Background
The bamboo frame plate is generally made of bamboo such as phyllostachys pubescens and moso bamboos, and is used for building decoration. A frame plate made of bamboo chips is seen at a construction site, namely a bamboo frame plate for construction, and the bamboo frame plate is an essential material in building houses and decorating houses.
At present, the processing of bamboo chips of bamboo frame boards mainly comprises manual and single-hole mechanical drilling: bamboo joints on the split bamboo chips are generally manually removed by using a cutter, the labor intensity is high, the working efficiency is low, and a labor deciding member must be arranged in the combined labor; although the hole group (6 holes) of each bamboo chip is machined by a drilling machine, the shape and the size of each bamboo chip are different and sometimes even bent, so that inconvenience is brought to the positioning of the machined hole group, the machined hole positions are inconsistent, and simultaneously, great troubles are brought to the shaping after the bamboo frame plate is assembled, and the working efficiency is seriously reduced.
Patent document CN201410271576.1 discloses an automatic knot-removing drilling machine for bamboo frame boards, which comprises a workbench, a lifting table transmission mechanism, a drill rod transmission mechanism and a workpiece transmission mechanism, wherein one side of the workbench is provided with a workpiece conveying port, the other side of the workbench is provided with an opening and closing door, and a knot-removing cutter is arranged at the workpiece conveying port on the workbench; the lifting platform is arranged above the workbench and between the workpiece conveying opening and the opening and closing door, the lifting platform transmission mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the workbench, and the lifting platform transmission mechanism is connected with the lifting platform; a plurality of drill rods which are uniformly arranged are arranged on the lifting platform, the drill rods are vertically downward and are opposite to the table surface of the working table, the drill rod transmission mechanism is arranged on the lifting platform, and the drill rod transmission mechanism is connected with the drill rods; the workpiece transmission mechanism is arranged on the table top of the workbench, is positioned on the same straight line with the workpiece conveying opening and the opening and closing door, and is positioned under the drill rod. When the invention is used, the working efficiency can be improved, and the hole group can be conveniently processed.

Although the bamboo rack board has good physical and mechanical properties, the density of the bamboo is 0.789g/cm3, which is comparable with the high-density hardwood. The static bending strength, the elastic modulus and the strength are 2 times of those of common wood. However, according to the technical scheme, the bamboo joints on the bamboo chips need to be removed quickly by the joint removing knife at the conveying opening of the processed piece, and after the joint removing knife is used for processing, the bamboo joints on the bamboo chips are found to be uneven, burrs are formed on the surface of the bamboo chips, so that large gaps are formed among the single bamboo chips of the bamboo shelf board manufactured later, and the whole compressive strength of the formed bamboo shelf board is low.

The single bamboo chip has the advantages of high forward tensile strength up to 230Mpa, high compressive strength up to 84Mpa and low overall compressive strength of the formed bamboo frame plate.
