous use right is three, and one cigarette is taken every time. If the user a takes the sixth cigarette on the day 12 completely, before the user a does not use the continuous use right on the day, then the 12.10 minutes on the day detects the cigarette taking button triggering the user end, and the time interval is 10 minutes from the 12-hour to the 12.10 minutes, if the minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes under the ordinary use right is 40 minutes, the user a is judged to start the first continuous use right on the day, the intelligent cigarette box is controlled to push one cigarette (the seventh cigarette on the day) to the user a, and the first cigarette which is taken for the first continuous use right on the day is recorded.
Further, within 20 times per day, the user a has the right to choose to exercise the continuous usage right at any time in the day until the continuous usage right owned by the user a is used up, and the user a may choose to discard all or one or two times of the continuous usage right in the day, and the user a may choose to resume the exercise of the normal usage right after the continuous usage right is used up once, i.e. the user a may use the continuous usage right in three times in the day at intervals, or may continue to choose to exercise the next continuous usage right after the continuous usage right is used up until the continuous usage right owned by the user a in the day is used up.
The general use right and the continuous use right of the daily rated quantity are described in detail above, and the general use right and the continuous use right are mutually complemented in the process of assisting a user to quit smoking, wherein the general use right prescribes the minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoking taking times of the user, so that the problem that the smoking quitting plan of the user is disturbed due to the fact that the user uses up the daily rated quantity too early in one day can be avoided, and the continuous use right endows the user with the right of flexibly arranging smoking rhythm according to different specific life scenes of the user in one day, and the user experience is improved, thereby further improving the success rate of smoking quitting of the user.
Further, in the above embodiment, the common usage right and the continuous usage right may be set at the same time or set separately, if the common usage right and the continuous usage right are set at the same time, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform may further determine the current selection of the user based on the following steps to match the needs of the user, and the following description will describe the determination process of the current usage right by the auxiliary smoking cessation platform, please refer to fig. 4:
401. if the common use right and the continuous use right are set at the same time and the continuous use right comprises single or multiple times, detecting whether to trigger a cigarette taking button on the user terminal in a preset minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes;
as a basic recognition standard, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform may detect whether to trigger a smoke taking button on the user terminal within a set minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoke taking operations of the user.
402. If the cigarette taking button triggered on the user terminal is detected within the preset minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes taking, the user terminal is identified to be running the continuous use right currently, and after the use of N continuous cigarette taking times in the continuous use right at the present time is finished, the step of detecting whether the cigarette taking button triggered on the user terminal is triggered again until the use of the continuous use right times is finished;
If the auxiliary smoking cessation platform detects a cigarette taking button on the user terminal in a preset minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes taking, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform recognizes that the user is currently exercising the continuous use right, and after the N continuous cigarette taking times in the current continuous use right are finished, the step of detecting whether the cigarette taking button on the user terminal is triggered again until the times of the continuous use right are finished.
403. And if the cigarette taking button triggering the user terminal is not detected within the preset minimum time interval between every two adjacent cigarettes, identifying that the common use right is currently exercised.
If the auxiliary smoking cessation platform does not detect the smoke taking button on the trigger user terminal within the preset minimum time interval between every two adjacent smoke taking steps, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform is identified as the current common use right.
In this embodiment, when setting up ordinary right of use and continuous right of use simultaneously for the user, supplementary platform of stopping smoking can carry out intelligent judgement to the authority that the user is currently exercising, accurate discernment and satisfy the user demand, promotes user experience, improves the success rate that the user stopped smoking.
Based on the objective of facilitating the user to develop a continuous smoking-reducing habit to finally achieve the smoking cessation, in order to avoid the situation that the user does not use the daily rated amount on the same day and adds the daily rated amount balance on the same day to the next day of use, and the smoking amount of the user on the next day exceeds the daily rated amount limit, the following steps may be further performed, referring to fig. 5, where another embodiment of the method for assisting smoking cessation in the embodiment of the present application includes:
501. And resetting the daily rated quantity in a resetting way every day at a preset moment.
In order to avoid that when the user does not use the daily rated quantity on the same day, the daily rated quantity balance on the same day is accumulated to be used on the next day, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform can reset the daily rated quantity reset at a preset moment every day, wherein the reset is to execute the reset action on the daily rated quantity balance on the same day before the current moment, reset is to reset the daily rated quantity on the same day at the current moment, so that the user can strictly follow the daily rated quantity to execute the smoking reduction plan, no smoking quantity rebound occurs in the smoking cessation process, and the smoking cessation success rate is improved.
It should be noted that, the day before the current time and the day on which the current time is located do not necessarily correspond to a natural day, but may be calculated by taking 24 hours as a day, as an alternative embodiment, the preset daily rated quantity zero clearing reset time may be zero-minute every day, for example, the chinese market may determine the preset daily rated quantity zero clearing reset time as zero-minute every day of beijing time.
In this embodiment, the auxiliary smoking cessation platform resets the daily rated quantity at a preset time every day, so that a user can strictly follow the daily rated quantity to execute a smoking reduction plan, and the rebound of the smoking quantity in the smoking reduction process is avoided, thereby improving the success rate of smoking cessation.
