本发明公开一种结构简单、成本低廉的风能海水淡化系统,有支架(3),在支架(3)的顶端安装有风轮(1),在支架(3)内有竖直的主轴(2),主轴(2)与水平设置的传动轴(4)相接,传动轴(4)与变速装置(5)相接,所述变速装置(5)的第一输出端带动水泵(6),水泵(6)的进口与海水进水管(7)相接,水泵(6)的出口与海水淡化装置(8)相接,所述变速发电装置(5)的第二输出端与发电机(15)相接,发电机(15)通过输电线(14)与储能装置(13)相接,储能装置(13)通过供电电缆(12)与控制系统(11)相接,控制系统(11)通过控制电缆(10)与海水淡化装置(8)中的电控元件相接。

风能海水淡化系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种海水淡化系统,尤其是一种结构简单、成本低廉的风能海水淡化系统。
背景技术
在远离陆地的海岛上工作或生活的人们,日常活动中需要消耗大量的淡水。从陆地用船只运输和铺设海底输水管道,则受到包括成本在内的许多条件的制约,因此就近取海水进行淡化成为比较现实的选项。目前,海水淡化主要采用反渗透膜法进行,而动力通常使用柴油发电机组或太阳能或风能来提供所需的电能,但整个系统结构复杂、投资大、维护运行成本较高,难以大规模推广。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种结构简单、成本低的风能海水淡化系统。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种风能海水淡化系统,有支架,在支架的顶端安装有风轮,在支架内有竖直的主轴,主轴与水平设置的传动轴相接,传动轴与变速装置相接,所述变速装置的第一输出端带动水泵,水泵的进口与海水进水管相接,水泵的出口与海水淡化装置相接,所述变速发电装置的第二输出端与发电机相接,发电机通过输电线与储能装置相接,储能装置通过供电电缆与控制系统相接,控制系统通过控制电缆与海水淡化装置中的电控元件相接。
本发明利用风轮直接通过变速装置驱动水泵工作,并同时驱动发电机将风能转化为电能储存到储能装置中,为电控系统供电,不用额外配备电源。结构简单、成本低廉,适用于风力资源丰富的离陆地距离较远且其他能源供给困难的海岛等环境海水淡化。

具体实施方式
本发明的风能海水淡化系统如图1所示:有支架3,在支架3的顶端安装有风轮1,在支架3内有竖直的主轴2,主轴2与水平设置的传动轴4相接,传动轴4与变速装置5相接,变速装置5的第一输出轴带动水泵6,水泵6的进口与海水进水管7相接,水泵6的出口与海水淡化装置8相接,变速发电装置5的第二输出轴与发电机15相接,发电机15通过输电线14与储能装置13相接,储能装置13通过供电电缆12与控制系统11相接,控制系统11通过控制电缆10与海水淡化装置8(反渗透膜装置)中的电磁阀等电控元件相接。
工作过程:
风能通过风轮1经由主轴2、传动轴4和变速装置5驱动水泵6和发电机15,水泵6为海水淡化装置提供工作用水,发电机15将风能转化为电能储存到储能装置13中,储能装置13供给控制系统11工作电能并储存多余的电能。控制系统11通过控制电缆10控制海水淡化装置8中的电磁阀等电控元件,实现海水淡化。

1.一种风能海水淡化系统,其特征在于:有支架(3),在支架(3)的顶端安装有风轮(1),在支架(3)内有竖直的主轴(2),主轴(2)与水平设置的传动轴(4)相接,传动轴(4)与变速装置(5)相接,所述变速装置(5)的第一输出端带动水泵(6),水泵(6)的进口与海水进水管(7)相接,水泵(6)的出口与海水淡化装置(8)相接,所述变速发电装置(5)的第二输出端与发电机(15)相接,发电机(15)通过输电线(14)与储能装置(13)相接,储能装置(13)通过供电电缆(12)与控制系统(11)相接,控制系统(11)通过控制电缆(10)与海水淡化装置(8)中的电控元件相接。
