本发明公开了一种椭圆形线圈内部及出头的焊接方法,包括:判断待焊接线材的类型;针对直径1.25mm及以下的圆铜线,绞牢锡焊;针对直径1.25mm以上的圆铜线和厚度6mm及以下的扁铜线,采用对焊机对焊;针对厚度6mm以上的扁铜线,采用磷铜焊。从而确保焊接的质量和稳定度。

技术领域
本发明涉及变压器椭圆形线圈。
背景技术
变压器导线焊接时变压器制造过程中最重要的一道工序。焊接质量的好坏直接影响到变压器的最终质量。平时,针对不同导线采用不同的焊接方法,但是导线类别之间并没有一个清楚的划分,所以容易造成焊接质量低下,最终影响变压器的质量。同时,针对不同的焊接方式,焊接操作规范不全面,要凭操作人员的经验及发挥,焊接质量不够稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种椭圆形线圈内部及出头的焊接方法,确保焊接的质量和稳定度。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:
一种椭圆形线圈内部及出头的焊接方法,包括:
判断待焊接线材的类型;
根据待焊接线材的类型,分别采取以下操作:
针对直径1.25mm及以下的圆铜线,绞牢锡焊;
针对直径1.25mm以上的圆铜线和厚度6mm及以下的扁铜线,采用对焊机对焊;
针对厚度6mm以上的扁铜线,采用磷铜焊。
优选的,所述的绞牢锡焊,包括:
将铜线焊头锉去尖角,砂光,绞牢5-6圈且调平,使铜线焊头的尖向内;
在铜线焊头处涂上焊剂后,用电烙铁加热,把焊锡涂上,焊牢;
被焊接处冷却后,检查绞纽缝中是否粘满了焊锡,如果焊锡不饱满,则重焊;
将多余的焊锡、尖角、毛剌、烤焦和焊剂清理干净。
优选的,所述的对焊机对焊,包括:
将铜线断面锉平,并用砂纸砂光;
用对焊机上的焊嘴上的压块将铜线夹牢,使对接点位于两焊嘴的正中间,并尽力顶紧;
用钳子将铜线对接处校正平直,上下左右都不偏斜;
闭合开关使铜线加热,当铜线呈暗红色时,将硼砂撒在接头处,待铜线变成赤红色时,将银焊片在焊接处涂抹,并使它充满缝隙,然后切断电源;
待焊头冷却为黑色时,松开焊咀,取出铜线;
待冷却近于室温时,用手弯曲,如有断裂则重新焊接;
砂光焊头并磨圆,允许焊头稍粗,两边逐渐变细,去掉烤焦的绝缘。
优选的,所述的磷铜焊,包括:
剥去铜线端头的绝缘,使铜线露出60-80mm,搭接面积大于或等于铜线截面的3—5倍;
焊接前将钳口炭精锉平,用焊钳将铜线夹牢使焊嘴炭精块位于两铜线的中间,并尽力夹紧;
将焊接处的铜线校正平直,使左右都不偏斜,并在铜线上钳口两侧缠绕湿石棉绳,开启电源进行焊接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明区别待焊接线材的种类,明确划分临界值,选定对应的焊接方式,并规范各焊接方式的操作步骤,有效确保了焊接的质量和焊接的稳定度。

下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1,本发明的椭圆形线圈内部及出头的焊接方法,包括下列步骤:
步骤S1、判断待焊接线材的类型。
步骤S2、根据待焊接线材的类型,分别采取以下操作:
针对直径1.25mm及以下的圆铜线,绞牢锡焊,包括:
步骤S211,将铜线焊头锉去尖角,砂光,绞牢5-6圈且调平,使铜线焊头的尖向内。
步骤S212,在铜线焊头处涂上焊剂后,用电烙铁加热,把焊锡涂上,焊牢。
步骤S213,被焊接处冷却后,检查绞纽缝中是否粘满了焊锡,如果焊锡不饱满,则重焊。
步骤S214,将多余的焊锡、尖角、毛剌、烤焦和焊剂清理干净。然后按椭圆形线圈绕制工艺包扎绝缘。
针对直径1.25mm以上的圆铜线和厚度6mm及以下的扁铜线,采用对焊机对焊,因为铜线厚度太薄不能用磷铜焊,具体包括:
步骤S221,将铜线断面锉平,并用砂纸砂光。
步骤S222,用对焊机上的焊嘴上的压块将铜线夹牢,使对接点位于两焊嘴的正中间,并尽力顶紧。
步骤S223,用钳子将铜线对接处校正平直,上下左右都不偏斜。
步骤S224,闭合开关使铜线加热,当铜线呈暗红色时,将硼砂撒在接头处,待铜线变成赤红色时,将银焊片在焊接处涂抹,并使它充满缝隙,然后切断电源。
步骤S225,待焊头冷却为黑色时,松开焊咀,取出铜线。
步骤S226,待冷却近于室温时,检查焊接是否良好,可用手弯曲,如有断裂则重新焊接。
步骤S227,砂光焊头并磨圆,允许焊头稍粗,两边逐渐变细,去掉烤焦的绝缘。
针对厚度6mm以上的扁铜线,采用磷铜焊。具体包括:
步骤S231,剥去铜线端头的绝缘,使铜线露出60-80mm,使焊接处接触良好,搭接面积大于或等于铜线截面的3—5倍。
步骤S232,焊接前将钳口炭精锉平,保证钳口炭精与铜线接触面平整,用焊钳将铜线夹牢使焊嘴炭精块位于两铜线的中间,并尽力夹紧。
步骤S233,将焊接处的铜线校正平直,使左右都不偏斜,并在铜线上钳口两侧缠绕湿石棉绳以防铜线受热时烧焦绝缘,开启电源进行焊接。

1.一种椭圆形线圈内部及出头的焊接方法,其特征在于,包括:
判断待焊接线材的类型;
根据待焊接线材的类型,分别采取以下操作:
针对直径1.25mm及以下的圆铜线,绞牢锡焊;
针对直径1.25mm以上的圆铜线和厚度6mm及以下的扁铜线,采用对焊机对焊;
针对厚度6mm以上的扁铜线,采用磷铜焊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆形线圈内部及出头的焊接方法,其特征在于,所述的绞牢锡焊,包括:
将铜线焊头锉去尖角,砂光,绞牢5-6圈且调平,使铜线焊头的尖向内;
在铜线焊头处涂上焊剂后,用电烙铁加热,把焊锡涂上,焊牢;
被焊接处冷却后,检查绞纽缝中是否粘满了焊锡,如果焊锡不饱满,则重焊;
将多余的焊锡、尖角、毛剌、烤焦和焊剂清理干净。
