Abstract

本发明提出一种碳纤维保温固化毡,包括内毡层、中毡层以及外毡层,内毡层及外毡层分别贴附于中毡层两侧,内毡层、中毡层及外毡层的密度依次降低,其厚度依次增加,其中,内毡层采用碳/碳复合材料板充任,中毡层以及外毡层采用碳纤维硬毡充任。该碳纤维固化毡的内毡层、中毡层已经外毡层之间通过树脂与碳型粘结剂来复合,通过增加碳型粘结剂和提高内侧保温毡的密度,可以有效提升内毡层的抗高温形变能力,该结构成本相对较低,而分体式结构的内毡层是通过沉头螺母与硬毡固定的,为了解决薄碳板的固定问题,将碳板压制成局部加强的异型结构,当碳/碳防护板失效后,只需更换最里层的防护板,有利于降低故障率,延长使用寿命。

一种碳纤维保温固化毡
技术领域
本发明涉及碳纤维材料,尤其涉及一种碳纤维保温固化毡。
背景技术
随着光伏产业的发展,晶体硅的需求量与日俱增,作为晶体硅铸锭炉耗材之一的隔热屏的需求量也在不断增加。传统隔热材料由于其使用温度低(<1800℃),污染大,并且难以做成薄型隔热层,增大了炉体体积,从而限制了其在晶体生长炉中的应用。而新型炭质隔热材料—炭毡由于具有导热系数小、热容量低、密度小、线膨胀系数小、耐高温、耐热冲击强、耐化学腐蚀性强、高纯无污染等优异性能,已经成为晶体硅铸锭炉最主要的隔热材料。常用的碳纤维保温毡在抗氧化、保温性能等方面还有提升的空间,使用寿命较短,故障率较高。因此,有必要对这种单纤维保温毡进行结构优化,以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种碳纤维保温固化毡,以延长使用寿命,降低故障率。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种碳纤维保温固化毡,包括内毡层、中毡层以及外毡层,内毡层及外毡层分别贴附于中毡层两侧,内毡层、中毡层及外毡层的密度依次降低,其厚度依次增加,其中,内毡层采用碳/碳复合材料板充任,中毡层以及外毡层采用碳纤维硬毡充任。
在本发明的一个实施例中,中毡层与内毡层及外毡层之间采用粘结剂接合。
具体地,中毡层与内毡层及外毡层之间采用树脂与碳纤维粘结剂接合。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,内毡层的接合面具有一组凸块,各凸块在内毡层上均匀排布,并向内毡层外部凸起,中毡层中具有一组与凸块适配的嵌孔,嵌孔的位置与凸块位置对应,凸块伸入嵌孔中,外毡层中具有一组连接孔,连接孔的位置与嵌孔的位置对应,连接孔中设有连接螺杆,连接螺杆尾端向连接孔外部伸出,凸块中具有定位孔,定位孔中设有连接螺帽,连接螺杆尾端与连接螺帽接合,使内毡层、中毡层以及外毡层固定连接。
另外,定位孔底部具有锥形端口,连接螺帽底部具有与之适配的锥形端头,锥形端头抵住锥形端口,定位孔中具有内螺纹,连接螺帽外壁具有与之适配的外螺纹,连接螺帽旋入定位孔中,使连接螺帽在定位孔中保持固定;
连接孔顶部具有扩径口,连接螺栓顶部具有限位端头,限位端头位于扩径口内,扩径口的深度大于限位端头的厚度,扩径口中还装设有硬毡堵头,由硬毡堵头将扩径口的开口封住。
本发明的优点在于:
该碳纤维固化毡的内毡层、中毡层已经外毡层之间通过树脂与碳型粘结剂来复合,通过增加碳型粘结剂和提高内侧保温毡的密度,可以有效提升内毡层的抗高温形变能力,该结构成本相对较低,而分体式结构的内毡层是通过沉头螺母与硬毡固定的,为了解决薄碳板的固定问题,将碳板压制成局部加强的异型结构,采用此结构的固化毡,当碳/碳防护板失效后,只需更换最里层的防护板,且更换非常方便,无需拆除顶板和侧板,有利于降低故障率,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合图示与具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明提出的碳纤维保温固化毡包括内毡层、中毡层以及外毡层,内毡层及外毡层分别贴附于中毡层两侧,内毡层、中毡层及外毡层的密度依次降低,其厚度依次增加,其中,内毡层采用碳/碳复合材料板充任,中毡层以及外毡层采用碳纤维硬毡充任。在图1所示的实施例中,中毡层02与内毡层03及外毡层01之间采用粘结剂接合。具体地,中毡层与内毡层及外毡层之间采用树脂与碳纤维粘结剂接合。
在图2、图3所示的实施例中,内毡层13的接合面具有一组凸块14,各凸块在内毡层上均匀排布,并向内毡层外部凸起,中毡层12中具有一组与凸块适配的嵌孔,嵌孔的位置与凸块位置对应,凸块伸入嵌孔中,外毡层11中具有一组连接孔,连接孔的位置与嵌孔的位置对应,连接孔中设有连接螺杆15,连接螺杆尾端向连接孔外部伸出,凸块中具有定位孔,定位孔中设有连接螺帽16,连接螺杆尾端与连接螺帽接合,使内毡层、中毡层以及外毡层固定连接。另外,定位孔底部具有锥形端口,连接螺帽底部具有与之适配的锥形端头,锥形端头抵住锥形端口,定位孔中具有内螺纹,连接螺帽外壁具有与之适配的外螺纹,连接螺帽旋入定位孔中,使连接螺帽在定位孔中保持固定;连接孔顶部具有扩径口,连接螺栓顶部具有限位端头,限位端头位于扩径口内,扩径口的深度大于限位端头的厚度,扩径口中还装设有硬毡堵头,由硬毡堵头17将扩径口的开口封住。碳/碳复合材料(c-c composite or carbon-carbon composite material)是碳纤维及其织物增强的碳基体复合材料。具有低密度(<2.0g/cm3)、高强度、高比模量、高导热性、低膨胀系数、摩擦性能好,以及抗热冲击性能好、尺寸稳定性高等优点,是如今在1650℃以上应用的少数备选材料,最高理论温度更高达2600℃,因此被认为是最有发展前途的高温材料之一。该碳纤维固化毡的内毡层、中毡层已经外毡层之间通过树脂与碳型粘结剂来复合,通过增加碳型粘结剂和提高内侧保温毡的密度,可以有效提升内毡层的抗高温形变能力,该结构成本相对较低,而分体式结构的内毡层是通过沉头螺母与硬毡固定的,为了解决薄碳板的固定问题,将碳板压制成局部加强的异型结构,采用此结构的固化毡,当碳/碳防护板失效后,只需更换最里层的防护板,且更换非常方便,无需拆除顶板和侧板,有利于降低故障率,延长使用寿命。

1.一种碳纤维保温固化毡,包括内毡层、中毡层以及外毡层,内毡层及外毡层分别贴附于中毡层两侧,其特征在于:
内毡层、中毡层及外毡层的密度依次降低,其厚度依次增加,其中,内毡层采用碳/碳复合材料板充任,中毡层以及外毡层采用碳纤维硬毡充任;
内毡层的接合面具有一组凸块,各凸块在内毡层上均匀排布,并向内毡层外部凸起,中毡层中具有一组与凸块适配的嵌孔,嵌孔的位置与凸块位置对应,凸块伸入嵌孔中,外毡层中具有一组连接孔,连接孔的位置与嵌孔的位置对应,连接孔中设有连接螺杆,连接螺杆尾端向连接孔外部伸出,凸块中具有定位孔,定位孔中设有连接螺帽,连接螺杆尾端与连接螺帽接合,使内毡层、中毡层以及外毡层固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维保温固化毡,其特征在于:
中毡层与内毡层及外毡层之间采用粘结剂接合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种碳纤维保温固化毡,其特征在于:
中毡层与内毡层及外毡层之间采用树脂与碳纤维粘结剂接合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维保温固化毡,其特征在于:
定位孔底部具有锥形端口,连接螺帽底部具有与之适配的锥形端头,锥形端头抵住锥形端口,定位孔中具有内螺纹,连接螺帽外壁具有与之适配的外螺纹,连接螺帽旋入定位孔中,使连接螺帽在定位孔中保持固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维保温固化毡,其特征在于:
连接孔顶部具有扩径口,连接螺栓顶部具有限位端头,限位端头位于扩径口内,扩径口的深度大于限位端头的厚度,扩径口中还装设有硬毡堵头,由硬毡堵头将扩径口的开口封住。
